It fit beautifully and received tons of compliments. I'm 5'4 and it did fit perfect on the legs but if you are taller it might be too short for you.

I wore this for my best friends birthday. It fit great for a larger bust and it's not too short. I was nervous because I don't like overly short skirts, but this fell a few inches above my knees. I will definitely rent this dress again. I danced all night and never felt restricted! I cannot wait to rent this dress again!!

I ordered the 2 as my backup and I'm glad I did because the 4 was a little big on top for me - in both the chest and waist area. I am definitely small chested, so I could see if you had a bigger chest, you might want to size up for your backup rather than down. I always tend to overestimate my size, so I'm going to say this dress was "true to size," mostly because I think I should have gone with the 2 as my original and had the 4 as the backup. I'm usually between a size 2 and a 4. It was a good length (maybe a teeny bit short, but nothing I wasn't comfortable with), and the colors weren't too harsh against my pale Chicago winter skin. It's easy to accessorize because of all the color options. I received several compliments on the dress at the wedding, and it looks great in the photographs. I would definitely buy this dress if I could find it - I may end up renting it again sometime (ha!). Great RTR!

Absolutely loved this dress!! I typically wear between a 2 and 4... And the 4 fit perfectly. I rented this for a trip to Mexico and it was very comfortable and I received so many compliments. Will be renting it again!

Loved this dress! It was perfect with some wedge booties to wear to a polo match. I ordered the 4 and the 2, but had to go with the 4 because of my bust. This dress does not cater to a larger chest. Lots of compliments, though!

I rented this for my best friend's wedding rehearsal dinner BBQ as well as for my blog (www.the-fbombs.com). First of all, I have to say, it was a tad shorter than I thought BUT it was PERFECT for the occasion. The fabric was light and perfect for an outside BBQ and the colors in the dress were even better in person. If you are renting this for a more formal wedding, I would find another dress as the fabric leans it's self for a more relaxed affair. BUT if you are looking for something fun for the end of summer, I say go for it!! It was a beautiful dress!!

I wore this dress for a friend's rehearsal dinner and loved it. The back is amazing! I love the cut out look. The fabric has a great texture to it, that I think really made the dress. I would say that this dress is definitely short. I am a bit conservative, but do enjoy short dresses. I had to double-check with my boyfriend before I left the house and send photos to my friends to make sure the dress wasn't too short. I think overall it was great, but I did have to think twice about the length. I wore a pair of nude heels with this dress, and I think they looked perfect.

The dress was slightly more casual in person which I was thrilled with. I loved the yellow piping and the feminine, girly cut. and the back is cut a little lower which made for such a cute added touch! I loved it and would definitely rent again!

I wore this beautiful dress to go to a friend's baby shower. The size 2 was a perfect fit, a little snug around the waist (no stretch), but it looked great and has a very slimming effect. I received a ton of compliments on it. The material was light, great for year round. It was fully lined. I loved the back of it! Since I had such a pretty dress for the weekend, my husband and I decided to go out on a dinner date. I wore the size 4 to dinner, so if I ate too much, I wouldn't uncomfortable. The 4 was a little longer and the linning fell below the skirt. I used Hollywood tape to fix that. I also loved that the dress has snaps under the sleeves (to keep your bra strap from showing). This came in super handy! Except the size 4 was missing one and I had to tape my bra strap to the dress. All in all I would TOTALLY recommend renting this dress! I felt very feminine and pretty in it.

i rented this dress for the Kentucky Derby. This fit my curvy figure really well and the colors looked awesome. It's a bit of a thinner fabric, so was really cool on a warm day.

I rented this dress for a winging ceremony in Florida and it was perfect!! The picture makes the back look a little more open than it looked on me. I was able to wear a standard strapless bra.The fit is very flattering and the pattern is so fun! The only negative is that I had to send it back! I'd definitely rent this dress again!

I attended a day time luncheon. The dress fit perfectly and just brightened the room with all the colors. I wore it with sling back grey python platform shoes which lengthened my legs. (There was also grey in the dress which made the shoes work perfectly.) Wear a strapless bra. Would rent this dress again for sure. In fact, I loved it so much I tried to find it online so I could buy the dress. :-) This is a great staple for a gal like me who attends a lot of events.

The only "con" that I would write about this dress is that it's a bit tight in the bust area but other than that I loved the dress and I received lots of compliments. My sister wore the Kate Spade Carol dress and she loved the material and the fit.

Rented this dress for my vacation to Seattle. I usually wear a 4 but I tried on the 2 and it fit perfect. The 4 would have worked but the waist was looser on me. If you have a large bust going a dress size up would be wise. The dress itself is a great pattern and very soft material. There is a slip underneath which was good because I went on the ferry and it was very windy. I wore dark blue flats that matched the cardigan and turquoise earrings from my mom. I would definitely rent this dress again but I hope that Rent The Runway either retires their older dresses or mends them. (See note below) Cons: This dress must be worn a lot because there was a rip inside under the armpit, fraying throughout the dress, and the clasp that holds the bra strap on one side was missing.

I loved this dress! I wanted something different than your typical LBD, and this was perfect for an outdoor summer wedding I attended. The fit was pretty true to size - the four fit perfectly! I wore a strapless bra with it, since my straps on a regular one stuck out in the back.

Everyone loved the dress, the fit and pattern were great for a fuller figure like mine. It really does fit true to size (I wear a 10,12).

I absolutely love this dress! All day I received compliments from random people on the street and others from the wedding. This dress truly complemented my shape, which is rare. It hugged me in the right places and showed off my natural curves. I rented a 6/8 because I wanted to have room to eat and not feel bloated. The 6 was a perfect fit after all and did not squeeze me after munching on goodies all day. I completely recommend this dress for any occasion, it’s light and wonderful.

This dress was awesome!! I wore it to a wedding on Lake Michigan and got many many compliments! Many people said they loved it, that it was unique, and fit my shape well. I have a pear shape and tend to be smaller up top, so it worked well in making me look smaller on the bottom. Someone even asked where my waist was going! I usually wear a size 6 dress, so I thought it ran a little large given I wore the 4. Highly recommend!!

I thought this dress was great! It was definitely fun, colorful and was a more comfortable material than I was expecting. I was worried about the length on a 5' 8" woman with heels but it didn't feel too short!

True to size. Fabric does snag with bracelets so be careful. But fabric and cut is gorgeous. I am 5-10, athletic build. I liked everything about it! Definitely a win!
