I tried on the x-small first but it was wayyyy too tight. So the small was perfect. Fit like a glove and moves with you and is very comfortable to dance in.

I had to go up to the Medium because the small was a little too tight and short for my taste. I was able to wear a regular bra. The dress was very comfortable and easy to move in.

This dress was perfect for my boyfriend (now fiance's) surprise 30th birthday party. I am thin with an athletic build and normally I wear a small, but I wore the medium for comfort. The dress is very tight and does stretch, but not as much as I thought it would. It's also thicker than I expected. I paired it with a statement necklace, a black blazer (at the beginning of the night) and Louboutin pumps. The best part, my boyfriend turned the tables and surprised ME at the end of his surprise party and proposed. I was so bummed that I had to return the dress, but I'm very happy RTR was part of my unforgettable night!

I wore this dress for my birthday that we spent at a nightclub...and Oh my gosh this dress is a God send ! I am pretty curvy , and the way this dress was designed was perfect !! I'm a natural 34FFF and it showed just the right amount of cleavage. I felt so confident and sexy all night ! The pattern and design of this dress is so incredibly flattering ! I almost didn't want to send it back! Paired it with black booties, red lips, and a gold statement necklace ! If you're thinking of ordering it just DO IT! You won't regret it! I will be ordering from RTR for any event from now on!

You need to put this dress on feet first and pull it up. It is a tight fit. Fabric is very thick and holds everything in making a very flattering fit. It was a total success.!

Loved this dress and will for sure rent it again. Very flattering fit and quite comfortable. When getting dressed, step into the dress and pull it up. There is no zipper so if you try to put it on over your head you will mess up your make up and hair.

I ordered the small with the medium as a backup. I didn't even try on the medium since the small fit perfectly. It was tight but comfortable. I felt great! The fabric was thicker than I expected, so I didn't need to worry about VPL, and I just wore a normal bra with straps. I wore the dress for a date night and my boyfriend loved it. I paired it with some gold jewelry from RTR and strappy black shoes.

The dress is beautiful. I love this designer. The dress is tight so spanx are not needed. It is also really warm! Great during winter.

I was a little concerned with the dress because I usually go with something more fitted on top and loose on the bottom to hide my hips. Of the dresses I rented this was everyone's favorite so I went with it. It's very flattering (on account of being pretty tight and sucking everything in). Despite being tight it was pretty comfortable. It was cold out so I wore it with black tights and tall black boots. Another great Rent the Runway experience!

I rented both the medium and large not sure which would fit best. They both actually looked exactly the same one, but the medium felt a little more snug all around. Since I was going to a work holiday party I opted for the large so I wasn't "busting out" as much. Loved it though... The necklace I received was actually different than the one I ordered but still went wonderfully with the dress! If you want to show off your curves and feel sexy this is the dress for you!!

Fit was tight, form fitting. Amazing for your body and overall my favorite rental. Not the best dress to be spending a lot of time sitting in (weddings R ok). Wasn't as long as I expected, hit like 2.5 inches above the knee and my reasonable 2.5/3 inch heels were great to make my legs long enough as I am 5'4! I have a 34 D/DD and I fit nicely but when I wanted to show a little cleavage the hem made a "crease" across my chest. Overall loved this dress so if you have a body type similar, you should rent this!! (At least as a back up!!!)

This dress is perfect for a saturday night. It is stretchy so you feel comfortable in it but the material is firm enough so it really holds you in (even without Spanx!)

The fabric is thick, but it really sucked everything in and laid nicely when it was on! It didn't show any bumps and it was great for dancing!

I wore this dress for a jazz concert I performed for , I could have worn a medium , but because I'm a Flutist , I needed to have the extra room to breath...I got so many compliments on this dress , it was totally worth it!! I had no problems getting in & out of this dress..

Don't try to put this on over your head!!! The hem is very fitted--it's what makes the dress such a knockout. Step into the dress and pull it up. Also--going up stairs was a challenge due to the hemline. But once on, the dress is drop dead gorgeous. I loved it, felt great and got lots of compliments.

The dress fits really tightly, but in a good way because it holds everything in. I got a million compliments on it. The only problem I had is that because I have such a short torso, the dress kept riding up around my midsection.

This dress is Fantastic!! The red is so vibrant in person. The design and texture of the dress were simply stunning. It was stretchy and comfortable and yet held everything up & in. I normally wear a size 0 but I went with the small due to the longer length the XS was restrictive when I walked. If your looking for a head turner this is the one :)

I will admit that my fiance literally had to help pull the dress over my head! I have no idea how anyone could get into this dress alone however it is SO WORTH IT! It fit me like a glove and RVN has turned into my absolute fave! While stretchy material is typical known to be best suited for thicker and curvier women, we petite ladies have known that we also benefit from a body hugging fit. ;-) Once this dress is on, its ON.

The most important thing I must say about this dress is to put it on BEFORE you do your hair and makeup. It is quite a chore to get into, but well worth the effort -- comparable to Herve Leger. Also a great dress if you want to minimize bust.

I absolutely loved this dress. It was comfortable and keeps everything in place. The fabric is pretty thick and durable and for me it was true to size. I am 5'8 and I wore a large. The length was fantastic (2 or so inches above the knee) I read a lot of reviews about how the dress was hard to get into and out of but I did not have a problem. Step into it and wiggle it up and you'll be fine !

If you can get the dress on--you're golden. You may need an assistant to get dressed since the material is so thick not too stretchy (so it's REALLY hard to get on by yourself). But once that part is over (and you've redone your hair and fixed your makeup)... The dress won't budge all night! Holds you in in all the right places. I was able to wear a bra (I'm a 32F so won't go without). I am between an 8-10 (37-28-40) and the medium fit great. You will not need spanx because the dress is like spanx for your whole body. Very easy, sexy but not too sexy, and nice dress. Loved it!!

The RVN dresses are always amazing! Material is stretchy and thick which holds everything in nice and tight. The above the knee length was ideal since the neckline was pretty low. The only thing I didn't love was that it was so tight around my legs it was a little hard to walk normal but it was SO worth it! :)

This dress runs small and it's very fitted and tight but it is very slimming! Love the design and how comfortable I was in it all night I didn't want to take it off. I wore this for my dates fraternity formal in Las Vegas! :)

This dress was LOOOOONG. The small came down to my knees and just looked funky. However, I tucked the dress under and it looked surprisingly good. Material (like most RVN dresses) was extremely tight (like a wetsuit tight), so it holds everything in - but it's not easy to dance in or get on and off. I have a larger bust and didn't need to wear a bra and the material is thick enough that you don't need to worry about the girls showing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dress. Just be prepared (if you're on the shorter side) to tuck it under if you want to show some leg.

This dress was the perfect fit and length! As someone who has a long torso, it fit me very well and did not ride up. The material was heavy, however was not too hot. I wore this dress to a club in Vegas and received many compliments! It's a great dress for an hourglass figure!

I rented the dress for a birthday party. The medium fit & looked great but I went with the large because it was easier to get into. I tried this dress with & without spanx (went without) the material really does hold you VERY well. This was my 2nd rental by this designer & I loved this dress just as much. I wore black stilettos with gold accents & gold jewelry. I danced all night without the dress crawling or bunching. I received loads of complements, but just as the statement above says...What HIS eyes said...was EVERYTHING!

I have decided that RVN is my favorite designer brand. This is the second RVN dress I have ordered from RTR, and it fits perfectly. It was a little difficult to get on (probably because I tried pulling it over my head), but I had no problem getting it off. Guys wouldn't stop asking me to dance, and I felt so sexy in this dress. If you want to look hot and get tons of compliments, RENT THIS DRESS!!!!

This dress was so cute! Plus the stretch in the fabric is like built in spanx, so while it was tight it was still really flattering. I wore it for a dance party and it was great. Fabric was very thick so despite it being early spring I didn't freeze. Plus it felt so good! The pattern in fab too because you stand out without looking like you're trying too hard. I wore the XS, but the S fit well too. The extra small just held everything in a little better. The only con was that I'm pretty busty (large C or small D depending on the day), and in this dress there is no way that your girls will not be on display. The tight stretchy material just kinda squishes them out. But that's a pretty minimal complaint. Would totally rent this (or another RVN dress) again!

This dress was a dream come true. I wore it to a wedding and the after party, and it worked perfectly for both occasions. It was long enough to be appropriate at a wedding, but fun and frisky enough for the after party. The detaling is so interesting in person, and the dress is beyond flattering. The pattern hits all the right spots, so your waist is guaranteed to look teensy. Plus, the fabric is very thick and hugs your body- no Spanx needed! Also, because the fabric is so snug, the dress didn't ride up at all during a night full of dancing. I also really enjoyed that you could wear a normal bra with it, as the back is high enough and the straps are wide enough. A word of warning- this goes on over your head, so be prepared for your hair to get tousled or even messed up while shimmying into this (and maybe rule out an updo unless you're already in the dress!). All in all, a great dress I wish i could have kept for myself!

The fit was tight but the fabric was the kind that sucked everything in and made you look fabulous. You could tell this dress was expensive and the brightness of the red was amazing. It is very tight and I would suggest it to anyone - curvy, slender, etc. It was one of the best dresses I've worn!

This was my first rental experience with RTR and what a great one it was! I wanted a fun, unique, great-fitting dress for opening weekend of the Britney show in Vegas. This dress is exactly that. Different that the typical LBD and the fit is great, hugs your body in all the right places plus that straps are thick enough to wear a regular bra. I ordered the M & L and while both fit well, the L gave me a little more room up top for the girls. Definitely recommend this dress.

This was a very fabulous birthday choice. My friends and I got together for my birthday at a Brazilian Steakhouse and you would swear a celebrity walked in. All eyes were on this dress. It fit perfectly and sucked in all of the problem areas. It has sort of a spanks affect. I'm a size 8, curvy-ish girl and the medium was perfect. I would get the exact size you are and the next size up. The dress is quite snug, but it should be. Also, it is good for cold months. It was around 40 degrees and raining and I was fine. The length hit about two inches above the knee (I'm 5'6").
