I thought a medium would work to fit my booty, but the medium was large through my narrow and short shoulders so I rocked the small. The fabric is a heavy super-stretchy jacquard that holds you in and forgives all the lumps and bumps.

This dress was amazing! The fabric is thick and tight, so it is very figure flattering and looks revealing when in fact it is not. It hugs the body in all the right places. It was a little shorter than I was expecting, but this ended up working out fine. I could dance, walk, sit, and eat comfortably (although it did ride up a bit while walking longer distances). I received complements all night long and wish I owned this dress!

I wore this dress out to celebrate my birthday. Not only did I get everyone's attention, but it was just absolutely beautiful. I wore a jacket over it as the night was cooler than expected. Just like the other reviews said, it is a thick material and very formfitting. I wish I owned this dress!

This was my second rental and once again, I had a difficult time putting this dress back in the mail. I LOVED IT! Wore it out in Reno for a friends BDay weekend trip and was a total homerun! Material is super thick and covers everything (no cutouts as it might look) but, as everyone else says, holds you in. I personally did wear spanx to flatten my tummy a little more but the dress hugs your curves! I wore the medium, but the large was my back up. They both fit really well, I didn't notice a huge difference in the sizing because the material is SO stretchy. I will be renting this dress again! (Probably for every special occasion, I'm obsessed!) This dress demands attention from everyone and I felt like the sexiest person in the room from the second I pulled it on! LOVE this dress!

Very tight fit but stretchy. Definitely size up for back up. I loved this dress and got so many compliments. Could wear a regular bra and gives the illusion of a lot of skin showing while actually providing a lot of coverage. Only complaint would be it riding up at times. Highly recommend for all body types.

Saw this gem when I was looking for dresses for upcoming weddings and thought it would be perfect for a Bachelorette party and was it ever! I was honestly surprised when I received it because it was so small but it had some serious stretch. Would definitely recommend for a night out on the town with the girls.

This was a very pretty dress. I got tons of compliments all night. It was my first time wearing a body con dress and I did feel like I had to suck it in a little all night (even wearing Spanx) but it really showed off my figure. I'm normally a size 2 and the small fit perfectly. First time using Rent the Runway and I will definitely be back. Very easy and smooth process all around.

This dress is amazing. I rented it for my birthday and was absolutely smitten. It fits like a glove - no spanx required! It holds everything in without being uncomfortable. It looks like the dress is sheer, which makes it super sexy, but all of the nude panels are completely solid so I didn't feel exposed in the slightest. It's a must rent!

This dress was amazing! The length was perfect, short enough that I could walk easily with it so tight, but not so short that I was ever worried about accidentally giving a free show. The thick material held everything in with out spanx, the pattern was very flattering and the cap sleeves made it easy to wear a normal bra, though I recommend a pushup since the fabric will flatten you out. I would love to rent this dress again!

This is the second time I rent this dress. The first time I rented it in S and I have to say that for me at 5'2", 118 lbs, the XS looked way better. The XS didn't ride up like the S did. The dress did flatten my 32Ds so I ended up using the only heavily padded bra I own. Loved the dress. Got many compliments. Dress looked great. Wore it with nude sandals to make my legs look longer.

At first when I pulled it out of the bag I saw some extra room in the hips area which concerned me, but once I tried it on, everything fit where it was supposed to and the nude color underneath the black pattern matched my skin tone nicely. I danced all night at a wedding in it and got many compliments, I will definitely try RVN again!

When I first ordered this dress, I thought it would be cream with a black overlay. This is not the case. The black and cream are part of the same, thick, heavy, almost knit material. Despite being a bit surprised by the dress's construction, I have to say that it was absolutely flawless. The tight fabric hugged my curves perfectly and gave me an awesome hourglass figure. I honestly got complements on it all night, as well as many stares as people tried to figure the dress out. I was definitely sad to return it and would certainly recommend it for others!

As the other reviews say, the fabric is tight but thick so it doesn't feel like it's revealing any imperfections. It was really comfortable and didn't require a special bra or anything. I would highly recommend it for a fun night out!

This dress was beautiful! Very structured and form fitting, but it does hide all your unwanted areas well. I wore a body shaper underneath the dress that definitely helped squeeze everything in, but it was a bit of a struggle trying to get the dress over my broad shoulders/chest. I received compliments all night because of this dress, which definitely made me feel super confident and sexy! If you're looking for a show stopping, eye grabber dress, this is it!
