Cute, simple
I first ordered this top in a 2 and it was way too big, so I returned it and gave the 0 a shot. It first a lot better, but it's meant to be looser fitting and more of a "baby doll" style. It wrinkled pretty easily, but overall I thought it was pretty cute a nice addition to my everyday attire. Don't think I will rent it again but it was cute.

Summer top essential
This was a very light and easy to wear white tank. I loved the embroidery! It does go pretty low so you will need to wear a tank to not show too much skin or even part of your bra through the lace. This was a little looser fitting top so if you like a more fitted look go a size down. The fabric does wrinkle after some time. This photo was taken after running errands and you can see the peplum portion is a little wrinkled. I wore this both casually with white jeans and to work with slacks. It would be super cute with a colored pencil skirt too!

Boxy fit
I thought this ran big. It was boxy and not particularly flattering as the peplum waist didn't nip in at all. Ran long also. Maybe would have been better in smaller size but rented with unlimited so I didn't have that option this time. I was disappointed as I thought I would love this.

Interesting top
I wore it to the office with dark skinny jeans and a white tank-top underneath. As many people mentioned, the embroidery is low and see-through, needs either a nude bra or a top. I liked the idea of a tank-top, you can just unbutton the top couple of buttons. The quality and fabric are amazing. It does look boxy but the shape of the bottom made my hips look narrower-which was a plus :) I wouldn't downsize, I don't think it's supposed to be tight or too fitted. All in all, a nice top to wear a few times.

So pretty!
I loved this top and wish I could keep it! The fabric is substantial yet lightweight, and not sheer. It wrinkled a bit but the style made it mostly unnoticeable. It does runs a tiny bit large - I usually wear an 8 in tops because of my broader shoulders and larger bust, but this top had a decent amount of room even in the size 6 (that said, it didn't look baggy). It is a true white, as opposed to ivory. The cutouts are pretty low down the chest, but I wore a nude camisole and it looked completely fine. The slits on the side are definitely high up, and the bottom part is a slightly billowy peplum style. I wore it for a date with high-waist shorts, and also to a networking function with mid-rise skinny pants.

Nice fit, fun flair
This doesn't run super large, but a size 4 button-down on me usually does that weird thing where it doesn't lay flat or looks like the buttons are pulling apart (my chest is a D) -- this did not. It fit really well and was fun for work and everyday. I didn't pay attention to realize the sides are slit open at the hip. It was fine and I had an undershirt, but maybe not ideal hence the 4/5 stars.

RTR Team Review
Loved this summery top. I am a big fan of a boxy / peplum shape and this top delivered. I do warn you that the lace is a bit low on the bust and there are slits on the side of the ruffles at the waist, so a tank top under, or a high waisted jean, may be best if you don't want to show too much skin.

It was cute, but definitely size down.
I liked this top, didn't love it. I sized down from a 4 to a 2, but I honestly could have gone to a 0. I wore it to work with skinny jeans and wedges, its a simple top that can be dressed up.

Summery top
Pros: Cute summer top with lace inset. Will definitely have to wear a cami underneath. Great paired with black pants for work or jeans for casual. I wore to work Cons: The top wrinkles very easily and came very wrinkled in the bag from Rent the Runway. Definitely more of a summer look.

Great little summer top! I wore it with skinny jeans and wedges.
It's all cotton so arrived very wrinkled. You'll also need a cami underneath because the lace will show your whole bra and the buttons are so little with large gaps in between that there blouse gapes open from the side view.

Cowgirl Feel
I wore with black pants to work but I felt as through I should have put on jeans and cowboy boots. Not my favorite.

Pretty Embroidery, Boxy Fit
The detailing was pretty. Note that it's hard to wear a bra under it and you cannot wear it without a bra - a nude, low-cut strapless is needed. The fit was very boxy. It might work better in a size 0 and on someone very slim. If you do, size down, maybe even two sizes. Pair with tight pants or shorts.

Runs Large, Lace is See-Through
I sized down to a 2 from a 4, based on the cut of the shirt. I was right! The 2 fit ok, I felt like I could have even gone down to a 0. The look is supposed to be loose, though, so the 2 was good. The lace panels are open and you could see my bra - I rocked it for the weekend, but weekday you definitely need a tank under. Also, I had to pin the part by my breasts, as there weren't many buttons and it opened up quite a bit when sitting. Overall, a fine piece to pop into my weekend rotation, but nothing super special.

impossible not to be wrinkly
the wrinkly nature of the cotton poplin ensures that this top never looks its best. It looked really cute in the picture, and maybe if it was a different material, like silk, it would be fantastic.
