This dress fit like a glove and looked effortless in my business casual summer office. Beware there is no stretch to the fabric but the interior is very nicely lined giving it all day comfort.

This dress is stretchy and super comfortable! It is too low cut for my job so I wore a cami underneath it. It fit true to size (I'm normally an 8/10 in dress pants) and I will definitely rent this again, if not buy it!

This dress is very comfortable a bit heaver than expected but I loved it. it is low cut so I wore a tank under it for work (not pictured here). The cutouts are classy and barely noticeable.

It is a very pretty dress, well-made with nice details. I also liked the fabric. I felt that it ran pretty true to size, though there is no give around the waist. It is pretty low cut; I had to keep adjusting it so you couldn't see my bra, which pretty much needs to be flesh colored so you can't see it through the cutout just beneath the chest (at least is you have a very large chest, which I do). I might rent it again but probably not for work next time.

I felt fabulous in this dress and garnered lots of compliments. The neckline is low and my bra showed in the underarm so I went without. It's a thick enough fabric and fit so well that the extra support wasn't necessary. The fabric appears heavy but it's really textured just enough for interest without adding a lot of weight. You definitely need help with the zipper to get it up and down as it tends to stick mid-back where the see-thru detail seams add to the layers of fabric. I would absolutely rent this again!

Beautiful and slightly conservative yet just enough sass. Slightly low cut (although not in larger busted likely) and slightly short with trace of see through waistline braided detail... yet classy. I love this dress for dinner or even cocktail event. I worked to a military celebration.

Fit as expected, very flattering, hits at the waist. A great choice for ladies with a fuller bust (such as myself). Fabric is not stretchy, cut outs are very modest and appropriate. I rented this dress for 2 different weddings and was very happy both times. I wore with tan, sandal wedges, which went well with navy color of dress.

Unless you have someone to help you zip it up and down do not rent this dress. The zipper gets stuck in the back where the fabric detail runs and it is impossible to do it by yourself. Other than that the dress is just perfect for dates, work or a wine tasting (my occasion). Great fabric and deep blue color

I wore this for my hs reunion. The material was nice and thick and the cut of the dress was very flattering with the skirt flaring a bit at the hips. It was low cut so definitely be prepared for that if you have a larger chest. I'm glad I rented it and would do so again

I wore my additional upsize in this dress due to the see through details I was more comfortable in the 6 then the 4. It runs true to size and really accentuates a small waistline. I received so many compliments and had a great time dancing in this dress at a friends wedding.

The fit was great! I'm a 32 D (or 34 C) bra size and it was ALMOST too small in the bust. It fit PERFECT. Showed a little bit of cleavage (which my boyfriend liked) but not too much that I felt awkward at a family wedding. The fit in the waist is super flattering and the flare at the bottom is cute and makes dancing fun. I'm 5'7" and It was a perfect length for a family wedding. Modest enough but still short enough that I felt sexy! It was pretty hot at the ceremony and this dress was comfortable because the material was soft. It's a super comfortable dress, with great design details and I felt amazing! Overall I'd 100% recommend this dress! Loved it!

I LOVED the fit and style of this dress. I received so many compliments on it the night of my gala. My only complaint was that it came with a stain on the back, it was like a dried superglue stain and it couldn't be scratched off. I was afraid it would put a hole in the dress. But this dress for perfect for my body type. It was not too short. It was my backup dress as the first choice was extremely short and I would've felt exposed. But this dress was the perfect length. I'm 5'7". I liked that it was double and triple lined so I didn't need to wear a bra. It's low cut and I worried what bra wouldn't work with it. But I didn't end up needing one after all. So cute, I'm looking at maybe buying the brand new version elsewhere!

The dress fit very well. The material was nice against my skin. I'm short so the length was perfect. The side cut outs were not too much. They did not show a lot of skin, not inappropriate at all. I'm a RTR fan. They are my go to for events.

I must have missed the note about the cutouts. I rented this dress for work and browsed the reviews where previous renters stated they had worn this dress to work. I didn't expect to see cutouts and a low v neckline. I wore it to work anyway, but definitely a bit more risqué than I normally wear. I didn't feel like the cut around my rib cage/midsection was as flattering as it could be. Material is nice although a bit worn. I appreciated the lining on the skirt. It was an ok dress. Probably wouldn't rent again.

Wore this for a baby shower. Worried that it would be too long on me, but I would recommend for petite women as it hit a couple of inches above the knee. The color and fabric made it a nice choice for the event, not too formal and not too loud. The cut outs are so subtle, but make the dress fun and different.

I enjoyed wearing this dress. The fabric has a little stretch to it except for the cutouts so the dress is fitted with no give around the waist. Plenty of room in the bust and hips, just recommend sizing up for backup. I wore a regular bra which was not visible in the back or sides just right in the front cutout the 'v's up. A nude bra might not be noticeable but I went with black and I doubt anyone noticed.

Loved the fit and flare style of this dress. I have an hourglass figure and preferred the fit in the torso area and length of the 10, but the fit in the top was too large. Was able to wear the size 8. The material is thick and the dress had a nice structure to it. Wore it to a work event and loved it!

I love the material of this dress, it is so soft and comfortable, as well as thick and high quality. The texture and the cutout pattern along the seems of the empire waist make it unique compared to other navy work dresses. It is slightly lower cut than what I would normally wear to work, but not inappropriately so. I wore it with the Kate Spade Confetti necklace and it was a nice combination.

I absolutely LOVED this dress! Because of other reviews for it being a thicker fabric, I chose it for a wedding in PA in October. It ended up being a freakishly hot day, so I was a little warm. My favorite things were definitely the little cutouts along the waist, and it made my bust look fantastic! This dress was so comfy. I was able to wear a regular bra; I removed my spanx because it was so warm, and the dress still looked great. I wish I could own this dress!
