The waist was very fitted on this which I love because I am pear shaped and often have gapping at the waist. Did not have any trouble with these. They aren't tight but bc they are so high waisted be warned that they're a bit uncomfortable to sit in at first but do loosen slightly over the day.

The waist sits right at the smallest point but was a little too large, while flattening the bum. It was still cute. The material is like denim with little to no stretch.

These are great and super versatile high waisted pants! Pair with a crop top and sandals for the weekend or a slim shirt (and jacket) and heels or flats for work or just to dress them up. They aren't quite denim but they aren't quite not, so that gives them a lot of versatility. And they were comfortable to walk around in, curl up on the couch in, and eat a full meal in (without looking like you did).

These fit perfectly - hugged the waist, hips, and rear without being constricting and perfect straight shape through the leg that wasn't too large. Overall gave a beautiful shape. The fabric was a bit more casual but paired with a blouse and blazer and it looked great for work.

Needed one size up

these fit VERY snug around my waist. Might have gotten a size up...couldn't sit lol...received several compliments! cute.

The high waist is so flattering for hourglass shapes. But the pale color and carpenter-style cut unfortunately make them too casual for work.

LIked the color and high waist. Didn't like the fit (very unforgiving of belly) and fabric - listen to the other reviews about the fabric making the pants informal. Also required ironing our of the bag (and I generally overlook that but couldn't with these).

Pants run REALLY high and REALLY tight on the waist. Squeezed me in the not-right way. The print/fabric is cute though, I didn't realize the fabric had an embossed kind of feel

Way too tight on waist. Up a size would have been loose throughout.

Did not wear. Funny shape- did not fit me or my daughter. It was too big in the waist for her and felt tight across the middle to me. We both wear size 27 jeans.

Pants fit well but they arrived very used in quality with a lot of snags all over. I don’t think they are meant to be this way.

These run very small, and are not "suiting" pants. They look like heavy cotton beach pants.

Couldn't button the waist. But very nice fabric for summer work outfit

I’m not sure how these pants made it to the market. The 12R has zero feminine cut, no room for hips, no room for tush, so indent for waist. No stretch. If you really like this….and I LOVED and wore the jacket…then I suggest a size 6 woman order the size 12 and wear them as a “baggy boy cut” because you can’t do much else with the pants.

Couldn't wear after a scheduled surgical procedure that has me slightly swollen temporarily.
