This jacket has no give. Size up if between sizes. Easily dressed up or down.

Rented my normal size, and it looked great... if I didn't move. The sleeves rode up and the shoulders were tight, so I'd recommend ordering a size up, purely for comfort. Aside from that, the jacket looked great with the matching pants! Rent as a set- you'll look and feel great in it! A great compromise between being conservative and adding a little feminine fun with the color.

I loved that this suit was only a little fun. It was different than a black suit but I still felt professional and appropriate for my formal event.

Great quality feeling blazer and looks great on but I'd say runs on the small size. I have narrow shoulders with tiny arms and this was tight on my shoulder and arm area. Great blazer for work and casual. I wore several times!

The blazer is true to size— I have very athletic arms so I got a 2 so the sleeves weren't too tight. The pants are a 0 and they were a little roomy in the waist, but comfy. Overall LOVED it. I would buy this suit.

Rented both the jacket and pants for work and loved them! I'm a size 12 in dresses but sometimes size down in jackets. The 12 fit me well in the jacket and is nicely tailored so no need to size down. (I may try to size down in the pants next time as they were juuuuust a little too big). Flattering, polished, and comfortable look!

Rent this all the time with the pants. Great blazer, well-constructed and feels great. Was a little tight in the arms with the long sleeve top under it.

Love this blazer but it's tight in the shoulders and I have a petite frame. I'd want to keep it if it fit. I think the 4 would have been perfect

I had fun mixing patterns and paired the jacket with a fun pant. I also liked the denim color and sleeve detail. Arm holes felt a bit small so it wasn't the most comfortable jacket to wear.

I really liked this blazer and got a lot of compliments. It had a little stretch to it which is always nice IMO. The colors are pretty and the shoulders have cute details. I might keep it for a bit!

I am a huge fan of the Rebecca Taylor suits (-but do not want to add to my monthly rental list as RT has their own program). I appreciate the variety on RTR. I get so many compliments and these are fun to pair with print tops since the design is subtle.

I'm new to this brand but am now searching for other options. I rented this as a suit (btw, RTR please make it easier to rent suits) and wore it 3 times. 1x for an awards show and 2x for work including a conference. I'm usually a 10/12 and 185lbs. The 10 in the jacket fit great. I ordered the 10 in the pants but sizes up to the 12. I'm curvy with thighs and hips. I would've purchased if it weren't so expensive. I got so many compliments.

I loved it...the fit, the flounce in the shoulders, the color. It has a brown contrast to the blue, so even more unusual than a typical black or navy blazer. Glad to see RTR carries this in other colors as well.
