This dress is workday perfection - TTS, great length, easy to wear with the elastic waist, perfect sleeve length, no need for pins, fashion tape or special undergarments. It's not super fancy or sophisticated but it's the perfect day-to-day dress that my wardrobe needs.

This dress is very flattering. I have bigger hips but the elastic waist band gave this dress a forgiving shape. Soft light material. Very comfortable. I usually wear a 4 but this fit just fine. Perfect for work!

I love Rebecca Taylor, this dress did not disappoint. Wore a 6, lots of wiggle room with an elastic waist and loose top so I think it would be safe to size down. Length is perfect for a conservative workplace, it came to the top of my knees. Good fall dress, looks seasonal with long sleeves and darker colors but the silk fabric is light for what was the lingering warm weather. Think would look cute with tights and a sweater in cooler weather.

I love this for work. It can probably be worn with tights too. I'm 5'6" and wore it with flats only bc I wanted to be comfy today. It was a work-appropriate length with heels too. It's a beautiful dress. Wish it wasn't so expensive bc I may have kept this one. It has plenty of room in the chest for those of you worried about it gaping.

This fits perfectly! I'm 5'3 and have a small waist and curvy/athletic lower half and I think this is super flattering. It's the right length for work (although I would wear to go out too). Seems like the perfect transitional dress.

Fabric is light and comfortable and fit is very forgiving - button ups almost never work on me, but no gaps on this, and plenty of space on top without being baggy. Found myself adjusting the waistband quite often, but not to the point of being annoying. Not the most flattering or exciting outfit, but very work-appropriate (at least with tights; a little short on me for bare legs at work). The fabric doesn't wrinkle, and I didn't find it to be sheer at all. Would rent again.

I packed this dress for a work trip and was please to find not a single wrinkle when I pulled it out of my suitcase. I proceeded to wear the dress for a 12 hour day - big customer presentation followed by dinner. Still no wrinkles at the end of the day! I felt incredibly comfortable (elastic waist!) and yet pulled together the entire time. The light silky fabric was perfect for an unseasonably hot fall day. The fit was a bit too big in the chest - but that was my own fault for sizing up to be safe. Next time, I'll order my true size.

Loved this dress! Wore it with tights and booties on a cold day. The silk is a little thin, so not great for truly cold days, but otherwise very versatile and flattering fit.

I am between size 14 and 12 so was thrilled that the 12 fit. So it might run a little big. I wore it with a short black jacket, tights, and boots.

This dress was a good work dress with black tights and loafers, but it is a little thin, so you need a cardigan for a cold office or don't wear on a cold day!

Unfortunately, there was a small whole in the arm which prevented me from wearing it more than once. Otherwise a good piece. Nothing too exciting, but liked good paired with a black blazer and high boots.

Work this dress to work and a funeral - got compliments both places. I liked the beck on the dress as it wasn't too low to require a cami under. The dress was insanely comfortable and long enough to be work appropriate (though I did wear tights each time). Would definitely recommend this dress.

This light dress seemed perfect for fall in the south when it's still 80 or 90 degrees out. I also love that the standard shirt dress had some detail around the waist. Alas the waist was way too short for my tall frame. It was also much shorter on me in total length than I thought it would be from the photos. Additionally I would have needed to wear a slip underneath due to the sheerness of the fabric.
