Wore this for a big day at work - cute on its own or with a cardigan.

This dress is conservative in color and length but the ruffles and comfortable material make it feel fresh. I would give it 5 stars if the lining didn't hang out the bottom--it doesn't look like it is supposed to. I see that it does on others' reviews, too, but not on the model. Fix that and it's definitely a 5star dress.

Pluses — good length, comfortable fit, and fun frillies on the shoulders and neck. Minuses — liner/slip kinda shows at the bottom and looks weird, zipper requires help OR being really good at that back-scratch flexibility test (you know...the one we all had to do in HS PE), and I really wanted pockets.

Great fit. Length was perfect (I am on the taller side and this is often an issue). High quality lightweight material. Will definitely rent again.

This dress is amazing! Fits very well while still being work appropriate. The ruffles around the arm holes keep it from being too stuffy. I see this dress comes in other colors and I will definitely give them a try. Great rental!

Extremely comfortable, fits perfect, looks classy

I originally ordered this dress in size 4 and it was too small. I am usually a 4 or 6 but I was definitely a 6 in this dress. The dress is well made and not too heavy that I was uncomfortable in the Texas summer heat. I wore it to work and it wore well through out the day, no adjustments needed. It's a nice dress, nothing memorable but very cute and comfortable.

Good fit

The dress is form fitting but the material is complementary to your shape. The sleeves are what makes the dress!

Perfect for a work convention

Loved this conservative dress that had a little touch of personality to it. Very comfortable, good quality and for great.

I loved the look of this dress. It fits close to the body but is not tight or restrictive at all (though there was a little room around the waist so I found wearing a belt caused some fabric cinching that didn't work for me). I love the sleeve and neckline detail - I felt feminine but powerful. I would say that the material was a bit thinner than expected, but it wouldn't stop me from renting again. My only real issue with this dress was that the pink liner was consistently showing slightly at the bottom (and moreso sitting down). I don't think it was overly conspicuous, but should be considered in conservative environments.

This is a very cute, form fitting dress appropriate for work. I have an hourglass shape and this dress fit perfectly. I got compliments at the office!

I love everything about this dress! The color, cut, length, sleeves and material! I'm 5'6, 126 and the dress fit perfectly! Very forgiving and the material can be used in warm weather or can be dressed up for the colder weather with tights and/or turtle neck. I wore this dress several times and received compliments every time. I will rent again!

This dress fits pretty well, although it is a little tighter than I was expecting. I am renting a similar dress by Rebecca Taylor that is more colorful and fun. This one is fine, but not very interesting. I'll probably send it back after wearing it only once.

The ruffles are a nice touch, the dress fits pretty well, slightly loose in the waist but still flattering.

Beautiful dress. Quality, soft material with just the right amount of structure. Unfortunately the dress ran large and I didn't end up wearing it. It is forgiving in the waist and left plenty of room under the arms without showing the bra.

Loved the design and color. However, fits snuggly at the hips. A size up would have made it too big for my top. Little to no give in the material. The pink slip peeks at the hem of the dress. Not the best for coke bottle shape.

Nothing too exciting here but cute work dress. I wore with tights and booties in the cold. I wore it twice--once with a sweater and once with a blazer. It was a bit long since I'm short (5'2"). Hopefully RTR will someday carry petite sizes!

The dress is pretty, but not perfect for real tall women. The waist was very high, the lining was a little too long. The top was a bit snug.

Bought it without even trying it first thanks to the great reviews. Many compliments and a great find.

Hugged tightly my every curve but was the wrong size so wasn’t flattering.

I got so many compliments on how classy this dress looked at a business conference. The lining did peak out when I first out it on but after a littler adjusting underneath it stayed put.

Fits like a glove...so if you have any pooch - break out the Spanx! Gorgeous dress looks very professional for work.

I received many compliments. A little tight in chest area, but fit great throughout. The pink lining does peep underneath the dress here and there as others said, but it didn’t bother me. I would rent again!

The fabric and color make this dress great for Fall. The lining shows in the front which is a bit annoying-I used double stick tape to hide.

Cute work dress. maybe a bit short in the bust - felt like the darts hit a bit too high.
