The fit was on the shorter side, particularly in the back. I wouldnt wear it to work without something covering my legs. The dress also runs slightly large- there was a lot of room around my waist (not sure if it's supposed to fit that way or not).

The fabric is very lightweight so it's a great option for work in the summer. Only con is that if you have a bit of a booty (I do), it might run on the shorter side.

This dress works for the winter when paired with leggings and would work in the summer with heels. I wore this to work and received compliments. It might to too short for work if you don't wear tights or leggings underneath. Would rent again!

Great fit, conservative enough for a corporate meeting with tights due to the neckline, yet interesting and fun with the skirt. Uncertain yet if I would wear it to work without tights due to the length. Loved this dress, many compliments!

Definitely on the shorter side - I'm 5'4, and I think this dress would've been too short if I were any taller. Also, if you are between sizes, I would suggest sizing up, as the fabric has no stretch. Overall a really cute, well-made dress!

Loved the way this dress flared out at the bottom. Chose to wear it to dinner right after he proposed!

A little loose

This is a great fun, flirty party dress. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. The drop waist and ruffled skirt are both flattering.

This dress was comfortable and did not pull on stomach or hips. The ruffle gave it some flair without being over the top.

Great dress. Good support - no spanx needed and some stretch to fabric. Still lightweight dress. Good for work but can be dressed up for dinner too. The ruffles were just perfect.

Ruffles a little much but very cute

I will definitely rent this again. I wore it to work even though it was a little short. It is very light material and flattering. The pic was taken at the end of a long day of eating lots of food and cake celebrating birthdays at work. Size up if you wanted more room in the arms/chest. If you're on the fence, rent it!

I loved this dress. It was very flattering and the right amount of fun. It does run short, but that doesn't usually bother me. I'm 5'8" and 1/2 and the skirt reached my finger tips when I put my arms at my side (so would have passed Catholic School measurements). I'm thinking of keeping it, but I am in between sizes at the moment so may wait to see if the smaller size fits better.

Super cute flounce dress. I wore it for work, but would be great for daytime wedding or dressy brunch. Good quality. I am a true 4 and it was a perfect fit. It is a little short, but still very classy.

I am usually a 2 or a 4 in Rebecca Taylor but I rented it from the store and they only had a size 6 - I was happy that I had it though, I think a 4 may have been too small and a 2 would never have zipped! The size 6 gave me a little breathing room and it was comfortable to wear all day at work with tights and boots. Will definitely rent again in Spring as it is a lighter fabric, so very transitional dress!

this is a easy fitting dress. If you are tall it runs a bit short but if you wear tights it works.
