As an event planner, wearing black dresses becomes a mundane and necessary task.... but this dress had something special to it. The material was thick and the texture was fun - it was easy to wear and run around in all day and still looked super great. I recommend highly!

Great comfortable, flattering dress for work. It's a bit low-cut, so I needed some extra coverage, but might not be an issue for someone with a smaller chest. I paired with a cropped blazer.

This dress is better than I imagined! I highly considered buying it. The fabric is incredibly high quality, and the fit is very flattering. I'm curvy and it hit me in the right places. I'm 5'3 and the length was perfect for work. I layered the Rebecca Taylor blazer on top of the dress.

This black Rebecca Taylor dress is too cute and perfect for mammas to be! I wore it to work and then to my office happy hour. It is casual enough for work attire but could easily be dressed up with heels and a sleek clutch. It was not too short and the fit overall was perfect. Fabric is on the heavier side so keep that in mind if it is really warm. Would totally rent again!

I wore this dress to a daytime funeral. The material was nice and thick and the dress was very quality...it felt like it was brand new! It was very comfortable but looked classy. This would be a great dress to wear to work. Would rent again!

This dress is a more fun version of a little black dress. The cut and pleating is very flattering and slimming. I ordered a size 2 but I'm typically in between a 0 and 2 depending on the size. For this dress, I chose to have it be a little more loose rather than too tight and short because I wanted to wear it to work. Because of the cut, you can get away with it being a little too big. Fabric makes it more wintery. Length was not too long, but could see it being long on a shorter person

Loved this dress. Great day to night transition dress. Skirt did not puff out like it did on the model. Top was very conservative, the V did not dip too low. Loved the textured fabric of this dress which made it more than just an LBD. can be worn with any undergarments. Fell right above the knee on me.

This is a good work dress - it's not too tight and a decent length - will most likely rent again. Loose around the stomach so hides a belly if you are feeling a bit bloated!

Second time renting this dress. Love it. Very forgiving fabric and flare of skirt. Dress up or down. Have fun with it with some color...or make it more formal with all black. Perfect for my steak house anniversary dinner celebration.

This is such a flattering work dress and a frequent rental for me. The material is quite thick so probably better for winter months but an easy black work dress.

This was a great and very flattering little black dress. It was approriate for a work function and is one that I would buy as a staple for my closet. It is made out of a lighter cotton, with diamond embroidery. The one con is that it showed every piece of lint/hair-people were picking things off of me all night!

In February I loved this dress for a fancy birthday dinner. In September it was ok for a charity event. I thought I'd wear it a third time but was not the charm. Glad I rented instead of owned this time. I've fallen out of favor with it seven months.

Was perfect for a work trip and went day to night. Very easy to pack and wear, very comfortable for variety of temperatures and super flattering!

Such a great fit. Nothing shows from the sides - no bra, no skin rolls. High-quality material. A sexy lace detail around the multiple seams, but nothing see-through. I also love how the curves of my tummy (trouble area) do not peek through. I would rent this item again.

Wore this dress to a dinner out with people I hadn't seen in a long time. Loved how it fit and hung perfectly, got lots of compliments. Material is very nice and thick. Great winter dress!

Received a lot of compliments on it at work. Paired it with grey heeled booties and an over-sized, indigo blazer.

It is a v neck but not too low, and it is loose around the waist so you can have a "fat" day and still look 'sexy'. Great for work to cocktail hour!

This dress was easy to wear, comfortable and flattering. I think I could have sized up one because the straps were a little tight (digging into the armpits a little), but it was overall a great dress and I would rent it again!

This dress is the perfect work dress. High V neck, fitted but not tight, fully lined with interesting arm/neck detailing.

This is a cute dress, and I love the cut and fabric texture. However, the amount of fabric in the front pleating was excessive, and not at all flattering. On the upside, could be a perfect dress to fit a baby bump!

This was a comfortable work dress. It fit true to size and I thought the length was appropriate for work. I didn't love it enough to want to purchase, but overall was a solid dress.

The fit is cute and flattering up top, but the length is awfully short (and at 5'4, I'm not particularly tall), especially for work and especially if you're wearing as maternity, which RTR had recommended. The shape is otherwise flattering on a smaller bump, but do proceed with caution if renting for maternity workwear: definitely requires tights or confidence + an open-minded workplace.
