The flow of the dress was so epically awesome. The material was perfect. Braless was the way to go, so comfortable and fun to dance in. The hem of the dress was fun and flirty but also really classy and beautiful. It felt divine to wear and looked fabulous for pictures. The fabric design is unique and different, i loved every bit of it!

This dress is gorgeous and it's hard to see the moire pattern detail in photos, so see the closeup of the fabric. I think the name makes it sound "cheap" so I am glad I clicked through to check it out anyway. This is a high-low cut; perfect for petite women! The details make this dress; although it's very plain, the cut and flow of the train tell you this is a quality dress. I'd own this one (and as an Unlimited Member, there's really no reason for me to own any of these dresses! LOL). Can wear a regular bra, and there is some give in the fabric. When I rent again, I will go down a size for a more tailored fit.

Comfortable and flattering! Fits true to size

This was a replacement dress. The one I originally picked was not available. The 6 was fairly tight around the ribs so I opted for comfort and wore the 8. The fabric is a little bit heavy but it keeps its shape as you wear it. I received lots of compliments.

I was being complimented so much that night that I actually pulled up the app and showed others how they could order it for themselves. I LOVED this dress and felt like a million bucks wearing it. The subtle details make this dress even more gorgeous in person. The fabric felt amazing and feels expensive. This is SOOO much more than just a basic black dress. I was able to dance, eat and be comfortable in this dress for almost 10 hours. It never wrinkled or lost its shape. I was so impressed with this amazing dress. I will be ordering it again!

I got this dress as a replacement for one of the items in my original order, and I was SO impressed with it. The material feels very substantial and luxurious, but wearing it did not feel heavy at all. There wasn't a lot of give in the material, so I opted to size up (I'm usually between size 8/10) and I am glad I did - the dress was comfortable both seated, standing, dancing, and eating at the wedding that I attended. Also, even though it does have an invisible back zipper, I was able to get this dress on without assistance and without too much fussing and twisting/turning. There is some texture in the fabric of the dress, so it's not quite as plain as it might look online. The lines are conservative, but that makes it eminently suitable for anything from a professional event, to a wedding, or to a fancy dinner. Because of the color and simple lines, this was very easy to accessorize - you can go for a more classical look, or go bolder with color. I am so pleased with how this dress looked/felt, and I got so many compliments on it during the wedding. Once again Rent the Runway came through for me!

I recieved this dress because another dress I ordered wasn't ready to ship in time. It worked out fine, the dress is beautiful, comfortable and good to dance in! I received lots of conpliments.

This dress was sent to me when my first two picks were unavailable. It looks very plain and boring in photos, and I was pretty underwhelmed initially. However, it turned out to be very flattering and comfortable! The material is thick, soft, and forgiving. I generally wear a size 4, but the 2 fit like a glove. I am very short, but the high/low hem was perfect even with only two inch heels! Although a bit plain, this dress feels expensive and looks lovely in person.

I absolutely love this Rubin Singer dress! The dress runs true to size and the fabric has some stretch, however, it is fitted down until the hip area so I would consider sizing up for your back up if you are curvier. You can wear a standard bra with this option and I would recommend it for smaller cup sizes. The fabric is beautiful and subtle in person. Pair it with black heels and a fun clutch to complete the outfit!

I wore this dress to an award ceremony and felt like a million bucks. The fabric has an expensive feel to it and the dress is very well cut. The pattern is subtle and is much prettier in person. I loved wearing it!

It's lucky that rent the runway released unlimited because I literally want to live there rest of my life in this dress. In other words it's to die for.

I received this as a back up style. This dress was far more expensive than the original I had chosen, which luckily also fit great in the size sent, I wore the original to the main event. I was able to wear this beauty to the cocktail party the night before the wedding we attended. I LOVED this style as soon as I saw it on line but couldn't justify a $300 rental for a basic black dress. Well let me tell you, after seeing, touching and wearing this style I can tell you it is well worth the price if you are considering it. The cut, fabric and design are stunning. The only draw back is that it was a little tight around my arms, which is weird because I am pretty petite. I am 5'2", about 120lbs, and a 34B. I wore the 4R and it was great. I would certainly rent this again!

Super comfortable, great length for us shorter girls who need to have a longer gown, the material and way it drapes absolutely turns this into a show stopper gown instead of a boring basic black dress.

I wore this to a VIP party before a screening at a Film Festival and when actors tell you that you look stunning, you know you're wearing a great dress. I got this as a free back up because there was an issue with my original rental and i could not be happier.

The dress fit true to size including being fitted in the waist. The high-low is not too high in the front which makes it appropriate for any occasion. The fabric is high-quality with a slight sheen. Would absolutely rent this one again.

I ordered the 6 and it was too tight in the chest, I ordered the 8 and it fit perfect. I loved the high low effect on this dress.

The fabric is beautiful but fit me weird around the stomach and made my hips look wide. Just not flattering. Probably better for someone without hips.

I wasn't convinced by the descriptions or photos that this dress was the "black tie optional" dress I was looking for; however after reading the reviews, I thought it might look much better in person. I was not wow'ed. It could have been more fitted and I really think the pictures RTR posted due it justice. There are side pleats (at the hip) that are very well constructed but made my hips look much larger than necessary (note- my waist is narrow but hips are wider). Like others mentioned the arm holes it me but definitely are smaller than the rest of the dress.

This was a beautiful dress from the front, but from the back it made me look strangely wide. The dress also runs large, so perhaps I would have been happier by sizing down.
