Traded the slip it came with for a bralette for a sexier look. Loved the shimmer in the fabric which was perfect for Vegas nights.

I wore this for a very fancy wedding and it was super well received, I got so many compliments l! The dress was really comfortable and honestly I found it was almost little too big since it was stretchy. I could have sized down, but still super happy with the dress I got and recommend it for anyone!!

I absolutely love this dress!!! Whoever wore it before me unfortunately did not return the black slip that it comes with. However I saw pictures in the reviews of someone else that wore it with a bra and biker shorts instead, so that's what I did and I LOVED it! I got so many compliments all night. It is so flattering - it totally made it look like I have a flat stomach and I definitely don't! Rent this dress!!!

I ordered this dress for a Gala I attended last Friday and I was not disappointed! The dress fit perfectly. I'm a size 12 and ordered this dress in a large based on other reviews. The dress was super comfortable and stretchy and I received tons of compliments on it.

I wore this to a lady Gaga concert so I opted out of the black slip that came with it and just wore it over my bra and biker shorts. It was flattering and comfortable.

The dress was absolutely amazing! I was expecting it to be tight and uncomfortable. It had great give and was perfect for dancing! I'd definitely rent it again!

I actually ordered this dress from Nordstrom for my 40th birthday, but when looking for fit reviews I found it on RTR and decided that I would return the one I purchased and rent instead since I wasn't sure if I would ever wear again. I loved this dress so much I'm thinking of reordering the Nordstrom one. It's a easy fit throughout (plenty of arm room) and some spanx tights kept everything smooth under.

Would have been a 5 star review if the dress would have come with the slip dress underneath as shown, but all I received was the beaded outer layer. Still, not even a less than functional dress could make me leave a bad review bc the dress is just that great. I put a lot of different options that I already owned underneath and had a hard time choosing. Ultimately went with a pencil skirt and bralette and gots tons of compliments. The beads/sequins photograph exceptionally well!

Loved this!! Appears more black than silver like the model's photo. I wore a silver and black shoe but a nude or black would be fine as well. I felt gorgeous in this and was able to wear preferred shape wear without lines. My only area of caution would be that the garment is thin despite being long. I would advise a coat or full toed shoe if wearing in a colder climate.

One of my favorite things about RTR is the quality of the items. This one didn't live up IMO. It's more of a sequins and I was expecting a more chain link? My hair kept getting caught in it. It was shorter on me than the model and just overall wasn't very comfortable. I didn't wear and opted for something else.

Beautiful dress. Lots of sequins, so you want to make sure you like the feel of them.

It was highly complimented and because the slip is sheer it kept me cool all night at the hot party.

I wore this dress to a formal x-mas party and it was a total hit! I received so many complaints and it was super comfortable. I think the overall fit was a little large. I ordered and medium and a large for back up because I'm 6.5 months pregnant and wasn't sure how much "give" the dress would have - I definitely could have worn a small (I typically wear size 2-6 depending on the brand and style).

Just for clarity, my sister actually wore this dress, not me. She is about 5'0", 100lbs soaking wet, and wears a 34B or C. We were debating between the XS and the S, and I am glad she wore the S. It fit perfectly! It comes in two pieces, the black slip and the metallic/sequin shell. It was comfortable and cute for our trip to Vegas. It definitely was longer on her than on the model since she barely clears 5 feet tall, so if you are on the shorter side, just know it will just be a little closer to ankle length or a tea length instead of just-past-knee-length like it looks in the photo.

Great, dress just runs small

I am 118 lb, 5’3”, usually a size 2 (waist 26). The dress fitted well. I was expecting it to be more silver color but it was darker. The sequin outer layer did not really fall around the slip but rather adhered to the slip due to static. I was happy how light the dress was. Many sequin dresses tend to be heavy.

This was my backup dress and ended up being perfect for my fundraiser event. I received lots of compliments and loved everything about it! The dress itself was soft and very movable - stretchy but didn't stretch out (also doesn't hold you in) for climbing up and down stage stairs, dancing and sitting through dinner. I wore a spanx slip instead of the slip dress that came with it - kept things in place much better and didn't move around like the slip dress did when I was wandering around my house while trying it on. Bonus - limited jewelry needed! I always forget to take pictures. But it was about midi-length on my 5'10" frame.

There are two separate dresses - the sparkle overlay and the slip liner, just FYI. Fit well, had some stretch. I am a tall L-XL and the large was plenty big.

I received many compliments on the dress and also felt very comfortable. The slip dress underneath is stretchy and soft. I was able to wear a standard black bra with it.

This dress is beautiful BUT you will only receive the mesh piece. I missed this in the previous reviews. You will need your own dress liner or under garment. I wore a black liner and it looked beautiful. The dress catches the light and the color is perfect to dress up. It's a little long as I am 5'1 but when heels it worked.

This dress fits true to form. Hugs in the right places; however, it is a two piece and rises when you walk because of the first piece. The sequins also gets stuck to the first piece so you have to be mindful of that. Nice dress overall.

Really cute dress made of high quality material. It unfortunately ran much larger than I expected. If you want a bodycon style fit I would recommend picking a size at least one size lower than usual.

This dress is lovely, but it just isn't practical. It is 2 pieces, the slip and the sequin overlay. If the 2 dresses were attached, it would be SO much better. The sequins kept getting caught on the slip dress and it kept riding up and the chest kept moving over and getting twisted. I was always pulling or adjusting all night.

This dress looked different in person than it photographs. I thought it would be more shimmery, but the sequins are much bolder than they look in photos. It's clearly pretty well made but it's scratchy and just wasn't the look I was hoping for.

This dress was so itchy, the sequin is on on a very thin material so you can completely feel the sewing and the bottom of the sequin scrape against your skin. I tried it on and could stand being in it for a minute...needless to say I did not wear it for NYE and had to wear something I already owned. What a waste!
