It was a wedding.
I'm usually a size 6/small or medium, and definitely needed the size large at 7 months. I added a ribbon belt to help define the waist. This was perfect, I got a lot of compliments!

LOVE
I rented this and one other black dress for a formal affair and couldn't have been happier with this one! The sleeves are so charming and flattering. I am 26 weeks pregnant 5'4 and 140 lbs. I do think if I was much further along this wouldn't have fit me as well. No zipper in back so you'll pull this on with slip underneath. Very comfortable!

A little shapeless, but nice for a maternity dress
This lace sheath did the job for a fancy cocktail party, but I wish it had a bit more shape (a ribbon belt would be nice, to accentuate what waist I had left at 8 months pregnant!). Fits true to size though.

Snug, no stetch at 31 weeks
I rented this in an Xs (my normal maternity size) and couldnt even get it on. Exchanged it for a medium which was snug in some places but baggy in others. The fabric was too stiff for my taste. On a positive note, The tulip sleeves are really pretty. Would not rent again.

Great fit!
This is a great dress to go over the bump! The material stretches and just goes right over. I received many compliments on this. Would rent again!

The dress is very flattening and covers are the maternity curves, plus it was very comfortable

cute party dress
I enjoyed wearing this at 26 weeks for a party. As others said it isn't specifically maternity and is a little bit shapeless and probably I would need to size up after a couple more weeks, but it felt fun and festive and maternity enough that everyone could see I was pregnant :)

Lovely lace, runs really small
This dress runs REALLY small. I couldn't get the L or the XL over my chest, much less my belly. I am usually a size L in maternity. The lace is really pretty, and the sleeves are different enough to make the dress interesting, but it wasn't even close to fitting. I'm 31 weeks pregnant now. I think it might not have fit me NOT pregnant, that's how narrow it was!

Runs a little small in my opinion
I'm currently ~32 weeks with twins and definitely have a bump that's more like a full term pregnancy at this point, however I sized up from a small which is my usual maternity size to a medium. It was a fight to get it over my belly and just wasn't flattering once on because it was so tight. The dress isn't meant to be tight so I thought sizing up to a medium would more than compensate but it still didn't work. It fit well in the chest, arms and shoulders so I feel like a large may look too baggy up top on me. If you're second trimester and not carrying twins this probably will work for you in your regular size, but be mindful that you may need to size up if you're later in pregnancy and have multiples!

Needs a big bump.
I was hoping this would be a good dress for holiday parties. I'm 29 weeks, but my bump is still fairly small. The dress fit everywhere except around the belly where it was really baggy. Returning unworn.

A little tight for third trimester
I tried this for a wedding I have in a month and it was already a little tight at 27 weeks pregnant. I also didn't like the tulip sleeves. The fabric just sits atop your arms and doesn't connect under your arm.

This is NOT a maternity dress!
Dress fit true to XS sizing around arms, chest, length. However, at 30 weeks pregnant, I could barely squeeze this over my belly. There was no stretch in it either. When I would sit down it rode way up. I had no back up dress, so I wore it anyway, but it was very tight, and I haven't gained much pregnancy weight.

This fit fine, but I wound up not wearing it because it was too loose in the top
I also didn't realize the sleeves weren't really sleeves. They're sort of flaps that cover the top of your arms but don't connect underneath. Wasn't wild about the look, so I went with a different option.

It was ok, good for a conservative event
This dress fit well (I sized up from a M to XL based on other reviewers' feedback). Overall it was just OK. It was pretty conservative with the color, lace, length of sleeves, and length of them hem. I might have worn to an evening wedding or other more formal event but it didn't work for the nice dinner party I was attending so did not wear it.

I rented this to wear to work.
The dress is really pretty, but there's no stretch in it - I found the arms to be a little too small for comfort.

This looked dowdy and not good on me; I was 36 weeks pregnant. Did not end up wearing. Would maybe look better on someone less pregnant?

This dress is comically small
I am 5'10", normally size 10 and 33 weeks pregnant. I could not even get this dress over the top of my bump let alone slide it down over my hips. I have also not gained an obscene amount of weight (currently at +32 lbs) so I will chalk it up to this dress just not being cut at all for the 3rd trimester. I would have been able to wear it comfortably probably up to 24 weeks or 26 at best without my bump being encased like a sausage. Disappointing, bc it is very cute!
