This dress will fit every body type so whether or not it's for you is a matter of personal style. One recommendation would be to wear a slip underneath to keep the fabric flowing without bunching up on your backside on a breezy day. The fabric is so light and fluid that it moves like silk and not a knit which is what it is.

This was comfy and interesting, but it felt a little lumpy in places. I had to put a jacket over it bc it does not photograph very well.

The draping on this dress is really beautiful. It was quite long as I'm 5'3 but other than that it was great!

The collar and arm holes are a bit confusing to put on, but the way this dress drapes and flows is pretty, unusual and edgy while having classic (Greek?) appeal. It is too pricey to buy for my budget, but I may bring it back for another future rental.

Given the California destination, I wanted something different and unique. The bride is a fashionista, so I wanted something she would appreciate. It was perfect for a day into night Palm Springs weather wedding. I received tons of compliments and it was super comfortable. I did have a little trouble with one bra strap that kept wanting to poke out, but other than that it was perfect. I will definitely rent again, it was so easy to wear!

The knitted fabric was great and draping was very kind to my body. Ladies, try this one. You will feel like a goddess. I felt comfortable and able to eat a four course meal in Italy full of cheese and pasta, also had room for gelato. I will rent this again.

This dress is incredibly flattering and comfortable. I am 5'2 and the back comes down to just above the floor on me in flat shoes so it definitely is a little longer than on the model, but I expected this. This could easily be dressed up or down and the material is very soft and breathable. The dress I received is also like new. Will be re-renting in the future.

44R is what worked for me. Conversion seems off to me. The 42R (returned) was more of a 4 than a 6. And this 44R was more of a 6 than an 8. Anyway, I'm purchasing this one.

As in most Rick Owens, it shapes your body without being fitted. A winner.

I absolutely loved this versatile dress. I wore it to a formal gala, outdoor wedding, and afternoon brunch. It feels like wearing pajamas but that Rick Owens draping makes you look effortlessly cool. I'm pregnant and it was great at hiding a small baby bump.

Draping is unforgettable and you don't have to wear Spanx!

The fit was tight. I rented this as a maternity recommendation, but I would not recommend it if you are in your third trimester. The bump made it hang strangely in the front and it had a weird gathering affect behind. I just wore a jacket and it was fine and comfortable but more of a second tri dress.

This was an amazing dress. The drape was flattering and interesting, and the jersey material was so comfortable. It is a very forgiving dress, so order your true size and you should be fine. Perfect for a Statue of Liberty costume, also! Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

I say this runs small because I got a 46R, which fit, and I would usually wear a 44. Very cool dress - flattering, funky. A bit challenging to arrange so that the draping was doing what it was supposed to do. Disappointed in fabric - just ordinary t-shirt style knit. It would drape better if the fabric were heavier.

This dress fit like no other I have ever seen. The front was awesome but the back of the dress was so bland and baggy. It was super soft and comfortable if you can get over the weird arm and head holes.

I wanted to love this dress. It is flowy and comfortable and elegant and all the rest... on the model. I COULD NOT get it to hang right. It was like an origami puzzle that just didn't work. So back it went.

Loved this dress - so comfortable but with enough style and structure that you don't feel like you are wearing your pajamas. The only thing that's a little less-than-perfect is that it is a bit (small bit) sheer. With all of the draping I was comfortable wearing it without too much worry to a daytime party, but if you are considering it for something more formal it's a consideration.

I like the idea of this dress, but wasn't crazy about the jersey fabric. It felt like a shapeless nightgown, so I didn't wear it.

See how in the RTR pictures the chest area is kind of strange both on and off the model? I did but I ordered the dress anyway because it was so cool and because RikOwens! But alas I should have believed my eyes because it appeared the same way on my body. Clinging in odd places - maybe better for a smaller chested, non curvy figure? Nice color knit fabric though.
