It's like the leather shrunk or something. The zipper gave me a really bad tail. Maybe if you had a bigger booty (mine is nonexistent) the leather would stretch and it wouldn't be so bad. The lining also extended below the bottom of the skirt.

Loved the length and shape of this skirt. Felt (relatively) edgy with a bit of leather, but not too much that I felt like a biker-chick. It went with all of my tops; really versatile piece.

I would purchase this skirt if I could. When I put it on It literally fit me perfectly. Felt custom. Although it's a size larger than I usually wear, doesn't really matter. From the plush material to the length to the way that it fit my waist my hips, it made me feel youthful and sexy for the Eric Church concert. Rocking out at 40! I rented it with a vest that I also reviewed and I love the two of them together!

Super comfortable yet sexy little skirt that can be matched with numerous tops for almost any occasion. A-line flatters the waist and the length is not too short that you can't wear it during the day.

This skirt would be a great basic to have on hand every day. I wore to an art museum with a concert tee, chucks, and fun hat. It's not too short that you feel uncomfortable, but not too long that you feel mom-ish (no offense to my moms out there!)

Amazing skirt!! Have rented this multiple times now. Everyone always compliments the skirt no matter if I dress it up or down. In my opinion, it runs slightly small so I'd size up for length and comfort. I typically wear a 6 or 8, and previously rented the 8 and didn't wear it due to the small fit. The 10 was perfect to give me a touch of extra length and breathing room. The leather can be a bit warm, but the skirt lining helps to ensure you aren't a sticky, sweaty mess. I am 6ft. tall so it was a smidge short, but nothing too crazy. If you are 5'10 or under you'll feel totally covered. I wore it with flats and heels and both ways I felt covered and comfortable...just no twerking. :-) I am already missing this piece now that I've sent it back because it makes you feel like such a rock star! Rebecca Minkoff, in general, has the most amazing pieces, and this skirt is no different. Highly recommend.

This is a awesome leather skirt. It's heavy for winter but looked cute with a tank top and wedges. Runs a little small, so I had to wear it higher on my waist.

Amazing and surprisingly versatile leather skirt by Rebecca Minkoff. While this skirt runs true to size, you may want to consider sizing up for fuller hips as there is not much give to the leather. The high-waisted mini look is quite fitted, especially right at the mid-waist. With that being said I recommend wearing a thin shirt that's easy to tuck in as you definitely want to show off the belted waist. Pair with sleek and chic silver jewelry.

I love everything leather and this is simple a well built skirt that you can pair with anything. I wore the 6 and have wide hips so if I was going anywhere that involved a lot of sitting down I would size up next time. You can actually increase the waist a little by widening the buckles on either side (no visual difference) and that allowed me to pull it down a little since I'm 5'11 and it was getting a bit short.

Great skirt, wear it casual for work or dress it up for the evening. Received lots of compliments!

This skirt is a classic length. Not too short, but short enough to be fun and young. Wore this a few times with my unlimited subscription. I love the quality of the leather and it makes winter outfits more fun, paired with tights and chunky sweaters. It feels like a classic piece everyone should try.

I am in love with this skirt. This is one of the few Unlimited items I have kept past one wear. The skirt is a touch big in the waste for me, but that's very typical for my sizing. I am not sure I could have worn the size 2 because it may have been too tight in the hips. In any case, I love the skirt - it feels incredibly high quality and the look is very 'in' right now. I wore it with tights, a long sleeve top, and a really long cardigan and I got so many compliments. If it wasn't so expensive I would definitely consider purchasing.

I really love this skirt. It's a great staple piece and looks great... HOWEVER it does run small. I am a true 0 and it was right on my waist with not much give. The leather on this skirt is luxurious. So soft and in person it has a great texture and sheen that really take it a notch above your average leather skirt. It ran a little bigger than I would have liked but with buttoned tabs on either side to cinch it in, this skirt fit me better than most off the rack--not quite at my natural waist, but not mid-hip the way most true-to-size skirts fall on me. Overall, A+ rating for a cute, easy to style date night option. For a midwestern winter night, I paired this with black tights, black booties and a burgundy off the shoulder top.

This skirt is great. Its the perfect length, sexy and chic at the same time.My only concern was that It bubbled a bit above my butt. If you wear it with a chunky sweater the issue is easily fixed.

This skirt is itself is super cute, but it is honestly way too short. I am 5'7" tall and it covered my bum by literally millimeters when I was standing, so sitting would have been a joke. Needless to say, I did not wear it. Unless you're 5'1" or shorter, don't rent this skirt.
