Love love love! Fits perfectly, and I don’t want to take it off!

This button up is super soft and feminine with a princess sleeve and a pink line running through it. It fits TTS while being roomy.

Soft flannel with perfect arm length. I loved the elevated shoulders and the cuffed sleeves, I think it gave it a more feminine look instead of your typical flannels you see in Fall/Winter.

Well made, warm, comfortable with beautiful feminine touches like the slightly embellished shoulder and nip at the waist. Might buy this I loved it so much!

The sleeves make the shirt more feminine than A traditional plaid shirt. Nothing special about the fit other than that, but that's exactly what the shirt is meant for! Lightweight fabric

I love the shirt so much, but I had to post a review right away. It is nice and light weight, and the super soft flannel material. There is a bit of cushion in the shoulders to give it a super feminine edge! I love Rails and this shirt doesn't disappoint

This flannel is incredibly soft and has the cutest puff sleeves with a tiny shoulder pad located just on the shoulder edge. It's so cute and comfortable. Nice for a fall evening.

Pros: SUPER soft flannel, chic, muted color way Cons: everything else. I went by the suggested size and it was WAY too big. The weird puff sleeves hung a few inches over my shoulders. Shirt looked sad and saggy and since the shoulders were too large, it made me look like a linebacker. If you aren't into a structured shoulder moment, skip this plaid number

The shoulders look sharp and the colors are great for spring. Can be dressed up or down.

Tiny shoulder pads give just the smallest feminine accent to this otherwise plain plaid shirt. I wore it to a couple agriculture based conferences and it was perfect with jeans and loafers.

cozy shirt for office or weekend. has a bit of a western vibe if worn with jeans. i wore a medium which fits great except the shoulders a touch big. Might be able to size down but I like the comfy feel of the medium

This was a more lightweight flannel, perfect for the early fall when the temps haven't cooled THAT much but you still want a flannel look.

Easy and comfy, but also cute! It’s a much lighter weight flannel than many and it is also longer than other Rails button downs I have rented, which I liked. Great for a casual but pulled together, nursing-friendly outfit with jeans.

This was different and fun to wear for a few Zoom calls. Comfortable Rails flannel with a fun sleeve. I see why people say this runs large, but I was comfortable in my usual Rails flannel size (M).

Perfect with jeans

I love Rails and the pattern, but flutter sleeves aren't great on my shoulders. From the photos I thought it was minor, but ended up much more pronounced when it was on.

Loved the detail on the shoulders! Wore this for a work event for fall and it was perfect. Shorter than I thought it would be...

I'm a usual small in Rails but this felt body and too big in the shoulders. It was cute but nothing that special.
