You do have to tie it differently in the back than is displayed but easy to do. Worn it to two different weddings!

I did have to tie the straps a bit and the back strap fell a tad here and there but overall it was beautiful. I did not dance in it so I can’t speak on that. I’m 5’7 and 135-40lbs. The S fit perfectly.

The back is difficult to tie but there’s enough string to get creative with it. The color is SO beautiful, very much has a 70’s feel to it.

Such a simple and elegant design, I truly am obsessed with this dress. It will take some strap and length alterations to make this work for someone my petite size, so I sadly can’t recommend it unless you’re gonna buy it and alter it. But man, is it a beauty. The fabric has so much richness and depth, the back is so sexy, and I got so many compliments!

At first I thought no way can I wear this dress, as the shoulder straps were way too long and there was sure to be a nip slip. But I rigged the straps in the back in a star-like formation so it fixed the problem of the shoulder straps being too long. I felt comfortable and secure in this dress, and it was great for a fancy holiday party!

the straps in back were definitely confusing and had to tie weird to get jt to fit right. idk if its cuz im short but there was a lot of extra fabric on my sides near my chest. but wasn't end of world. i really loved this.

Size wise: runs smaller due to structure, id size up if you are between sizes. I tied the straps to fit my height. Material and color are gorgeous - real head turner for an event you want to be classic yet sexy.

This dress feels expensive and luxurious. It is low cut and girls will definitely be making an appearance but as long as you’re ok with that this dress is amazing. I don’t think the model is wearing the strap’s correctly. If you use the side tie straps and loop them through the shoulder straps the top cinches together perfectly and makes a nice star in the back. With this tie it felt secure and structured. I will absolutely rent again

I love the color and look of this dress. If you have any amount of chest you do have to get creative with the tie and it might create a little pucker of fabric on the side below your breast because I think it’s meant to hang low on more of a flat chest. I did use a strip of boob tape up the center to hoist the girls up a bit and it was perfect.

I was very nervous my boobs would fall out so I tied it really tight and by the end of the night it became very tight. But got a million compliments

Many of the reviews mention the non-adjustable straps being a problem -- but as someone with a long torso, this was perfect. The gown is stunning and I received a ton of compliments.

This dress was perfect for a September wedding! It fit like a glove but was still comfortable to sit in. I have a smaller chest so the top was perfect. Only thing, like everyone else says, The straps were about 2” too long. But if you pin it and some crisscrossing tie in the back it was perfect !

Orange velvet? Who knew?? Fit like a glove, straps aren’t really adjustable to be prepared for a deep V - but you will feel magical. Loved this dress.

Absolutely loved wearing - fun fabric and beautiful color for a fall wedding. Straps are a little long and back is very open but flattering comfortable if that’s what you’re looking for. If you want a very secure dress maybe not the one.

I wore it for new years and loved it so much, I did a photo shoot in it before returning. The chest did fit funny, very loose (straps not adjustable) while also being too small for my boobs. I had to get creative tying the back (I used the extra straps as a corset style). I also needed a very specific bra and boob tape. But I still want to buy this dress cuz I looked amazing in at and the fabric was amazing

You’ll find with this dress (as many other reviews stated) that you’ll have to get creative with how this dress is tied. I also regret not using a lil fashion tape to make it stick better. But it IS stunning and perfect for a formal wedding!

Kind of a weird fit. The straps were way too long but it was kind of tight around the rib cage and chest area. Definitely needed fashion tape to make it work. got a lot of compliments though and felt amazing in it! If it wasn’t so expensive I would buy and get it altered

Not totally sure what type of chest this will work for but it didn't provide any support and it felt like the straps were too low and the under bust line fell way below my own bust, otherwise fit fine.

Fit a little tight. Also a little warm because the fabric is so thick but over all lots of compliments and a great dress!

Medium was so tight in the legs that I worried about busting a seam when I was sitting so opted for the large instead which resulted in the waist/chest being too large. C’est la vie for this small-chested pear-shaped queen. Dress was a little long but loved the color, even though the direction of the fabric made the dress look more orange than gold (which is what I was originally going for). GET SOMEONE ELSE TO TIE THE BACK FOR YOU and make it snug! I absolutely ADORED the neck line and the back of this dress and how it showed off my arms and did spend several hours dancing in it. May have accidentally flashed someone while dancing because the chest was so loose, but due to the material dress tape didn’t stick very well.

So I rented this because the color is stunning! The cut is kind of odd though. It fit me enough where I felt my boobs wouldn’t fall out, but was often adjusting the dress all night. I don’t think it did me any favors, but it definitely was not unflattering. The straps that go over the shoulders are not adjustable, so the triangles fall lower on the boob than I’d normally like, but everything stayed in place all night. Also, this dress has a liner that does not stretch at all. I would say order larger if you’re on the fence for a backup size

I had a hard time getting the top to fit nicely, shoulder straps aren’t adjustable and side straps squished my chest. Beautiful material.

*The model is wearing the straps wrong* You need to weave the adjustable straps through the shoulder straps to cinch them in for the best fit. Wore this to a wedding in November and it was comfortable all night and looked great in photos.

I was worried this dress might be too hot for a summer wedding, but it was great! Only issue was the straps so I ended up holding up the dress through the dinner which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, I loved the fit of the dress and the color!
