Super cute top. Fit me PERFECTLY!
I got a medium. I am 5’11 - 155 lbs - 36 B cup - I do have a broad ribcage but nothing crazy. The top is adjustable both on the strap and on the closure in the back, like a normal bra. If you have large boobs it probably will not cover them and there will be underboob, which is sort of in right now so who cares !!

Perfect for Miami!
I rented this for a bachelorette party in Miami along with the matching pants and it was perfect. I'm a 36C and was worried the XL would be too big, but it fit just right. It did have adjustable straps though. I will say, if my bust was any bigger, I'd be spilling out of it. Otherwise, it was well made and the material felt sturdy.
