Long after my event, people were shooting compliments my way on this fabulous dress! The material is a REALLY thick, spandex-like fabric that did a nice job of smoothing my body out. The cut-outs were visible, but not overly inappropriate for the Jamaica wedding I was attending, so they added some fun to the overall look. I will say that the band around the waist area has almost no give, so if you need more space in the midsection, I suggest sizing up.

It's a tight dress, so I sized up from an xs to s for the day of the event since we were dancing and eating all day. Usually I wear an xs in dresses. The fabric was great for a tight dress, and it was very slimming. The slits on the side and front made the dress more trendy even though it was a long dress. I would definitely wear the dress again if I owned it.

I loved this dress! It fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful in it. A little tight on the chest but gave me a great push-up! 100% will rent again!

This dress runs small so the 0 was a little too snug on me. Great for women with a smaller bust and nice legs; Makes your butt look really nice too. This dress is very cool and unique and would work perfectly for a formal event.

It runs small and snug but the material is thick and stretchy so you will have room. Also, I am on the shorter side and it a little long. I wore it with 3 inch heels and it was perfect. I would definitely rent again.

This dress was gorgeous! Compliments all evening. The reviews are correct it is very fitted and doesn't have a lot of give. Be ready to suck it in bc Spanx are not an option! The tube top was a bit snug and I don't have a large cup size. This was not the most comfortable dress but the chic look was worth the effort!

This LBD is absolutely stunning!! It was perfect for a black-tie optional wedding as well! The material of the dress is a little bit stretchy so it was super comfortable to move around in all night! I ordered the dress in XSR and SR and ended up wearing the XSR because the SR was a little bit too lose. The length was perfect with the 3-4" heels I wore and I wasn't tripping over the dress all night as with other dresses. I was also able to wear a strapless bra with the dress which was a huge bonus for me! The sleeves would occasionally slip but that was not an issue for me at all and something that was easily fixed with a little fashion tape. This dress is super elegant, fun, sexy and chic all at the same time and I would hands down rent it again!

I ordered this dress for a fundraiser gala and I was originally a little nervous about how it was going to fit. I normally wear a medium/large and I noticed that almost everyone reviewing this dress wore the small! I ordered the large and the small as the back up size because the medium wasn't available at the time. I was happy to find that the large fit perfectly! Nice little stretch to the material and I didn't have to wear a bra or spanx. I thought my underboob was going to slip a couple of times but it never did, maybe if I did a lot more moving around it may have. Your booty will pop in this dress too! Also love the slit in the back of the dress. Only downside was the stupid buttons on the back but not a deal breaker, just hard to undo. Overall wonderful experience with RTR, super easy and convenient! I would definitely rent this dress again (wish I owned it) and will be using RTR for future events!

This dress was perfect for a black tie wedding. Heavy material, yet light enough to wear on a warm day. Although the dress is advertised as midi length it fit a few inches above the ankle on me. No bra needed as the material is thick enough. Loved this dress and so glad I sized up!

Loved this dress, but it did run on the small size especially in hips and butt (My pant size is 26). The chest was a little loose (I am a 30DD). It was easy to move around in and dance in. Perfect if you are looking for something that is classic but not boring.

It did run a little small as most reviews state and the medium was not available for me to try, but I was still able to wear the small comfortably. The fabric is pretty stretchy and made me feel tucked in. I received SO many compliments and the cut outs were too cute! I would recommend just ordering your "normal" size and the next size up so you have another option incase you feel uncomfortable.

Definitely runs small and had some success find of wear and tear . It was a bit of squeeze and probably the M would had been a better fit but it wasn't available, yet between my two other back up dresses this is the one that got the overwhelming vote . Perfect for a formal event that doesn't require conservative dress code .

I absolutely love this dress and recommend it to everyone! Although it ran a little small because it is very snug, I ended up loving this aspect of the dress. I was confident in it and felt super skinny and knew nothing would fall out. The length of this dress is perfect and makes it easy to walk around and dance! This dress is perfect for so many occasions and no matter where you wear it you will receive so many compliments. I love love love this dress and never felt so comfortable!

This was my backup dress, but once I tried it on, it was clear it was *the* dress! I received so many compliments on it, and was only slightly terrified I'd tear it (I didn't, but it is a tight fit).

Looked skimpy on the hanger but was tasteful and not too revealing on. Wore the small because the medium strap arrived broken and was a little large around the waste. Very flattering and liked the length a lot, got tons of compliments and would love to own.

This is my favorite LBD worn to date! I loved the tight fit and detailing. I received many compliments in the dress and would love to wear it again! I'm typically a S or XS in dresses and the S fit like a glove with minimal wiggle room. I wish I could buy it:)

This dress definitely runs on the small side but it still fit and felt like everything was sucked in by the dress. Loved the cut outs as well. It has a sexy flare but still appropriate to wear to a wedding or formal affair.

Perfect for a company Academy Awards style ceremony and party. I felt amazing in this dress. Not a ton of give in the fabric, but it was comfortable!

The dress arrived clean and not damaged. I ordered a small and medium and ended up wearing the medium (tried it on first and fit well so didn't worry about trying on the small). I had no trouble fastening the buttons in the back myself, but could see how some people had troubles. I am 5'8, 130 lbs -it was a little big in the bust for me (34B) so I had to pull up a few times (didn't wear a bra), but it wasn't too annoying. Got multiple compliments from others on this dress and definitely recommend! I'd also suggest wearing your hair up, with a fun gold bangle and gold earrings since it is such a structured dress.

Loved this dress!!! This was my first time using rent the runway and it did not disappoint. I am usually a medium but read the reviews and saw that it was very tight. The large wasn't available so I only had a choice to select medium. I would have liked to try the large to see if I had a little more room in it, but the medium worked out great. Definitely would recommend for a wedding or any formal occasion!

Loved the way this fit. I am tall and this length was perfect ankle length and did not look awkward. Very good material that is double lined so need for spanxs or tights. I felt like I was on the red carpet!

This dress was definitely tight, but fit like a glove. There was no stretch to the material & the buttons in the back of the bra part were definitely hard to do. I had to have a girlfriend help me get in & out of the dress. It was very stylish & chic. I got lots of compliments on the fit & style. I wore the Medium, but would have liked to try on the Large just to see how it fit.

The dress was tight, as the prior reviews indicate. However, it was still very comfortable and fun to wear. The classic shape and cutout gave the dress a fun yet classic feel simultaneously.

This was one of my favorite rentals to date. A friend of mine put it best when she said, "Oh my gosh! You look like Taylor Swift!" Haha. I felt really fantastic in this dress all night. Other reviewers weren't kidding when they said it runs small. I managed to put on the Small Regular (my usual size), but the bandeau part of the dress, which has buttons in the back, was almost impossible to button up, even with two people helping. So I went for the Medium Regular, which was STILL almost impossible to button, but we did it, though I had to remove my bra otherwise there were stretched holes in the button panel showing what was underneath. Without a bra on, it worked great. What a fantastic dress. I would wear it again and again.

I wore this dress to a formal wedding on NYE, and it was perfect for the occasion. I received several compliments. The dress was in great shape and the material is thick and sleek-looking. I did notice that the buttons on the back (visible when wearing) had been replaced. I'm 5'3" so was worried about the length but it was not any issue. The top of the XS fit perfectly, but the lower half was very tight. I also ordered the S as a back up, but the top was too loose on me. I ended up wearing the XS. It loosened up a bit throughout the night, but I'd definitely recommend ordering a size up as a back up. Overall, I was incredibly happy with this dress and would highly recommend it, especially for my petite friends.

This dress is perfect for a wedding or other formal event. Warning: it runs SMALL! I normally wear size 2 in dresses and the medium fit perfectly. The buttons are a little tricky, but if you can enlist someone to help you get it on, it's fine. And worth it! I felt comfortable dancing and moving around, even though the thick material looks a little constricting. No bra necessary, as the strap material is thick and holds you in. This is probably my favorite dress I've ever worn - I loved it!

As other ladies mentioned, the dress runs small. I'm pear shaped and the medium was definitely the way to go! (Note I normally wear 0/xs) This dress is just the most stunning combination of clean lines and a little sex appeal. The cut outs are modest enough that I felt comfortable and appropriate at a black tie optional wedding in November. May be my favorite rental ever.

This is the best dress EVER! Absolutely, stunning. I felt so sexy and confident in it. Fits very true to size - little tight through hips but enough to keep me sucked in. My measurements are: 130lbs - slim to curvy hips, 5"7, 32D, 26" waist, 36.5" hip. I think this dress looks best if you're very straight to slightly curvy. Would definitely recommend this site and dress again! Also, I ordered a size Small and didn't even order a backup size because they were already reserved. Dress has some give so it fit perfectly. Only disappointment was the dress was slightly damaged on the back (a button on the bandeau had come off) before I even put it on. I ended up wearing it missing the bottom button. However, I did save it and notified RTR and they credited me a full refund. I thought they'd discount but was very happy for the credit. I will use this for all my holiday parties!
