The other reviewers weren't kidding when they said this was one of the best dresses on the website. Uber-chic, perfectly draped, and fits like a glove. I wore a UK8 (size US2 according to RTR), and it fit very comfortably, with room in the waist and bust. I fit the UK6 as well, but it was a little tight in the shoulder; I figured there wasn't any point to feeling "strapped in" all night long if the UK8 worked just as well. Overall, a perfect dress for a fall wedding, and, of course, excellent CS from RTR.

I rented this dress to wear to Derby Party & it fitted like a glove. The fabric was incredible & I felt like a million dollars. In the photo it has come unzipped under the arm - no clue how, but I really didn't notice!

This is European sizing (I normally wear a 6 and the 12 here fit fine). The waist was a little high for me as I am tall but other than that, the dress is very comfortable to wear. Loved the length, right over the knee.

It fit me perfectly! I thought I was a size 8 (14 in this dress) in dresses but I'm so glad we're able to select two sizes because the 8 was too big! The size 6 (12) fit perfectly!! I'm short, so the dress hit right below my knees. I loved the fit & the style!

I rented this for a special dinner at Commanders Palace in New Orleans with some friends. I usually wear a 6 so I ordered the 12 and 14. The 14 was a little loose and not flattering to my waist. The 12 was very fitted over my rib cage and at first I thought it wasn't going to zip, but once I got it up it was fine and wasn't uncomfortable. Definitely high quality material. I had no problem with the fact that the wrap part opened up a little while sitting. It was easy to adjust. Overall I highly recommend this dress.

I was very happy with this rental for a wedding reception -- this was my first RTR experience and the dress received lots of compliments. Luckily the UK10/US4 worked out great, as I thought I had requested the free 2nd size (UK12/US 6), but apparently I did not. Based on the other reviews, I was convinced that the UK10 was going to be too small but it fit great, though a little big under the left arm. Since having that one spot tailored wasn't an option, I ran to Target for a bandeau bra. I didn't love the combo, but it worked fine in the end, especially since I was a little worried about overexposing myself. I paired the dress with bronze open toed heels and a bronze clutch. Unfortunately, the bracelet that I ordered from RTR to wear with the dress didn't work out, so I went with simple earrings that coordinated with the detail on the shoes.

This dress is amazing. High quality fabric and that kind of excellent fit that is the hallmark of well made clothing. I was little apprehensive about the one-shoulder look (it's not something that usually looks good on me) but the amount of give in the fabric was perfect. I never wanted to take it off.

I have rented more than 50 dresses now and this one is in the very top of the pack. I loved the fit and the bottom was perfect for my pearshaped body. The bottom has an actual wrap around component, so i had to pin that closed for when I sat down, but it made the fit really good. The material feels expensive and it is fully lined. Great orange color for a fall party! Unfortunately I didn't get any amazing pictures, but trust me when I say that you should rent this dress!

Fit me like a glove. I usually wear a 6 in mass retail (Gap, Banana, Ann Taylor etc.) but in high fashion, I'm usually an 8. This dress comes in Euro sizing so I ordered the 8 and 10. The 10 was perfect for my 38.5" hips and 34A bust. I wore a padded convertible bra, with one strap. I had to tape the non strapped cup to my chest because my boob kept popping out - beware boob escape. I also wore Spanx to smooth everything out. Even though the dress has a slit, there was no Spanx peaking out when I crossed my leg. The dress was comfortable and unique and I absolutely love the color. The filter on my camera makes it look red, but it is really a fall foliage orange color. The wool crepe was perfect for a late September wedding. I was never too hot. And since my 4-year-old son was in the wedding, it was very important that I be able to move a lot. This dress was great for function and fashion. I would rent it again in a heartbeat! And because I love being a little funky, I wore gold shoes and navy nail polish!

This is such a classic looking dress with beautiful subtle details. The material is soft and great for Fall. Definitely works well for a small chest.

The zipper is damaged on the dress. I was almost unable to wear it! I would have been screwed as the size 4 didn't fit and there wasn't any size 6 for me to rent.

The color is a true burnt orange. Though there was not any stretch in the dress, the fit was comfortable and very flattering. The only con was it was slightly snug on the neck, but not too bad for a few hours of wear.

I wanted something classy and elegant. I chose this dress because I loved the one shoulder and the draping. I was a little hesitant when I opened the box because the fabric was a little bit thicker than I expected or wanted for a spring wedding. Also I ordered a size UK 14 and 12 which are really sizes 8 and 6. I ended up wearing the 6 although I probably should have gone one size smaller. I wish the dress had been a little more fitted. Overall I really liked the dress. I loved the color and I felt good in it all night. I will definitely be going with RTR for my next event.

I actually wore both the 6 and the 8: the 6 for a dinner date at a formal restaurant, and the 8 with a jacket over it for church the next day. The 6 was a little hard to zip but more figure-flattering. The 8 was more comfortable but looked better with a jacket over it. I tried to use fashion tape for the front flap when I wore the 6 but it didn't stay in place - I kept having to adjust the dress, especially if I had been sitting. The 8 was large enough to stay respectably closed without tape. The picture here is of the 6. The fabric is beautiful and expensive-looking. The cut was unique but beautiful.

Wonderful color and draped detailing in the front and back (Which you can't see in these pictures.) The fabric is an unusual one for a cocktail/formal dress (wool crepe), but does not detract from the beautiful cut of the dress. The size 6 (equivalent to a size 0) was a perfect fit; somewhat snug after a full meal, but still breathable! Note that the neckline is quite small - it's a tight fit to squeeze your head and shoulders through, but does mean it ends up being quite modest and no worrying about more showing than you'd hoped!

Wore this for a formal anniversary dinner. The dress fit perfectly, had room to breathe (and eat), and looked effortlessly elegant. I usually wear a size 2 and the 2/10 worked. Definitely recommend.

This dress was literally perfect in every way. It fit me perfectly, though I can see why people thought it was a little tight on the top. The fabric and cut of the dress are what make it so great, it's very well made and it shows. Very classy. The fabric is thicker so it doesnt crease and wrinkle and look weird. Length was perfect just hitting above me knees. The slit goes up your thigh a little when you sit down but doesnt show off too much. I LOVE this dress. Wish it was mine.

I am a size 0 or 00 for most high street brands and this dress fit me very well. I would have given it a 5 but the dress was a bit old. It was clear that it had been worn several times. The stitching was coming off a bit.

Rented this for my husbands holiday work party, the backup size was out of stock and the dress was too small to zip. Runs VERY small.

This dress had beautiful fabric - pretty color and of a nice weight, so the feel was definitely luxurious. I actually ordered it as a back up dress, but when I was disappointed with my main pick my boyfriend thought this dress was the much better option. On its own the dress was a little bit too conservative and plain (e.g. the neckline is nice and high so you're quite covered), but accessorizing with a thin gold belt and dangling gold earrings really jazzed it up.

This was my back up dress. And to be honest - I wish it had fit because in person, it is elegant and the color is wonderful (especially for Fall). However, I could not wear it because it did not zipper up over my breasts. I am a full C but quite narrow (a 34). Perhaps it had shrunk - but there was no way I could wear it.
