I’ve rented a lot of things from RTR and almost never leave a review. This dress was perfect! I wore it to a black tie optional charity Christmas dinner at a local historic mansion. I got so many compliments! I’m 40 years old, 5’6”, 115 lbs, comfortably a size 25 jeans, 32B. I have slightly broad shoulders (typically a 2 in tailored blazers and suit jackets such as Club Monaco, Hugo Boss or Veronica Beard). The size 0 fit perfectly. The color is more raspberry than bright Christmas red just for those who may be thinking it’s red red. It hit me at the ankle, which I was afraid wouldn’t be flattering but it was lovely. Plan to wear heels or it will look frumpy. The material is thick so no bra needed if you’re someone who can get away with that sort of thing, or strapless is fine. I wore strapless.

I’m 5’2” so the midi length was perfect to hit my shoe tops. The draping was stunning. It gave me an hourglass where I am normally more of a triangle/pear shape. It’s European sizing. I’m normally a 4/6 in most brands. The 10 was perfect without being snug anywhere.

This dress slayed! Caveat -Fabric is heavy so it was warm for the first part of outdoor wedding. Looked rich and vibrant. Was totally worth it. Tons of compliments.

I was a bit stressed as the delivery dates are not always respected/met. Luckily I asked to arrive early. I loved wearing the dress and received many compliments. The pop of pink was fun.

My mother looked gorgeous in this dress! She is 5 foot tall so it fit her very long but nothing some heels wouldn’t fix. The color is wonderful and she looked elegant all day!

I wore this to a golf course wedding in October in Vegas and it was perfect! I received so many compliments. The material was thick and supportive yet allowed me to move on the dance floor. A winner!

The claret color is delicious & the underside of the train is hot pink. I wish I’d gotten a better picture of that. It fit perfectly; I was worried it’d be too long as I’m short, but it was perfect without being uncomfortable.

Perfect for a classy formal affair. Thick fabric, feels expensive. Looks elegant and that shoulder train is just such a great addition!

I wore this in a size 6 and it still fit, though I would have preferred my usual size 4 (which wasn't available).

Dress had “wow factor” with the drape and a flattering fit — thick fabric with thoughtful seaming angles. Wish I bought it! The listed sizes are UK. Usually a US 4/6, but wore UK10 which had a bit of room in it. Could have worn the UK8 but it would have been super tight.

For it to fit loose like the model you have to go quite a few sizes up

Very flattering dress, and gorgeous color. Shawl was a bit unwieldy, and didn't love the hot pink inside part of the drape, but overall the dress was beautiful.

Fit perfectly! Gorgeous and sophisticated. Lots of complements. I wore it for a wedding in November. It was cold but the dress is heavy and warm. I used a size 10UK. I’m a 6US.

Wow. This is so wonderful to wear. I felt it had the right amount of drama and color without being too loud. I felt so fabulous and confident. The only issue I had was that it was a little loose on my back likely due to my short torso having extra fabric at my waist. I'm a rectangle shape but still felt it was more narrow on the hips than the top (I have no butt though!). Will keep my eye on this brand because the quality is spectacular. I'm anywhere between 10-14 and the 14 fit for this one.

I’m slim. While beautiful, this dress would likely fit a more curvy figure better. Didn’t fit in the hips or the bust for me.

This dress is HEAVY. It’s pretty and true to size and was flattering on hourglass shape but I didn’t wear it to my event because it was so heavy.

The fit was good but I live alone and it was impossible to zip and fasten at the neck by myself. :(
