I'm usually a 4/6 but both those sizes ended up being too big and I finally went with a 2. Wrinkles REALLY easily and is quite noticeable, which was a little annoying. Very pretty though and photographs beautifully so I can see myself renting it again.

I love this dress - I think it may be one of my first RTR purchases! It fits in a feminine fashion with an appropriate length for work or play. I wore it to the office (I'm a lawyer) and on the weekend and to a live recording of Pod Save America - THIS DRESS GOT AROUND.

The chest part is tight and not forgiving, Don't wear a bra and you should be OK.

I love this fun, lady like style by Red Valentino! This fits snug and doesn't have any give to the material, it was a bit too tight in the bust, I would have sized up on this style. Very pretty colors and the material feels expensive. I was able to wear this with a normal bra and no spanx would be necessary. I would wear this with nude heels and possibly for a wedding or a fancy date night!

I wore this for a wedding in May and received SO many compliments, even months later I had people comment that it was their favorite dress. It was very comfortable, super lightweight and such a fun color/pattern combo.

I was a little nervous this would be an awkward length since I'm only 5'2", but it was perfect! Looks great with nude heels and hits just above the ankles for me – so a little longer than tea length, but not by much. I think I could have ordered a size down for the bust (the only fitted part of the dress), but the 40R was a safe choice (32DD). I ended up going with a strapless bra, but could have worn a regular one (always a bonus). The fabric and colors are really wonderful and I felt work-appropriate AND beautiful!

This dress was a dream. Pros: unique, beautiful, comfortable, can be dressed up or down. Cons: wrinkles easily. I loved this dress and was devastated when I had to return it.

I usually wear a size 2 but rented a 38R, which I believe is equivalent to a 0. I'd recommend sizing down if you're flat-chested because the dress is loose-fitting with the exception of the top. This is the perfect dress to rent because it's super unique and bold, so you wouldn't want to be photographed in it more than once. Absolutely loved it and got a ton of compliments.

I absolutely loved this dress. While I could tell that it had obviously been worn due to the fabric just being not in top condition, it still looked beautiful after a quick steam. There wasn’t a backup size available so I was really worried it would be too small, the dress fit like a glove. It was a little hard to take deep breaths at times I will say. Also I have a larger rib cage so if you are a 34 and similar size than I, you will probably be very comfortable in this size.

The fabric is very beautiful. It gives the dress structure and has a subtle sheen. I'm very busty so I worried this wouldn't fit but it did!

The Bust is tight. I recommend breast petals in lieu of a bra and I recommend you order your true size and one size up just in case your true size does not fit. Also, the length is longer than it would seem from the pictures of the model wearing this dress; but, I didn't mind the longer length. This dress was super fun to wear to an outdoor wedding! I received many compliments.

I wore this for my rehearsal dinner and got compliments all night! I found this fit TTS. I'm 5'6" and the length was good (mid-shin) - I would definitely recommend heels though due to the longer length, or you might look a bit swallowed. I am a 34C and felt comfortable wearing it without a bra + some silicone coverups. However, if you have a chest that's much larger than that, it might be a bit too tight/have too much compression up top. I would maybe even rent this one again!

I chose this dress last minute after the original dress I ordered became unavailable, and I couldn't be happier. Easily my favorite dress I've rented from RTR, possibly my favorite dress ever! The colors are beautiful and easily carry from day to night. You could dress it up or down. The fabric is thick and soft and holds the intended shape. I got compliments all night! I seriously wish I didn't have to return it! Sorry for the grainy picture, but I promise you won't be disappointed if you rent this!

I wore this dress to a September wedding and I think it was my favorite rental thus far. It was perfect for that transitional time between summer and fall. The colors, stripes and fabric were all lovely - very chic! I fit into both the 38 and 40, but beware, the zipper is tough to get up which is why I ended up wearing the 40 - you'll probably need help zipping! Overall, very stylish and beautiful dress!

Dress fits completely true to size and length is fairly long (I hardly have a chest, consider going up in size if you're more full up top). I am 5'9" and the dress skimmed the middle of my shin bones. Light weight and comfortable fabric. Be sure to have a steamer available day of to get out any wrinkles from shipping. Highly recommend.

The dress was longer on me, hitting closer to my ankles than my shins, but it worked out fine with wedges (and I was actually sitting for most of the evening). Super comfortable and pretty!

Rubs small in chest but great dress to dress up or down

Wore this for an outdoor graduation and barbecue. Bright and festive dress. Love the substantial silk. The top fits closely and is on the smaller size so it wouldn't work for a full bust. I am not tall so the length was to my ankles at 5'4" . The Zipper worked way better than most of the zippers on this style dress: I had very little trouble zipping it past the waistline. The bodice is fitted but the skirt is flowing without being overpowering. Beautiful dress, felt great wearing this!

Rented this for a trip to Vegas. I loved the dress it was so much fun. There is no give to the fabric however and I did find that it was a little hard to zip up.

Love, love, love this dress! This has serious vintage feels and fit perfectly! Since this is a lighter material, we recommend wearing this to a Summer wedding. This runs true to size and we recommend sizing up for your backup. The chest is fitted, so it works best for A to C cup sizes. The fuller skirt allows comfortable room for hips. This may be worn with a standard bra! Pair this with a choker or delicate bracelet!

Loved this dress. The color palette is unusual and striking and you can dress it more up or down for the occasion. There were a few things that keep me from giving it five stars. The fabric is thin and the dress itself has seen better days - especially in the zipper area where the zipper was worn and fraying. I was worried it wouldn't fit as I am a DD and it's recommended for A or smaller, but I was fine, I think because I'm petite. If you're not petite and have a large chest I wouldn't recommend this dress. It's not THE most flattering cut for an hourglass figure either; the waist sits high. Probably best for more boyish or pear shaped figures.

I'm a 32c and I had a hard time zipping this dress up. It also had to be steamed before to get wrinkles out, but it's definitely a compliment-worthy piece!

The colors are fabulous, fun and just made me feel wonderful all day. The dress I received seemed to have been stretched out (up top) a bit so it fit a lot looser than I hoped and could have sized down. I still wore the dress and just had to adjust the sliding straps now and again. I was able to wear a regular bra with the dress.

This is a noticeable but casual-enough dress that I wore to a bridal shower. It's bold but easy to wear without trying too hard. The midi length was great for me as it didn't drag on the floor but was more unique than a short dress. Material has a nice subtle sheen but does wrinkle easily and the straps were a tiny bit long and kept falling off my shoulders later in the day. Reminds me of a Firecracker popsicle or a fun carnival ride.

The chest area was UNFORGIVING. I'm a 38D and they only way I got it on was by zipping it up around my waist and then stuffing my boobs into it ( a trick i learned from the reviews, thanks girls). It was tight, and I felt that if I moved too quickly I might tear the damn thing but in the end totally worth it because the dress is gorgeous. Just wish they would make clothes with bustier girls in mind.

Ribcage ran way small, which wasn't a problem for me, but I'm a 34A... I got two sizes and had to wear the bigger one because the 36R wouldn't zip up on me. The only problem was that the straps were loose and I had to keep pulling them up as they would fall down. Still it was so pretty it was worth it and I loved the dress

I rented the 42R with a 44R back up. I'm normally a size 4 and can lean towards a size 6. The 42R fit very well, although it was a little tight across my ribcage (I have a large ribcage). I did not have to wear a bra with the dress and felt very secure all night.

Wore this to a rehearsal dinner in the mountains and it was perfect -- the length and cut felt summery while the beautiful silk material still read formal. So comfortable too!

Make sure to order a larger backup size if you have a D+ bust measurement. I couldn't get the 42R fully zipped.

I LOVE this dress. It was super comfortable, light, and a simple fit with a very bold pattern. I liked that it was long, but I never felt too warm even in 80 degree weather. Only cons would be that the straps kept falling down, but still covered my bra straps. The waist was a little larger than I would have preferred but the size down would not zip up comfortably near my bust. Like most are saying, if you have a larger bust, I would size up on one of your sizes just in case. I would definitely recommend it!

I originally ordered this dress in an 8 and I had to order again in a 6. Straps and top run big-at least for my pear shape, love this dress!
