I wore to work but you could easily wear to any other function. I would definitely rent again. It's great for shorter girls. Very cute and comfortable! Just recommend sizing up.

LOVED the bright colors!! I wore it to my nephews baby shower and my friends concert. Also loved how comfortable this dress was! Pockets would have been nice but nbd because I had my Kate Spade purse, also a rental!

I wore this to my son's first communion. The quality of the dress is top notch. The fit was perfect even though I have a large chest. it even had pockets. This dress is the definition of classic. I got lots of compliments. Would rent again.

This dress fits as all the other Valentino dresses available on RTR. I wear a 00-US and 38-IT so I'd recommend to size up (especially for the waist line). The fabric and pattern are amazing and I always feel happy and lucky to wear a Valentino. It comes with pockets too! This particular dress arrived, very unfortunately, a little smelly in the armpit area...not very impressed by it. So 5 stars to the dress, 1 star to RTR. I'll rent it again, hoping next time to receive it properly cleaned.

Fit is small in the ribs more so than the bust but that could be due to the 3 children I birthed impacting my rib cage circumference. I loved this dress when it arrived and was so happy it zipped with the help of my husband, a pair of pliers, some deep breaths and a couple swear words. The polka dot pattern was fun and different and a little bit stand-outish without making you feel like an outrageous attention whore. Pairs well with nude shoes and navy earrings. Highly recommended for wedding guests who love debating politics at the table, crashing other people's photo booth pics and trying every beer on the menu. Poofy skirt comes in handy for "a little bit softer now" part of the shout song which will be played at least 2 times if you're at a wedding in Buffalo, NY- Go Bills! #billsmafia

Fit like a glove, but there is no give. I typically wear a 0 or 2 and tried on both the 38 and 40. 40 fit perfectly.

This dress was so perfect for my husband's graduation dinner from medical residency. It was conservative and formal enough while still being my fun and quirky style. Length was perfect, and I'm 5'6" with a long torso. Didn't have to wear spanx b/c bottom not fitted. Wore my regular push-up bra b/c I'm small-chested (32C). I'm usually a 4, sometimes a 2 on top, and this 4 was TIGHT on top be warned--not for the broad-shouldered or big-chested, or then order a size up. Has pockets!! My only complaint is the neckline is super high and kind of dug into my neck by the end of a very long night of partying. I would still wear it again in a heartbeat though!!

I loved this dress. The cut, color, quality and material were amazing. The fit was a little snug in the chest but I wore a cardigan and wore it to work. The extra added bonus was that it has pockets.

Fun work to play dress! This dress runs a bit small in the chest . I recommend going up a size for backup and maybe even two if you have a larger bust size, I am a 34B and it felt snug up top. The dress is flatteringly fitted through the midsection but has comfortable room in the hips from the fuller skirt. I usually steer clear of full skirts because I am 5 foot 3 and they tend to overwhelm me. However, this skirt looked great and was not to full for my taste! It hit me just above the knee making it great for work too! Very flattering !

I wore thia for my office holiday party and it was perfect! Felt very slecial and got lots of compliments. I debated between ordering the 40 and 42 and after reading other commenda decided kn the 42. It fit perfectly, was just slihtly tight in the armpits but not too noticeable. Would reccommend for any special occasion. Im 5'3", 137 pounds, and wear a 32DD , usually a size 4.

Runs small and short so I wore black tights with it and boots. Would definitely go a size up in this line in the future. Also even though it's such a high profile brand, dress doesn't have lining in the skirt which was surprising.

I rented this to wear to see the LOVE show in Vegas. Im 17 weeks pregnant and I sized up once size and this fit great. I felt cute and my husband loved this dress.

This was the second Valentino dress that I ordered as part of my unlimited collection. I love the way the dress fits. Very girly. I am petite but curvy and can wear any where from a size 4 to a size 8 depending on the designer and the cut of the dress. the 42 was perfect but be warned that the neck of the Valentino dresses tends to be a bit tight.

I ended up wearing the smaller of the two sizes I ordered - the larger had a lot of space, and I only regretted my choice after eating a very large dinner - it is pretty fitted at the waist, and the fabric does not have any stretch. The arm holes were not very generous, either, but they worked. Overall, this was a cute, interesting, easy to wear dress, without being too out there! It's also fairly short, so plan accordingly.

The dress fit great. Just a bit odd. The waist seam fell between my bellybutton and ribs. Just an odd spot and the gathering stuck out a bit too much for my liking. Unfortunately I didn't wear it. I did find the length ok. Not too short as I expected.

My fav RedValentino I've rented - I sized up because I a 34D and it fit well on chest and was still cinched enough in the waist. Perfect length for 5'0 human. Really cute with black turtleneck and tights - will rent again!

Fit was okay--it was a little on the loose end, but the length was perfect, since I'm on the short side. I didn't like the way the top bunched up when I sat--probably because I have a small chest. I've worn a 4 and a 6 in Valentino, but this one had a busted zipper (although brand new) and wouldn't have fit otherwise. The fabric is amazing, I love the dress, but size up.

The cut of this dress is not very flattering on my body type. As you can see from the photo of it on the model, the waist is cut quite high. This means the part that fans out right under the waist sat pretty high on me and it just looked like I had a belly (which I don't have). I think this dress would be good if you have a naturally high waist.
