This dress is perfect for a wedding! I love the detail throughout the dress. This runs true to size, but since there is no stretch we recommend that curvier women size up. This is fitted at the natural waist and around the collar bone. This may be worn with a standard bra! Pair this with simple accessories so they don't clash with the details in the dress!

I wore to the office with some Tory flats. So fun! I could imagine also wearing this to a party with heels if you are a little more conservative than myself. Per usualRed Valentino fit like a glove and the fabric was absolutely divine. Print so colorful and cheerful. Hard to have a bad day at work dressed in this little number!

I rented this for a special dinner on a two week trip. It packed well with minimal wrinkles. I found the dress comfortable (especially through along dinner). The colors give a lot of opportunity to accessorize different ways.

The fabric for this dress is heavy and gives the illusion of bigger hips and a tiny waist. It is so classy and feminine and fabulous!! Great for fall. Enjoy!

Great for work or date night. Love this cut and have ordered similar Valentino dresses in different fabrics. This one feels similar to neoprene and was easy to move in.

Wore this for an engagement party. It was a little tight through the shoulders/back like other reviews but I was still able wear the smaller size, I just had to wear a bra without padding. The dress was a great length for me as a petite woman and so easy to wear. I loved the pockets and got so many compliments. I would not recommend for a large chested woman but other than that it's great!

I wore the equivalent of the size 2 in this dress and it was really great. The size 0 ended up not being available las minute, but I think I would have stuck with this one anyway; it fit very comfortably and felt like it hit at just the right spot on my legs. The design is so vibrant (though as most say, not as bright "in real life"), eye catching, and pretty. We went out to dinner for our 10th anniversary, so I wanted to be able to dress up but also be comfortable to sit and have drinks. and walk around. The pockets were fabulous. Fit great with a bra on and wasn't heavy in the least. Wonderful dress all around. I wish I could wear it again and again!

This dress was fun to wear and the pockets made it great. It is fitted at the waist and then flares at the hips. No need for special undergarments. I am 5'4" and the length was good. Would rent again!

A very unique print and a classic shape make this dress great for any occasion. I would agree that the colors of the dress in person are more subdued than the picture on the site, but it didn't bother me at all. The dress is a tiny bit large but I don't think it is a full size too large and I think it looks great and has a little more movement this way.

Loved the dress, though it's sits a little high at the waist. Pairs well with a stiletto or with flats for a more casual look.

This dress is really cute, and I am torn about it. I just wish it fit a little different. I am a pretty curvy girl, with a long torso, and the waist line of this dress hits too high on me, making my hips look huge! Also, I expected the colors to be more vibrant, they are kind of muted and dull. That said, it is still adorable and might look great on you!

This dress looked so cute in the pictures but I found it oddly shaped and unflattering for my body. It was also quite big in the torso area and waist. Got it for my birthday but I won't be wearing it.

I've worn this dress in many of it's available iterations and this one is as great as all the others. It definitely fits small. I wore a 38 (which I think equates to a US 0) and it was definitely... tight around the waist/ribs. The "waist" is high though, right below my ribs, so good news - plenty of room to eat and have your belly expand under the skirt poof. Bad news - you can feel the dress cut into your lower ribs from start to finish. So maybe size up? The rest of the dress fit as it should... maybe I have a wide rib cage!

I wore this dress to a work event & it was a great success. I wouldn't wear this dresss in summer because it is pretty warm. I wore on a cold day and it was ok. It is a fall/winter type of dress. I don't see any cons with this dress. It runs a little bit small, and it is short for tall ladies.

Fit was great! Was a little tight around the bust area...but still fit and looked great! There are so many colors, so it goes with basically any handbag or shoes! Would totally recommend!

Feels like a bubble skirt.

I'm normally a 2 and the 40 fit very well -- I wouldn't have wanted it to be any tighter at the waist or neckline. At 5'3" the length was also perfect, just above the knee. I switched between heels and flats during the day and liked the look of both. The fabric was beautiful and quite structured. Overall beautiful!!

I love this dress so much. It's whimsical hut also edgy, wore with spiked purse and gold pumps. Little tight around the chest. I got a size 2 and couldn't wear a bra, fabric doesn't give around the chest or rib cage: but I still love it

Absolutely stunning and easy to wear.

This dress now needs to be in my closet. Everyone loved it at work- and it was great for after-work cocktails too. The pockets are AWESOME and the fabric is beautiful. I like the short, flirty length- which I can wear at work since I work in the fashion industry. If you work at a more conservative place, this might be too short for you to wear to work.

Has a duller, more vintage-y feel in person, but still a nice look for work. I have a disproportionately large waist and the 42 fit well - glad I sized up since there is no stretch.

i'm typically btwn a 2 and 4, but opted to go w the 2 since red valentino usually runs large. this dress fit, but the band has 0 stretch and went around the bottom of my ribcage. i happen to have an injury there so it was uncomfortable for me, but wld be fine for anyone else. my issue was with the shape/cut. i found the neck area a bit tight and the dress poofed in a way that made me look a lot larger than i am. i opted not to wear a bra, which was fine. ended an inch above the knee so great for work. overall i loved the pattern, but this didn't work for my body.

Great quality and fit. Planning on wearing it to tomorrow's event. But, there is a small spot on the right bottom of dress. I don't think it's noticeable when I tried it on, but I definitely noticed on the hanger.

Wore this with black tights and booties to a winter wedding. I was overall pleased with the dress, but the waist is a little high and tight.

Loved this dress off but not so great on. I expected the bubble skirt but the top was a bit of a bubble, too. Very wide from shoulder to shoulder. Not sure I could have gone with a smaller size in the waist. What really confused me was the off center bubble at the front of the skirt. I kind of felt like this was an outlet dress where something didn't quite pass inspection. I wouldn't rent this again but the fabric was gorgeous!

Beautiful dress! But, I'm very small up top and larger on the bottom so it did not fit through the hips. It was too snug and didn't look right.

The fabric and colors in this dress are gorgeous, but unfortunately I wasn't able to wear because the size I ordered was way too big. I normally wear a US 6, but the Italian size equivalent was huge. The skirt is very forgiving, so curvy girls like me should feel comfortable in a smaller size.

Too short. But beautiful dress if you like really short.
