I wore this dress for a work event overseas. It's very cute! I'm petite and felt it was slightly short for a work dress (especially when sitting down since it rises), but I paired it with black tights so it wouldn't seem as short — I'd easily wear it without tights to a non-work event though. I wouldn't recommend as a work dress for tall women; but, it would make a cute going-out dress or cocktail dress. I would rent again.

The fit is true to size, but the length is very short. I loved the laced top with bow. It goes very well with high boots. Great option for a winter date night. I liked it so much that I bought it.

I wore this to a holiday party and got a ton of compliments! Being 5'3 I usually don't run into dresses being too short on me, but this one was a little questionable. It was so cute that I still decided to wear it and just made sure not to bend down.

This dress fit perfectly and wasn't too tight so I had plenty of space for Christmas Eve dinner! It was the right length on me which might be short on some people but I found it perfect.

Other reviewers criticized this for being short, it's definitely short but you know what to expect. I would not have worn it bare legged but with tights was just darling with a very flattering fit. I think it might be difficult to pull off if you're 5'10" or over though. Giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because the bow was squished and had to be ironed and still stuck up a bit awkwardly.

Sadly, RTR does not have a denim cowboy hat for me to rent, so I went with heroin chic meets the spice girls in this short lbd. And by short I mean if you bend over you are inviting everyone behind you to see if your underwear is as cute as this dress.

I'm always an XS in everything but the XS was so short that if I bent over or lifted my arms, you'd see my butt. Went with the small and really liked it. Got many compliments. The bow felt like it's been dry cleaned too many times. Very cute, classy LBD. I wore it to my company's awards dinner.

My long legged ladies - NOPE. The dress is cute but it is so short my butt cheeks were hanging out. I'm only 5'4/5'5 and 110 lbs so I got the XS. It fit fine around my body, it is a shift dress so it was a little loose and flattering BUT it's absurdly short. I wish I had tried a size medium to see if it would have made a length difference because overall it is a super cute dress.

I am 5'4" tall and this dress was waaaaaay too short for me. I rented the size S as a backup. I think anyone 5'2" tall could give it s shot with this dress in a size small. Unable to wear even with tights. Pretty dress with bow detail. Also the hem was partially out on one side. Wish it were 3 inches longer

Whoa! This dress way too short I had to double check that it's a dress! I don't know if you can tell from the photo, but this dress absolutely fails the "lift arms - bend over test". And I am not that tall, I'm 5'5". I also rented the S (vs. the XS) based on previous reviews. The bow was a little bit weird, but that could've just been an ironing issue. There was also another issue with the zipper. The zipper wouldn't lay flat at all, and I'm a little unsure why there's even a zipper in the first place. The material has enough stretch in it that you can probably get into it without the zipper, and I think because the material has stretch in it that may be the reason the zipper wouldn't lay flat. Personally I think it's just a faulty design issue and honestly I wouldn't recommend renting this dress (unless you're going to pair with jeans!)

You gotta love being able to wear a Valentino to work! I felt awesome in this dress. It is very comfortable and is super cute. I know the Red is for a younger customer but the elegant details made this one seem timeless and very Audrey Hepburn to me. I thought at 46 I could still pull it off. I think I did! The skirt is a bit short but working a long, busy shift in it, I was not impeded from lifting or moving in any way. It was such a treat to wear something like this to my Italian restaurant! Bellisima!

Great for women with wider shoulders. The fabric is non-staticky and very movable. The bow is cute without being babyish by being slightly asymmetrical. Flattering fit and attractive without being loud.

I'm going to edit my review because, at first, I was disappointed by the fact that this dress felt too short for me to use as a dress - I used it on a different occasion instead, as a tunic over jeans. Paired with a nice bag and shoes, I received compliments all night on my outfit! This is a great little dress, elegant, comfy and in a great material. However, I am 5'6'' and it really runs too short on me! Had to use it as a tunic, with pants underneath, as it really felt barely longer than a t-shirt.

This dress definitely runs short, but loved it for a semi-casual birthday dinner out. Paired with a longer sweater and heels it was comfy but I felt gorgeous for my day!! Would rent again for a night out, but maybe pair with tights/leggings.

It is not meant to be fitted. I didn't have any issues with it being too tight on my hourglass figure. It was pretty short, just came to my fingertips... and I'm 5'3". I wore it with black tights and black ankle booties.

It was very cute and true to size, but I ended up wearing a different outfit to the party I attended. I will probably rent this again for a different event. It has a very sweet retro feel to it. I would have liked it to fit a little shorter (but I'm a shorty). It could easily be hemed with hem tape.

I could see that the dress was short on the model but with legs that go forever I thought on me it would be normal length. Not so much. It was way to short to wear to a gala event, even if I added hose or tights with it. Would be a cute, evening out dress but not formal. Add 3 more inches and we are good to go.

I'm only 5' so the length is perfect! The arm holes are quite small and rub and the chest is tight for a small. But it looks fabulous & the dress material is stretchy and comfortable.

This dress is SO SHORT I couldn't wear it. I like short dresses and don't shy away from a short hemline (especially in winter if I can wear tights which I had planned to do) but this dress is so short that it didn't even cover ny backside. This dress was too short it could have easily used 3in added on to the hem. Also it was not very flattering on my body type which is petite and curvy.

This dress was very short. I wore this with long leggings because it fit more like a shirt than a dress. The dress looks very cute online, but the quality of the materialis not that impressive. I would not rent this for a formal event. I used it for a regular date night or night on the town.
