I ordered a size 4/42 which is my normal size. The top was way too big for my 32D upper half. I ended up wearing my second dress instead because this one was so baggy and hung kindof straight. The fabric, however, is very light weight which would work well for warm weather. I took a closer photo to show the outside layer of the entire dress which is tule. You can also see that the waist is very plain and is about 33 inches to the bottom of the dress/hem line incase the length is a question.

It's hard to tell the exact material of this dress from RTR's photo, it's basically made with a thin liner with the lace on top as you can see in the photo I posted. But don't worry, the dress is not see through once you put it on. While I noticed the dress was significantly lighter compared the other two dresses that arrived, it is made out of quality (but thin) material. Unfortunately because of the true black color of the dress, it's hard to tell there's the lace layer, especially if you are going to a night event with low light (notice how the model photo have to turn a bit so we can see the lace layer). I'm 5'4, 110 lbs, 34A and I usually rent size 0 on RTR, the dress was a bit tight to zip up around the chest area and the bottom of the dress reached just the top of my ankle. I ended up returning the dress right away since this is way too serious for everyday wear and too long for my body build (even with 4" heels). Pro: Light and thin material, You get a full dress without the weight. Con: Runs small, Not the best look for shorter people

The dress was very comfortable and beautiful. Very little room in the bust (it was fine on me though!)

I am small on top and was surprised by how well it fit not only on top but in the waste as well. Very simple in design which lends itself to be very versatile. You can go either very classic with pearls and low pumps or do what I did and funked it up a bit with a leather wrap belt, ankle strap heels and tame but cool jewelry. The dress hit at mid-shin which worked really well with the ankle strap shoes. I have short funky hair so I think that contributed to the overall final chosen look. It worked!!! Received many compliments. I will say either way you go with this dress it needs a belt. Unfortunately non of the photos turned out well...sorry. I would rent this dress again and again and again. Timeless beauty.

RTR recommended this dress to me as a backup since my backup size in my preferred dress was unavailable. I paired it with a pair of pointy toe pumps and wore it for my girlfriends rehearsal dinner, it was perfect! Very comfortable and fashionable, I would suggest a fun fashion statement necklace with it as well. The length hit at the lower portion of my calf incase you short girls are wondering :)

This dress was so fun! I tried on the size 40R (US 2R) and it fit great! I'm normally a size 4R, so this particular size was a bit tight throughout the natural waist and mid-section, but still comfortable. The tightest part of this dress is the seam where the skirt meets the bodice, so women with a larger midsection, should consider sizing up. I'm also 5'7" and this dress hit me about mid-calf which is a great tea-length. This style would be great for a more casual black-tie event.

One of my absolute favorite dresses. Photos don't do it justice. The dress fit like a glove. I was really impressed because I always have a hard time finding dresses where the top half fits. Most dresses are made for long torsos and C cups.

The fabric seemed a little thin since it was on the more expensive side, but it fit beautifully and my husband loved it! Runs TTS.

This was my back up- but I was asked not to wear black-but omg! This dress is amazing- I put it on and wanted to be buried in it!

This dress had a fun flow at the bottom, great length for a tall girl like me, and the fit in the bust was perfect for me, which can be a challenge. It was a little scratchy with the tulle material around the arms, but worth it!

This dress was very comfortable to wear, true to fit and a great length. I'm petite, but didn't have a problem with the length. It didn't hit my knees, but mid-calf. It is a little tight on top, so be careful with what undergarments you wear.
