Gorgeous dress. Draped beautifully. Very chic. Would buy if I could.

Ignore the old, worn mirror- I still wanted to share the photo bc I really loved this dress! I will rent again- but may size down. A perfect work dress. Comfy and classy. I agree with other reviewers who said it's more navy.

It took some manipulating to get it just right. The lapels need to be repressed and I added a pin to hold the top closed. I also added a slim belt at the waist. The material was light and comfortable, which was great for a July job interview. It wasn't my favorite rental ever but it was just what I need and I did receive a nice compliment on how beautiful it looked on me.

Fits chill, goes great with combat boots or dress up for work and heels. Very versatile between work and personal. I used a small pin to not show too much cleavage throughout the day.

the dress was a little baggy up top, but it was super cute on and sexy in a understated type of way but still appropriate for work. i got a lot of compliments on it as well!

I really liked the drape and shape of this one. It is a bit low cut- used a safety pin. Will probably wear again before returning.

While snug across my waist, there was plenty of room in the chest and hips. I liked that I could layer underneath for warmth and that it has pockets. Keeping this for a few wears!

The dress has a wraparound robe kind of structure and is well constructed. The collar, sleeve, and waist are like a button-down dress shirt and creates a subtle look of formality. The neckline cuts low enough and the dress part reveals enough leg that I felt like I needed to wear something underneath that I didn't mind showing. When walking the wrap dress part slit open to my upper inner thighs.

This Rag & Bone dress has a very chic vibe with the low neckline & draped drop-waist. My husband thought it was both sophisticated & subtly sexy. It was just ok on me but would look much better on someone at least 5’6”. If the waist had been just a little higher it would have draped properly. Better for a “Straight & Narrow” frame as it’s cut slimmer in the hips.

Saw someone else note that they just wore this as a coat over an outfit. I don't do very well with the V neck dresses and this was no different. Would have gone to work showing my bra. LOVED it as a coat. May keep...

This was cute but needed a belt to cinch it and rush it was a bit shorter. Really interesting waffle-like fabric. Great got work!

This was...just kind of a black dress? It was a little frumpy and not anything special. Fine for one day at work but not memorable. Fit was big on top - I had to keep it closed with a safety pin to keep it work appropriate - and I sized down per reviews. I have pretty big hips and it was a little snug on my hips with a size down, but only a little. I would not recommend sizing up under any circumstance.

The dress fit me weirdly. The torso seemed too long so it bunched weirdly at the top, and the midi length was super unflattering. No good.

No cons to this dress. Absolutely loved it. Usually I find rag & bone dresses & tops run small but this dress was an exception, it even ran a little on the large side for rag & bone. It has a super flattering silhouette and the lightweight fabric allows for the dress to be worn year-round. Can be dressed up or worn casually. I ended up buying this dress i loved it so much

Like others suggested, I pinned the collar and was able to make it work beautifully for a full-day interview. Worked well for pumping too!

The top fits loose but overall I'd say it runs true to size. The material is nice, not too thin or thick, doesn't wrinkle too easily. It stayed wrapped in the wind, I was worried it might blow open but it did not. I wore it with leopard print Louboutin ankle boots and a turquoise necklace.

Lighter weight than I expected, so returned, but would consider re-renting in Fall

I thought the material was a thick, soft, sort of jersey but actually it was stiff and textured. That, combined with the size (Medium) running a bit small, just didn't work on me at all. I understand now what others said about styling at a duster/coat layer instead. If the arms fit better I would've worn it that way. Definitely size up and anticipate that it is very stiff and structured like a thick shirt dress. Best for straight/athletic builds.

Just doesn't sit well, and is awkward. Looks boring and grey... don't recommend

Material was a disappointment. Front clasp/area droops awkwardly in the bust area. I'm 34B, and it was very loose.

I wore this to a dress rehearsal/cocktail party for a wedding and absolutely loved it! This could be easily dressed up more to wear to a wedding or any sort of semi-formal event. It may be too much for work, but if you're doing an important presentation or event, you could certainly pull it off. The opening in the front may have to be manipulated (pinned close) a bit unless you were a statement camisole or bra beneath and do not mind it looking more like a drapey-v neck dress. I got loads of compliments and felt very confident walking around in this dress!

Perfect fit. Wore to work when I had a leadership meeting. Might be a little revealing in chest so I wore a camisole underneath! Perfect!

Easy to wear and comfortable

Gorgeous, easy to wear, sexy but in an understated way. Lovely crepe fabric. Did wrinkle a little, but not so much that it looked bad. More navy than it appears in the photos.

I wore this unbutton over jeans and a top and I LOVED it! So many compliments. The length gave an elegant look to my everyday outfit.

I'm a 2/small almost always and I got the extra small & it was perfect! It buttons on each side of the waste and was super comfy for a whole day of working. Had to pin the neck as it was a little low cut for my liking at the office but otherwise, great

I would have purchased this dress if the fit was better. I wore it once and loved it. But I had to pin it and tape it down . It was too loose.

The dress is navy not black. The fit was okay. The interior button placement made the waist really tight and I wish the chest area had a hook or snap so it would not open every time I moved. Received several compliments, but didn't think it was functional.

Loved the look. Wore for a holiday party for my industry. Elegant and work appropriate while also stylish. Would rent again, next time in smaller size.

I'm 6'1 and this hit right below my kneecap. It's a wrap dress with buttons vs tie. Super good fit. Watch out for strong breezes. And everyone who saw me told me how professional I looked, which might be more a commentary on the clothes I normally wear vs the dress itself.

chest opening falls really low, suggest wearing an undershirt, but with that, its very chic and the material is cool, not your average texture-less plain black

When it fits better it doesn't look dumpy like it does on the model

Runs a bit large I think, even for a baggy look. I'll probably reorder but try a medium the next time. More exciting that a typical black wrap dress as the fabric has some texture to it and the front drapes interestingly. Definitely midi length.

When I tried this dress on right after it arrived, I thought it would work, just be a bit blousey. Unfortunately, when I went to put in on the morning of a board meeting, I was positively swimming in it. I will rent this again, just in the next size down.
