Beautiful dress, but it's one wrong move away from a wardrobe malfunction. It's an easy fix with cami and tights under it, then it's the perfect work wear with a hint of edge.

The hidden buttons make this very sleek and minimalist. I had to use fashion tape to keep certain parts of the wrap on top from flopping open. The skirt was insanely staticky over tights.

This fit a little larger than I expected so looked best with a belt. Next time I'd go down a size. Length was great and worked well dressed up for a meeting or dressed down for happy hour.

It definitely needs a belt, and there aren't enough snaps at the chest so I had to use a couple of pins. But overall it's a super cute dress, love the two-tone, and it's very comfortable. I would rent again.

In love with the dress, will probably keep longer. Have worn multiple times for long days at work. Super comfortable. It is very Lightweight and would be good for warmer weather. Needed to wear tights and a top. Liked it better with an undershirt and the top button undone. So glad I rented!

This dress was really fun to wear. The pattern and color were really nice in person. The wrap part was hard to figure out, and I had to put some double sided tape at the opening to keep it from flying open at work. Other than that, I had a good time wearing it and he got was really nice.

Excuse the wrinkles - the picture is taken straight out of the bag. Also without the usual slip, tights, spanx, etc. This is a very flattering dress. It needs a slip and a bralette to be work appropriate, but it is totally doable. The fabric looks gray, but it is black and white print, where the prints are basically negatives of each other. I really am loving everything I get from this brand. I usually wear a size 8. The 6 fits fine, since I have a small waist. I think the 8 would have worked also, so the sizing is flexible.

There is a top sho show button but I wore a Cami under to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions. Gave me the easy cool work vibe I was going for.

This dress has such a nice print and the material feels so good. Very comfortable. I added a belt to emphasize the waist more but it was also pretty without it.

Cute dress for work and fit well. I wish it had more buttons on the chest and skirt. It kept flying open when I was walking around, and my bra was somehow peeking out when I was on the subway. Would suggest pinning it before heading out of the house!

This dress was fun to try. I'm usually a 6 and the dress definitely fit true to size but there was an odd gaping under my chest where the material wraps. I also had to be mindful of the slit when walking (especially in the office) because slight movements and any wind caused it to blow open. Very comfortable and lightweight.

The dress pattern was so nice but the fit felt odd. I felt like the buttons clasped funny - particularly the one for the chest area. Other than that I loved it - I paired it with a leather moto jacket and cute mule heels.

Loved this dress for work in the winter - paired it with black tights and black ankle boots. The waist is definitely missing something so I added a belt which totally transformed it. I like that there is a chest button so it was not low cut. Hit below my knees and felt true to size. Loved the unique print and the way the dress hung. I even wore it twice!!! Cons- would only recommend this for taller girls with small to medium chests. Since there is only one chest button, I'm sure gaping would be an issue (as others have mentioned). The dress is also very staticy :( lastly I can see the the bottom flapping open in windy weather which might be annoying.

I wanted to love it but I think it would look better on someone taller and maybe if I had gone with my normal size instead of sizing up one! A bit too baggy but still cool.

I absolutely loved this dress. It's so unique, feels great, and looks amazing. My only complaint is that it doesn't fit large breasts (38 DD) but honestly R+B usually doesn't fit larger boobs. It was great to wear but I had to return. C cups and below would look slamming in this!

Super cute straight on, fit well around the waist. But then sideways there was a billowing flap that fell over the waist and I was nervous all day that the wrap would separate on top. I wore a black tank top underneath just in case.

But, oh, the static! Really could not wear again. Even with a slip it crawled up my legs when I walked outside.

I tried this dress on several mornings and ended up returning without wearing. It's a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. The entire dress is held closed with two teeny buttons -- one on the inside of the wrap, and one in the bust area. Literally if either one comes undone you will be naked. But beyond that, it just didn't look great on me: big in the waist and I couldn't get the folds of the front to lay right. Oh well.

This dress was gorgeous on the hanger. It fit my waist perfectly, but the fit on my chest was crazy. One side for, the other side gapped in a really unflattering way. The buttons are far apart, and the fabric hung off the front of me such that my bra was visible on that side through the dress. Gorgeous fabric but impossible to wear.

Button is in weird place in the chest, and no fastening at all in the skirt, so it flies right open when you walk. Other than that, very cute.
