The dress was a perfect size 4 and I'm 5'6" , length was great for my 4 inch heels! I was apprehensive renting a dress sight unseen but this dress was beautiful and I wanted to keep it!

I'm a fashion stylist, so attend dozens of events every season. It's imperative that I look my best and that my clothing fits me perfectly. I'm 5' 5", with full hips, and very short legs (27" inseam) and the 4R worked with my 5" platforms perfectly!!!! Love, love, love the way the detail at the waist flattered my shape. I was worried that my hips wouldn't work in this. But it fit like a glove, but not too restricting!!! I did however pull out the big guns with my Spanx. But I felt like a million bucks in this dress and got compliments all night at the gala I attended with my husband! Didn't want to send it back!!!!

I'm usually a size 4 in dresses (sometimes a 6 depending on the style or designer) and the 4R fit perfectly! Great dress with beautiful beading!!

This was the perfect dress for my son's wedding. I received a ton of compliments and the necklace was from RTR too! Only drawback is the lining was narrow. Good thing I'm not much of a dancer. Couldn't take a very large step in it.

Gorgeous dress. Gorgeous material. DEFINITELY need to size up. The waist area has no stretch. I am usually a 6 but it was really tight around the waist and I ended up changing halfway through the night into the 8L. (Not joking). Other than that though, perfect dress! Love rent the runway :)

This was a pretty dress but my back up looked a lot better. I read the reviews and sized up but I shouldn't have. The 8 was too big and made the dress look frumpy through the hips.

I had originally ordered a different dress, but when it unexpectedly became unavailable right before the event, RTR sent me this one instead. It worked out for the best, because I did end up loving the elegance of this dress. It was perfect for the black tie wedding. It fit well and was fairly easy to dance in.

I wore this with 3/4 sleeve black satin gloves and it made the dress. Very happy and wish I didn't have to give it back. Not a lot of give in this dress!

This was was ordered as my back up dress but ended up being my go to! I got the 6L and it was the perfect length! It had a bit of give/extra room in the belly, which is why I ordered it because I needed something to accommodate a baby bump. Only place that was too tight was the rib cage. The low cut neckline wasn't too revealing either. Great dress!

This dress was sent as a back up dress when my back up was not available. Unfortunately they sent a size I could never wear. I would say it runs small and has no stretch. The dress is very pretty. The belt has more bling that shown in the photo but is just enough on this simple dress. The dress fabric is thick and does have shine.

i tired on the "regular" size 2 length in the store and it was perfect for my 5 4" height. However when the "regular" arrived in the mail, it was 3 inches too long i had to hem-tape it . other than that the fit up top was very sexy and flattering for my 34C size .

I love the detail. It really made the dress elegant. I tried on many dresses that look matronly, this was not one of them. It was a bit "blousy" at the top, so I had to tape the deep V to my skin to ensure the married men at the catholic school fundraising party would talk to my face. It seemed to work well. Lots of compliments. I am tall and tried the 8L, but the waist to shoulder length was also long on that one adding to the gaping front.

This was the backup to the backup after RTR screwed up my order majorly. Fabric is very heavy and looked good against my body. Because of sateen, it shows every line, so need to be careful with undergarments to wear something seamless. The dress was def cut for someone much taller. The top had a lot of extra fabric length and overall, the dress was AT LEAST 4-5" TOO LONG. I'm 5'3" and had on 3-4" heels. Still 4-5" too long! Fabric has ZERO give/stretch.

Beautiful dress, wears very well. The waist to the shoulders is a bit long - I had to pin it up but still looked good.
