Fell in love with the dress and had to have it. I purchased it in a 10 long even though I typically wear a size 4. Much much altering later I was able to wear it to a Christmas ball. Did not disappoint.

This was a head turning dress at a white tie ball in December. Such a great color and cut. Received tons of compliments. Very elegant; was sad to take it off at the end of the night.

I have never received so many compliments on an outfit in my entire life. Wedding guests kept stopping me to say I was the best dressed guest. The waiters took a poll and I won! This dress is stunning. Gorgeous. Gorgeous. The fit is extremely flattering and it was surprisingly easy to move (& dance) in. The only complaint I had, which I ended up being really happy about, was that the 2R was pretty short. I ended up wearing shoes with only a 3/4 inch heel. I didn't have any foot pain all night so, it was a blessing in disguise but... cute shoes that height are hard to find! Please please rent this dress, I promise you'll feel like royalty.

The unusual color and detailing on top / back of this dress made it stand out for opening night at the Lyric Opera - an occasion where many women wear head turning fashion. I received compliments from others too! This dress was also very easy to accessorize - there is a lot of bling on the straps already so you won't need much. I normally wear a size 8, but sized up in this dress because I was warned by the folks at the RTR store that this designer cuts small! My ribcage is also large, so I figured better safe than sorry. The 10 was a very comfortable but still flattering fit, although the straps did want to slide down. I'm not sure if I would have fit in the 8.

Wore to a black tie wedding on the water in Newport. Tons of compliments. Fabric is think and beautiful. Straps are stunning. Dress was on the shorter side. Wore 2.5 inch heels. Bust was was perfect for me but on the tighter side. No stretch. Overall loved it!

Material has no stretch so I had to go one size up. It was a little big on top so I had to use double sided tape to keep the sides down. Overall it was a beautiful dress and I received many compliments throughout the night. The back of the dress was my favorite part. I felt like I was going to the academy awards. Perfect for a summer black tie event.

A romantic yet regal look. The soft blue silk drapes nicely over the neckline and pairs perfectly with the crystal detailing. This gown runs true to size, but is certainly more fitted in the bust. The silk does not have stretch, so I'd recommend sizing up especially if you're curvier. You definitely cannot wear a standard bra with this style, but a NuBra works perfectly. At 5'7" I definitely needed the long, not regular length. To make the best of this detailed gown, wear your hair up to show off the amazing open back!

When my original dress became unavailable, RtR sent me 3 dresses as a replacement and this was one of the dresses (Thank you Michael!) I had this dress in my Favs and was looking at it for a different occasion at the time. It was the 3rd dress that I tried on and once I did, there was no going back! It fit so perfectly everywhere, I just had to wear it. The embellished straps were a big bonus. The Ben-Amun Ella earrings that I had picked matched great as well. There is nothing bad that I have to say about this dress except that it was a tiny little hot but that might have been the result of a very crowded place that night. Material felt very comfortable and silky and it had an opening in the back of the bottom which helped. This is my 2nd rental of Raoul dresses (1st was Last Word gown) and I have to say that I've really become a big fan.

Overall I was happy with this dress-- although like most RTR formal dresses, it was too long. I had to use a temporary hem and wear 4" heels. The fit around the waist was surprisingly accurate; there's an inner buckle/strap that helps cinch it up. It's pretty flattering, esp. from the back. The rhinestone straps are really pretty! I wish the fabric was better quality though. Not only is it synthetic material but it's hard to iron wrinkles out.

A bit difficult if you have a chest but not impossible to wear, invest in double sided tape and you should be fine! Had to go up a size for this reason. Got lots of compliments on this classic old hollywood look.

I did not end up wearing this dress because I thought the pale blue, though beautiful, did not compliment my skin tone, however the jeweled straps and deep V in back were beyond gorgeous. Overall the silhouette was very early 1960s , Audrey at the Oscars type thing. I am slim and found the dress to be slightly oversized, I am almost always a 2 and could have used the 0. Length was perfect, I was only really disappointed in the fabric which was very manufactured feeling.

I felt like a young Jackie-O! It is astonishingly elegant. The satin color is ice blue, as pictured, but be careful because it does wrinkle quite easily. I solved this by just letting it hang for a day before i wore it. I am 5'4 and with nothing on my feet it was only slightly long. I wouldn't wear anything higher than 2'' heels with this dress. I am a bit busty, 32 D, and wore a Nubra and was fine. With this dress, if you are wearing an undergarment on top it would have to be something that just sticks on in the front because the sides of your body are completely exposed until the natural waist. The stapes are adorned and beautiful, gower on me they were just a bit long, but that isn't noticeable visually, they just feel a bit loose. Overall i loved it, plan to wear again!
