I wore this dress to a gala and it was the perfect pop of color. And the neckline was very flattering!

I am 5'4" and the length was perfect with my 4" plus platform heals.

This dress fits true to size. I am a 32E and the dress fit beautifully on top. I'm also 5'2 and the regular fit perfectly with 3in heels, even without heels I did not have any difficulty dancing around. The color is just beautiful and it makes for a unique dress! This was not my first choice in dress but once I slipped it on I wondered how it wasn't! My first experience with RTR and it was an absolute delight!

I wore this dress to an April black tie, and received so many compliments on the color (especially in a sea of black and red)! With the decoration at the neckline, there was no need for a necklace - just wore small gold studs with a gold bangle bracelets and my hair up. I wear between a size 8 and size 10 in formal dresses, so I was afraid this would be too small (it was actually my back up dress). It fit like a glove - not a lot of room to breathe, but with the thicker fabric, it held me in all night. The length was spot on with a 3" heel (skimmed the ground when barefoot).

Beautiful Color - Great Fabric - Very Regal looking in person. Only hiccup was I really needed a 4R as the 4L was dragging on the floor. I was able to tuck it up under my bra without notice, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I loved this dress. The color was so unique vs the other dresses at the wedding. It fit really well and the 10 was perfect for my size. I had so many compliments on the dress.

I'm only 5'5 and rented the long and regular for my back up. I wore the long with about a 4 inch heel with small platform. The regular length was too short even with a very small heel. I would say I typically wear a 6 in off the rack dresses, but I'm busty so that can make me go up sometimes. I tried this on at the Soho location and I probably could have made an 8 work but am glad I went with the 10 I tried on in store as it made it very comfortable to sit in and I liked the way it draped without being super tight. I felt beautiful!

I wore 4" heels and it was slightly long. It was difficult to get over my shoulders but once it was on, I had room to breathe. I went without a bra--the material is thick enough.

I am very short and I was shocked that this worked for me with low heels! The collar got stuck in my hair so you may want to wear your hair up! The material is thicker than I expected so it felt very formal which was great for my event.

I wore the 2L to a formal event. It fit perfectly and was extremely comfortable. I'm 5'8" and thought the long was perfect with 3 1/2 inch heels. The color is a perfect emerald green - perfect for the holidays. Loved the gold around the neckline and slit. I'd highly recommend.

I actually didn't end up wearing this and did a swap with one of my friends for a red Bagdley Mischka that she rented. The 2R did fit me great though, and I would rent it again. The length was prefect for my height with 4 inch heels. Everyone did love the color of the green. I think it was a little snug in the armpits for both of us, but nothing too crazy that would prevent me from wearing it.

Loved this dress and so did everyone else. It is great for hour-glass shaped women. It was comfortable and easy to wear. The color is beautiful and really stood out. Overall VERY happy with this rental and I would highly recommend it

This dress was perfect! I wore it to a military ball. Tons of compliments and it fit like a glove! RTR is the way to go! I'm 5'2 on a good day and wore 2" heels. Spanx were necessary because I just had a baby, but you couldn't see the outline!

Fits true to size for me. Very comfortable all night. Color is more of an emerald green that I expected from pix but loved it any which way!! Got tons of compliments & I felt like a million bucks!;)

I chose this dress after an appointment at one of the NYC showrooms. I wouldn't have picked it out myself from the pictures (although I do love green), but it is stunning on! I tried on the 4R at the showroom and decided to order the 2R and 0R as backup. I was able to fit into both of them, but the 0 was tight around the neck and arms, and it is not meant to be super fitted, so I went with the 2. Regular was the perfect length for me with super low wedge sandals (1/2" or 1"--almost flats), and I'm 5'8". If you choose to wear a bra, it would have to be strapless or backless. I received TONS of compliments from other guests at the wedding. The dress is very simple and comfortable but so flattering and striking. I highly recommend this dress and I can't wait to order from Rent the Runway again!

This wasn't the dress I originally rented for prom (there was an issue with the previous renter so RTR sent me this), but it was the blessing in disguise! This dress is gorgeous-the color, shape, and fit. I am 6'1, and the length was perfect with flats.

I have large boobs (34DDD although that's not an option to select haha) and it still fit totally fine, which is usually an issue for me. The neckline was not what i expected; it's almost like large sequins/shells instead of being glittery, but it was still very pretty. All in all the dress was super comfortable and easy to wear and I would totally recommend it for a classy formal occasion.

I wore this dress for a black tie gala last night, and got many, many compliments. I wore the 8L, but maybe could've gone with the 6L, just because the chest area was a bi baggy, and the waist was a bit big as well. It didn't matter though, because the dress looked gorgeous after I wore a heavily padded strapless bra to fill out the top a bit. I promise, no one else will be wearing this color, and the shell neckline is very unique. I paired it with a gold clutch and gold cuff, also rented from RTR. I wore small diamond studs, and, obviously, no necklace, because the dress itself provides one. I wore gold heels with a three inch heel, and the dress fell to the perfect length (I am 5'7). I recommend wearing your hair up, to show off the neck of this gown.

I wore this dress for a formal event. It fit great. The color stood out beautifully at my event. The bust area concerned me because I was nervous it would appear very "poofy" in that region but once I had the proper undergarments on it wasn't a problem. I felt comfortable all evening in the dress. I would say that on close inspection the dress had several "pulls." This was definitely not noticeable to anyone but me. I paired this gown with gold strappy heels, teardrop gold earrings and a large gold and green bracelet. I wore my hair down and pinned on one side to show off the neckline.

There were no cons for me. The fit was perfect, complimentary and accentuated my figure in a classy way. Never underestimate the power of color at a black tie wedding reception. Dancing was a breezed whether i was partnered up or fist-pumping to the beat. I would highly recommend not only this RTR service but this dress.

The dress was a little long for me - double sided hem tape would have been useful. Other than that the dress fit perfectly! I especially loved the gold neck accent. I wore this gown to a charity gala held by my sorority and received tons of compliments! It has a simple design, but looks stunning. My accessories included pale gold shoes, a gold bangle bracelet and medium sized gold drop earrings.

The picture doesn't do it justice, but I didn't have any pictures from the event that really showed the dress. I was kind of worried I was going to look like the jolly green giant, but got tons of compliments on it and the rich green really stood out. I was helping one of my friends who was at the event pick out dresses for a black tie wedding the other day, and she told me she was "obsessed" with green dresses since she saw this one (and tried on about 5 in similar colors). I take that as pretty much the ultimate compliment!

The bust is very forgiving for smaller chests without looking flat. I could easily move in this dress & got compliments all night at how elegant it looked! Great time!

I am a pear shape woman and I typically wear an 8. In this dress the 8L was a little too fitted in the hips, but the 10L was way too big up top so the 8L had to do. The color was great, the detailing around the neck was amazing. I added a gold metal belt and wore 3 gold bangles. The slit on the side is sexy and elegant; overall the dress was comfortable and figure flattering.

The dress is true to size and hugs you in all the right places. The detail around the neck is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I'm always worried about length on long dresses but this fit perfectly--draping the ground at exactly the right spot. My heels were about 3.5 inches. The dress is very comfortable and the neckline is beautiful. You'll need a strapless bra and a thong. Overall, so happy with my choice!

This dress made a stunning statement for a Mardi Gras Ball. Based on the reviews, I was 95% sure that the size 4 would fit and it was perfect. Regular strapless bra worked great even with the sexy peep hole in the back. The neckline is different from what I was expecting but I really liked it. It has these circular shell like things that are dark white and gold so gold jewelry and shoes went best. You will not be disappointed. My mother-in-law (far right in the blue dress) is also wearing a RTR dress by the way; so is my friend in the red in the other photo.

The dress was my back up dress. Only had the one size. My 1st choice just didn't look good on me. I put this one on and it was fabulous. Fit well and very slimming (since I am a pear shape). A little long since I am only 5'2". I had to have 4 inch heels. I could have used 4 1/2" inch heels. My 1st time renting and it was a great experience. I will do it again. I just loved this dress and received compliments all evening. The color is deceiving on the model. A little more emerald/Kelly green.

The color and style of this dress was perfect for my friend's black tie wedding in Mexico. I was one of two wearing the color in a crowd of 500, so I definitely stood out. I ordered my usual size 6 and the size 8 since I had read that the dress is snug; however, the 6 fit perfectly. I'm 5 ft. 9 so I ordered the longer dress, and it was maybe an inch too short with the heels I wore, but nothing too bothersome. The one negative I have about the dress is that it was more snug at and below my knees so it was a little constraining for dancing at the wedding. Overall, so happy with the color and dress! Couldn't have picked a better option!
