Great fit, maybe even runs a little big. Love that I was able to wear a normal bra. Great dress for those who are larger busted. Received many compliments! Very classy!

I'm glad I ordered the 4 along with the 2 since the 2 was very tight around the chest as I'm large chested and have a wide back. The 4 was a little long but not too bad. Dress was in excellent shape.

I would say this dress runs true to size, but in your back-up size I would go down a size because if anything it runs slightly large. The detail around the neckline is really pretty so you don't need a lot of jewelry. I'm 5'9 and wore 3.5 inch heels and the dress was just off the ground. I wore this to a winter wedding and thought it was perfect for the event!

LOVED this dress!! SUPER flattering while being classy and fun! I wore this to a black tie optional NYE wedding in January, the dress was totally on point for this occasion and I got many compliments on it! The fabric doesnt have much stretch, so it fits close to the body but without being tight and showing every little thing - a major plus! The detail on top is like... clusters of silvery and black sequins - they added some nice jazz to the dress. The length was a littttttle long, even with my 3.5 inch heels (I am 5'3), however, it wasnt anything major. I have bigger boobs that I dont push up and show off (for black tie weddings orrrr in general), so I thought the cut of this dress was perfect. It showed enough without showing it all - I also did not wear a bra, which is a huge plus! Even though this dress isnt super tight fitting, I wore spanx underneath only feel like I was held in a little more (and after wedding food and an open bar, things can get crazy). Overall, I am really pleased with this dress AND the customer service of RTR!

Was a little large on top, but fit perfect otherwise (which is usually not a problem for me with my bust size). This wasn't a dress I originally picked, the one I had ordered was not in good condition upon the stylist getting it ready to send, so they sent me a strapless dress to replace it which I didn't like. I called that night to get a replacement for free and they were out of the dresses I chose, but the helpful stylist I talked to suggested this. I am so glad because I loved it and got a lot of compliments on it.

I'm 5'6" and the length was right. I normally wear a 4 and I had to pin this 4 under the arms -- ran a little big there. It's nice that you can wear a normal deep V bra with it. The crepe fabric does not show every imperfection.

I did really enjoy this dress. It was a little form fitting on the middle, I could have maybe went up to the 6 so it fit more like on the picture. I got a lot of cf compliments on it throughout the night and the fabric is really nice. It has a nice slit that makes dancing easy. The embellishments on the neck is great so you don't even have to wear too much jewelry! I recommend it!

This dress looked elegant for a black tie wedding. It was the stylists selection after the other 2 dresses didn't work out. I really would not have picked it since it's super conservative, but it was super comfortable, and great quality.

This dress was absolutely beautiful! I rented it for a NYE wedding and it was perfect! This was actually my third dress choice, and I’m glad I ended up with this one. It fit perfectly and was so comfortable! The material has a little bit of stretch to it, so you won’t feel too confined in it. I wore it with spanx too and it was still comfortable. It’s also great for anyone whose busty like I am (34DD) because you can wear a regular bra! Definitely recommend this dress. I wish I actually owned it, I loved it so much!

The delivery guy left the package in my driveway, in the rain. No problem. It was well packaged and the dress was in perfect condition. It was perfect for a work related, black tie event-pretty and elegant without being too revealing. I will definitely use Rent the Runway again!

Flattering fit. Neckline is not too deep - able to wear a normal bra. The long was quite long... VERY comfortable for a long evening.

Loved this dress! Zipper can get stuck over the heavy seam, but once on it was beautiful and fit like a glove. I wore this to a black tie gala, it was understated and appropriate. Based on reviews I got the long, and it was a perfect length with 4.5" heels.

I didn't " think" about the dress all night. Easy to dance in, comfortable, and looked great. I'm full busted, so always struggling to find a formal dress I can wear with a bra with straps. This was perfect. Fit was good, almost a bit loose on top, Length was perfect with 3" heels. The overall experience of working the Rent the Runway was amazing. Will use them again.

Rented this for a family wedding and it was beyond words. So incredibly comfortable and you could wear a regular bra with it. I got a ton of compliments and LOVED it!!

I wish I had a chance to wear this beautiful dress. It was my back up dress, and I chose to wear my first choice dress. I chose the other dress because this one was a little long, even with 4 inch heels on. It was wearable, but I still went with the other dress. Besides the length, the dress fit very well. There was no need for a special bra for this dress. I will definitely rent this dress again so that I can wear it!

I ordered this as a backup and really wanted it to fit. I am a pretty solid size 6 so I was surprised it did not fit. It was too tight across my hips and rear for my comfort level. If they had an 8 in stock I’m sure that would have fit.

Very pleased with this dress. Comfortable and chic. It was a back-up sent to me when RTR ran out of the 2nd size of the original dress I ordered. I could not wear the original dress because it was too ugly. This dress was very good. I should have gotten the L. The R was only went to the top of my ankles. Nice fabric and detail. Spanx were required to avoid clingyness in the belly. All around I was very pleased with the dress.

Plain and simple, this dress was HUGE on me. It was nicely made, but too long, too wide, too loose. I hope others will find this to be a successful dress for them. It would be very nice for an evening wedding - elegant, but not too flashy.

Weird fit

This dress looks sophisticated in the photo but in person is shapeless and not flattering. Also, it runs very big. Luckily it was a backup rental; had it been the primary dress, it would have been disappointing.

It was the only size left. It was a little big but it was still beautiful. Simple with elegance. I could wear a bra and that was a plus also.

It's a very elegant dress but I ended up wearing my back up dress. Wish I had a second event to go to to that I could have worn this one to!

The dress fit well, and was totally flattering. I wore this for a black tie gala where I was sitting at a table of senior executives from my company, and felt totally appropriate but able to be a little bit glamorous at the same time. The cleavage is modest, but flattering.

Loved the dress but it definitely runs large. Glad for the instruction to have the backup dress one size smaller because I wore the backup size 6 although I often wear an 8. If you are mid-height, I'm almost 5' 7" the length may be a dilemma. I ordered long because I wasn't sure - but should have had the regular. I had to turn up the hem 3" even with 3" heels on. It all worked and was lovely. Many compliments on the dress. If I found this in a store I would have bought it to have as a staple for formal events.

This dress was gorgeous! Super flattering and very glamorous. I would wear it every day if I could. It was also very comfortable, and surprisingly the appropriate length (I'm about 5'10). Great for those of us with curves.

This dress was just the right amount of sparkle without looking like I was going to a formal wedding. The best part was that I was entirely comfortable the whole evening. I will definitely rent this again.

Stretchy so was able to size down when I'm in between a 6 & 8. Long length was perfect with 2" heels (I'm 5'10"). Would definitely wear again!

This dress was pretty, but it just wasn't for me. I am 5'4, 110 lbs, and normally wear a size 0. I ordered the size 2 since the 0 was unavailable. The size 2 was definitely too big for me, and normally I can pull it off. I'm not sure the size 0 would have even fit me right. So, if you have a petite frame, this dress probably won't look right for you. I tried it on with four inch heels, and it was still a bit too long. It's a beautiful dress, and overall very comfortable for the right body type.
