It would have fit better if I were taller, but loved it anyway

This dress runs a bit small as I usually wear a 4 and sometimes a 2 in dresses. The 6 fit to a T. I received so many compliments on this dress. I wore it with blue satin and crystal Manolo Blahnik shoes (from the Sex In the City movie) and dangling sparkly earrings. I agree with the other review that you could wear this to a black tie if you didn't want to wear a gown. You will need someone to help you get dressed as there are hooks in the back that require someone with good vision and a steady hand to hook. It was thick enough that I did not need a strapless bra. I only used sticky petals.

The fit was a little tight around the waist, but I did try on the 4R and it was too big. Otherwise, everything about this dress is absolutely stunning! A trifecta of tulle, beading and lace, this dress is perfect for a black tie optional wedding or any other fancy fete.

Super fun, fluffy dress! I felt like a sugar plum fairy in it. Can tell its very well made and can doesnt need accessories. cons: dress longer than expected and tight from waist up.

This dress is beautiful from a distance and up close. It's flattering and true to size. There was a bit of a gap in black fabric below the zipper in back, but nothing that can't easily be pinned. It can be worn with "petals" or something similar as the top fits snugly. Didn't wear it, as my accessories happened to work better with my other dress option. Would possibly rent this again for another event.
