Ruffle In the front of the blouse was too large, not good for big busted women like me

Clown like but you decide...
Looks like it could be cute but the ruffles were so firm that they stood out and looked very clownish. I did not wear...maybe someone far more fashion forward or far taller could get away with it. It was brand new so possibly the ruffles will soften with time.
