Wore this shirt to work and loved it! The sleeves are unique and fun! Just be careful with the ties at the ends of the sleeves, to not drag them through things or get caught on something. But it's a beautiful shirt and I'd definitely rent it again.

I wore this blouse to work. I loved the ruffle and lace up detail on the sleeves. I usually wear a small but find I need to size up to a medium in this brand.

I love everything about this shirt- the pattern, material, and most importantly, the sleeve! My only comments would be that the back seems to be a bit tight, so if this is an issue for you, you might want to size up. Also, its not the best shirt for dinner, as its hard not to dip the wrist ties in your meal.

Didn't wear this because it's made more for a B cup person. My 34Ds made the front "pull" over the bust. Unfortunate because it's super cute.

I love this shirt. Material is very comfortable. You can tell it’s high quality as well. Unfortunately, it was too small for me! Definitely need to size up on this one!

I did not like the lacing on the arms

love this blouse! it very comfortable, cute and so different. looks great with jeans-super polished. i will say that the ties at your wrists are annoying and get in the way but just tuck them in your sleeve when you need to. lacing goes all the way up your arms, which i didn't realize.

Comfy dressy top with note worthy sleeves

Lovely fabric with an easy fall to it; feels great to wear. Sleeve ties a little bit of a nuisance.

I typically wear an xs, but sized up to a S for this one and it fit perfectly. Wore it to numerous lunch dates for work and paired it with wine colored trousers and black heels. Everywhere I went, it got compliments. It is business-like because of the grey windowpane fabric, but trendy and cute. I will definitely rent it in other colors in the future.

Not a practical top, but fun and I enjoyed wearing it. It is a little itchy - recommend wearing a light top underneath.

Soft and comfortable. Sleeves are cute. They don't flair out as must as they do in the picture on RTR but I still liked it.

Seemed to run small across the shoulders, but I do have a large bust. I wore a black camisole underneath since the back is open, and it worked well. The shirt I had was showing some wear in the seams, but overall I enjoyed wearing it.

Fun sleeves, ties on sleeves a little annoying when eating.

This was a super cute option for work but the one I got had a little stain on it and honestly I don't think it was dry cleaned.

Really nice shirt just a bit small, would've needed a size up in order to feel comfortable in it. It was mostly tight in the chest area .

Fabric/Pattern were great and I liked the detailing. Sadly I couldn't wear it since it was too small despite that I generally run a pretty standard XL in tops (size 14 typically). Disappointed I couldn't wear it but someone that is a 12 could pull it off!

I usually wear L/XL size shirts and got this in XL because the reviews say it runs small. This was so small I couldn't put my arms in it.
