Wore this for regular work day, and then for some happy hour fun. Great transitional piece, got so many compliments from friends and coworkers! The cut is fun and flirty while remaining professional.

The fit is good but a button was broke and a stain on the cuff.

This was a huge hit at the office!!! It did run a bit small in the chest but was doable.

Nice soft material, this fun unexpected dress is great for work. I styled it with a belt, blazer, and necklace tucked under the collar. Would recommend!

Wore this dress two different ways - dressed up with heels/no jacket for a meeting and w/ sneakers & a leather jacket for brunch. The dress on the rack/model does not do it justice how great this dress is especially if you have a waist. I did notice after one wear the collar had some of my makeup on it but I just took a makeup remover wipe to the woven type fabric and it came right out so I could wear a second time.

I love this ruffle plaid dress. Running true to size with little stretch, I recommend wearing one size up for your primary size. The style is loose throughout the midsection and roomy at the hips. It works best for all cup sizes. You are able to wear a standard bra with this ruffle dress. My favorite feature is the white cuff at the end of the sleeves. Pair with a classic black pump and you have the prefect work outfit.

This dress is super cute and very flattering. I am 5'0 and would say this dress (sleeves/torso) is cut for someone a little taller, but I made it work.

Bodice was a bit snug as were the wrists (but there are buttons). Fabric was much thinner than expected-unsure if that's from many wears or just the fabric type. Received many compliments and loved the spin on a classic work wool fabric

This dress everyone at work loved. I paired it with black stockings and grey heels and it looked like a grown up school girl. I absolute loved it and the dress fit perfectly.

Was perfect for my occassion. My only complaint was I had trouble with the collar staying down in back.

I got compliments in the ladies room from people I dont work with, so you know it's super cute. it was just a touch too short, but with booties and a pair of opaque tights I felt less self-conscious. I would mind yourself on the subways and stairs!!!

I wanted to wear this dress so much it was simply too small in the chest. It's wonderfully stylish and unexpectedly lightweight but alas I couldn't zip it up past my bustline.

This dress looked cute online, but it was tight around the middle and therefore I spent all day pulling it down. The material is a bot thin and wrinkles. I would not rent again.

I learned a lot with this dress. The zipper was very stiff and I couldn't zip it up alone. I did put it on backwards to check the fit though

While true to size, parts of the dress were ill fitting for my pear shaped figure. Really big on top and the waist had no definition so added a belt. Was a bit long as well for the fun ruffles. Was totally great for a one off but wouldn't rent it again.

The tummy area is not too flattering. Super cute on top though

This is more of a spring dress because of the fabric weight. But it's cute.

It's really cute and well made. I normally wear a 14, but ordered the XL to be safe. I feel that if it were an XXXL it would have fit. Holy small Batman. If you have hips or larger arms, don't bother. It fit the waist and that was that.

The waist was a little bit and the shoulders didn't fit right.

fits a bit large. I got a XS and still a bit big. Not good for small chested women. You would need a good padded bra if you are small at the chest area. Cute dress overall for work. Got compliments. But my dress came with a few small stains.

This looked so cute and I wanted to love it, but it just didn't work. I went up a size based on reviews and the bottom fit right but the top was enormous. No matter how I adjusted it, there was a huge gaping amount of fabric in the back that made me look like a hunchback! Not a good look!

Too small to wear.

SO, this XL is WAY too small. And even if it fits, it'll be too short for me. I'm 5'7" and usually a size 14.

Rented this to wear to synagogue - it was probably one of my most unsuccessful RTR Unlimited rentals. Did not fit at all. First of all, it is made for someone much taller or with a very long torso - I am petite and the waist was several inches too low. On top of that the top portion of the dress is huge - you need to have very broad shoulders or be very busty to make this work. It looked so cute on the model but horrible on me. I sent it back without wearing.
