Nice button up shirt dress. The material looks a like wrinkly, but it's VERY comfortable and I love how it's versatile enough to be simply casual or business casual if needed. Has a conservative look so i didn't button all of the button to give it some sex appeal

Grabbed this dress and it was the last one in the store. I got an extra small but it still fit! Had to let the top buttons out, but I thought it helped make it more flirty. It was a very fun and flirty dress. Complimented my body well and flowed very nicely

Wow I LOVED this!!!! The color is a fiery red which is perfect for the spring. The lines of the dress and the way it falls is very flattering, especially for curvy mamas as it accentuates your waist! Professional yet still young and fun - I got so many compliments.

The material was more casual than I hoped. I am between a 4-6 with a wide rib cage and the S fit me fine. I see what people mean about the band being tight but I just thought it was snug and not uncomfortable, especially because it is elastic. I felt like the dress had a lot of material overall for my height (just under 5'5), probably more noticeable because I have brought shoulders so I just felt like I looked a bit big. But everyone went crazy for the dress and told me I should buy it. I had to put a small pin between 2 of the buttons to avoid gaping at chest but that was no biggie. It buttoned too high up for a necklace to really be seen under it so I went with teal earrings.

I am absolutely in love with this dress and I received a ton on compliments throughout the day wearing it. A M probably would have been more comfortable for the waistband, but the SM worked great too. Even with my petite frame the length was flattering and it just moved so beautifully when I walked. I'm in between sizes right now, but once I shed the winter weight I will probably be buying this dress.

Wore this for a themed party, don't know if I would wear it on a normal basis as it's just not my style. The fit was great, color was stand out and loved the pockets ;)

The elastic waist makes for a flattering fit on a variety of figures. The buttons in the chest might gap on someone larger than a B cup, and as I'm short, the dress kinda hiked up a bit oddly. But it's beautiful! The color is bright, the material light and usable, and the asymmetric hem is super fun and trendy. It's fine for a more casual, trendy office or for a party. Highly recommend!

While most of this dress runs true to size. The elastic at the waist is rather small. Keep that in mind when selecting a size.

This dress fits true to size and has a very vibrant, youthful and playful look. I walked into an RTR store and stumbled upon this dress the day before July 4th. It was a bit hit. I went on a day trip to Santa Barbara I received so many compliments from total strangers. It has an elastic waistband. It also has two large pockets. I would certainly rent this again.

i'm typically a 4, but this designer runs large so the XS worked out perfectly. the waist is elastic and there are enough room of my bust. loved the color and the hem. the shortest part hits my knees. this works best w booties/heels. pockets are awesome. highly highly highly recommend!!!

Appropriate work attire, the cinched elastic waist was a little weird and the collar slightly worn, but otherwise a fun and vibrant piece.

not good fit for a petite person. it made me look shorter

I rejected this as part of my first unlimited order and wasn't sure what the plan was for it. It wasn't fancy enough for a wedding and was too stuffy for my upcoming birthday weekend so I chose to wear it to work. I'm usually very casual at work thought I am the boss and this dress did exactly what I wanted to accomplish in my new work attire. It made me approachable and professional. The fit it's self was a little disappointing. I am curvy top and bottom but the waist landed almost empire like. I decided to pair it with a thin black belt and open most of the buttons to slim up the bloom a bit and it worked. Wish I would have taken a picture, but nonetheless it was a great everyday dress.

I liked this dress a lot and got lots of compliments on it. It was a little overwhelming on my 5'3" frame, so I wouldn't order again for that reason - but on someone a bit taller I think it would be wonderful.

The dress is super cute but the waistband is really tight. I would've needed to size up, but the fit everywhere else would be too big.. Just not for me.

Runs small. I would of rather a large maybe then by bust would have fit.

The middle felt a little bunchy on me in a way that was unforgiving -- maybe because I am bigger in the hips than the bust and a bit short-waisted. But it is definitely a statement dress and I had a lot of fun wearing it!
