I got so many compliments on this dress. It is so flattering on. I work as an attorney so this was perfect.

Took a second to figure out how to wear this, but once you see it it’s actually pretty simple (really it’s just a wrap), and really cute. Great quality, lots of compliments.

You have to get the wrap right: there are really only two buttons that are intended to function—they are at the top, and it twists from there. I belted it on the right side. The bottom half does not button so you will need to wear leggings, opaque tights, or a slip dress under. Good for work. Nice fabric, not scratchy. I wore w combat boots but would look good with heels too.

I really liked this one! Like others, I was confused about how to wear it at first. I ended up copying the model pics and just tying the belts at the back, not buttoning any buttons. I wore it to brunch on a rainy, 70 degree day and it was the perfect “not too hot, not too cold” piece to wear. Loved it with the boots!

The fit is great and I actually got tons of compliments on this at work. The construction is really bizarre. Buttons and button holes that dont connect, gaping on top (wore a cami underneath), a side slit even tho its a wrap dress. The fabric was really comfortable and lightweight and I genuinely wouldve kept it but Im on a budget. Maybe next time.

It was comfortable but nothing special.

This dress was getting some hate, so I had to give it a try. It’s not the best, but first, I sized down to a 10. (I’m between a 10 and a 12.) Then, I figured out, it’s really just a wrap dress with buttons. DON’T try to button the chest area, it just messes up how it’s supposed to lay flat. Then in the picture you can see how the little silver buckles come out the sides and it ties in the back. I wore this with black leggings and boots and it was cute for a day at school. Not a show stopper, but not as bad as some of the reviews. You could size down and give it a try! ;)

Felt chic. (If only it had pockets, though!) The wrap is a bit finicky. Love that the sleeves are long enough (normally they run short on me).

Very high quality piece from Proenza. First trimester pregnant, so this one is bump-friendly but without “outing me” to my coworkers :). Size 4 was a little big for a typical size 4, but the wrapping component of the dress helped ensure it fit just right.

Easy and made me feel stylish (even though the belt didn’t quite stay as tight as I would have liked.). It was also comfortable- though a bit warm and some might find the inside of the dress slightly itchy. All that said, I would definitely rent again

Work appropriate, even for conservative settings. I could wear this to court. Comfortable and good for wrinkle free travel. The style is fine, but not super flattering or cute. I would size down if I tended again.

The asymmetric buttons make this fun, and I loved the wrap. The sleeves are a little large but the dress was otherwise perfect with tights and boots.

I'd size down. Lot of material so a little frumpy but still cute and different. Long for someone short. Goes to mid calf.

The dress ran big for me. I ordered a size 4, but wished I sized down. Luckily, the wrap dress was still wearable. I got several compliments from colleagues and strangers - which is always nice!

This dress is everything. It's classic and funky at the same time and deserves to be a staple wardrobe piece for any professional woman. To wear, I buttoned the first two buttons, then secured the wrap in the back. It gives such a lovely, flattering shape, highlighting the bust and the waist, which was amazing because I have a thicker waist. I do size up with wrap dresses for modesty. The slit and the wrap are modest enough, but I wore it with opaque tights. If I could afford this one, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I hate sending it back but I need options for an upcoming event! I will definitely rent this one again.

The trick to wearing the dress is to ignore the buttons. Use the ties to secure the dress; the buttons are just decoration. I loved this dress! It was surprisingly wearable for work, date nights, and other events where I wanted to look polished. The fabric holds its shape beautifully and is much more comfortable against the skin than it looks. My only complaint is that my chest didn't quite fill out the top (I have a smaller bust relative to my clothing size), so I needed one piece of fashion tape at the top of the chest to prevent gapping.

I pared it with strapped lime green open toe heels.

It was perfect and structured and warm! However I wear a 6/8 and the 4 fit perfectly. Perfect for work.

Consider the buttons as decorative and tie in back. True to size, no gaping neckline, good drape. Felt good in the dress.
