This bag is the perfect size, shape for everyday use. Closure and extra pockets also were A+ design functions

This bag is great and I was so excited to try it and it came brand new --BUT when put across the body, it hangs super low. Like uncomfortably low. And you can't adjust it. It went to my thigh and I'm 5'6" with even proportions.

Strap is way too long and it's difficult to open multiple times as needed for everyday use.
Loved the look of this bag but the strap is too long. Maybe if you are tall it would work better but it hung down below my butt. Strap cannot be shortened.
