I didn't even notice the pleating online, but it adds just a touch more sophistication to the skirt. Lovely linen that holds up well. A bit on the shorter side, which works well for me!

It's a good summer dress
For the short pear shaped woman, it looks good. It is linen so it wrinkles. I didn't find it show stopping. There's nothing wrong with it -- good fit, nice summer dress -- I didn't think it was the absolute best. But it's also good to wear not business and not casual

Cute summer work dress
This was nice and light and cool in the hot summer weather. It looked very classy- the fabric is quite pretty. It’s a little loose in the chest area and arm area for me to want to wear multiple times. Flattering style though —

I thought this was going to be more of a structured shirtdress, but it is a linen adjacent fabric that reads more like a belted hawaiian shirt tunic. It might be fine for summer beach casual , but I wanted to wear it to work
