I love this dress. It is different without being too far out to wear to work. The top is stretchy and warm with a side zipper that made it easy to get on. The bottom has some yellow in the print that's hard to spot in photos. Will definitely rent again!

I wore this for a work conference. The length is great, especially if you're tall, and the details are all really lovely. I wore with the sleeves rolled up slightly to a 3/4 length. I have long arms so the sleeves were a tiny bit short otherwise. There is some minor damage on the shoulders from the hangers but it wasn't noticeable when I had the dress on.

Waist was very tight 27-27,5"- on size 0, so i was able to wear, but just barely , yes top slightly bigger , but combination oh knit simple top with flowing skirt was so elegant- my husband- noticed this dress right away

Shoulder bulge from shipping corrected itself by laying flat for a night. Waist was snug but not noticeably so. I️ really liked this dress!

This dress is really easy to wear. Fits extremely well and is very comfortable. Provides look like you're wearing professional separates - a light knit fitted top, neatly and smoothly tucked into a skirt. This is a very nice look for work.

Fun dress that looks like two separate pieces! The top of this dress is extremely stretchy and comfortable. It is great for any cup size - there is about 3 inches of room in the bust. The dress flows throughout the hips but is slightly fitted in the waist. This look would work for a casual event or a day in the office. The bottom comes to around 3 inches below the knee. I would size up in this dress!

This was my first time wearing a dress that looks like two pieces of clothing. Easy to wear and look pulled together. Slightly snug in the waist, but loose everywhere else. This was perfect for the office. #spring

I rented this for work but ended up wearing it to a family funeral ;( it was perfect. Classy and different and very flattering. The top is a stretchy sweater material that was comfy and forgiving... also a bit large for me. The waist was fitted with very little give and the skirt is a beautiful and full hi/low cut. It zips up the side. The photos don't do the dress justice... the print is gorgeous with touches of a neon yellow. And the waistline is beautifully detailed with a braided accent. Lovely dress... would rent again.

Gorgeous fabric and detailing, true to size. I rented this as part of my unlimited and wore to work. Very comfortable and could easily have dressed it up more than I did.

This dress is beautiful and has amazing detail on the waist that you cannot see in the picture. I agree with other reviewers...the waist is fitted and no wiggle room but the top is stretchy material. It is lovely and unique.

This dress is awesome! It's conservative enough for work while still being stylish, elegant and comfortable. Fits true to size and there's no stretch in the waist, but the upper black portion is stretchy for women with broad shoulders or boobs.

Was worried it would be a bit matronly, but I loved it. Classy but fun. Beautifully made.

I've had this dress on my wishlist for a while and was excited when it became available. I love the style, but found it was better for a more formal dinner instead of my everyday work. The waist is a little unforgiving so make sure you size correctly. It runs true to size. I will definitely rent again.

I do unlimited so I try on a LOT of clothes for work - but I am obsessed with this one. Everyone will just compliment your "skirt" and not realize it's a dress but I couldn't walk into a room with a woman without getting that compliment. If it wasn't $1000, I would buy it. But I guess it's expensive because it earned it. I just wore it to work so only got this one pic but, 10/10!

I liked this dress a lot, in part because it was quite a bit different then what I would normally chose. The hem was fun and swirly - a little bit longer on someone like me, who's only 5'2", but I didn't think the dress made me look too short (i.e. on me it hit below the knees in the front, whereas I think it's supposed to be knee length). The waist is very tight, as many have pointed out, with no give so I'd size up for a backup if you get one. It's a very flattering dress, that really emphasizes your natural waistline. As others remarked, mine had hanger dents in the shoulder of the sweater part. It didn't keep me from wearing it, but when I got it I did just drape it over the hanger bar vs keeping it hung up normal (and further denting it). Also - I didn't love the sweater material, felt a little acrylic and cheap (Ironic, given it's a designer dress). But not enough to not recommend it or anything!

I wore this to two different client meetings. I just felt so confident and amazing in the dress. It's beautifully made and very slimming! Also - for short ladies, you can roll the sleeves in a way that makes it look like it's supposed To be rolled. When I first put the dress on the arms were SO long. But you really couldn't tell once I rolled them carefully. I wore this with nude heels and felt like a million bucks.

Comfortable, flattering, great feeling-fabric and beautiful design -- I really couldn't have been happier, which was nice because the last couple of dresses I rented weren't great on me. When I first put it on, I thought a 4 may have been better (instead of a 2) but as I relaxed, it seemed to fit better and better. I'd be very tempted to buy it if it weren't so pricey. At least I can rent . . . !

Love stretchy sweater top. Not too heavy but not summer weight. Skirt is flowy, edgy, fun to wear - even though slightly wrinkled, the wrinkles didn't show at all. Hi- low skirt silhouette is on point. While the sweater was roomy. the skirt / waist was super fitted. It has no stretch or give. I needed to suck it in to zip. But it worked fine once zipped. Waist band has cool extra touch with ribbon overlay. Wear this anywhere, it matches casual, dinner, work, brunch. Amazing.

Like other reviewers have already mentioned, the top was a little baggy while the skirt was quite fitted, which made sizing a little complicated. It does run large overall -- I'm usually a 4/6 and the 2 fit me well. The zipper on this gave me a lot of grief but other than that this was a fairly nice dress.

Beautiful dress, received many compliments. Only issue was that my torso was too short, creating a bunching near the side zipper where the top fabric met the bottom fabric. Also, zipper was viscously difficult. My husband had to zip me in and out even though it was not too snug.

Lovely dress for work. The waistband is not very forgiving, but the top part is roomy. The sleeves were too long but rolling them up was no issue. I wore with black boots and received compliments from the moment I walked into the office!

It was flowy. The black knit bunched up a bit on the sholders from being on hanger for a while, though it wasn't too bad. While it was not noticeably large, it might have fitted me better if I'd gone down a size.

Showered with compliments on this amazing dress that looks like 2 pieces. Skirt is stunning with fabulous interesting waist and high low skirt with lining. The pop of yellow on the skirt is gorgeous. The top is fitted and warm and was perfect paired with knee high leather boots. Will definitely rent again and only wish could afford it to buy!!!

This dress was perfect for work. It was fitted and accentuated my figure very nicely while also covering me up. On the front, the dress hit me right below the knee. The bottom of the skirt had a great flow. I received many compliments on the outfit.

Fit perfectly and was very comfortable. Might not work for much shorter women as the waist and length were perfect for me and I'm 5'9"

Fit was great. I am usually a 6 or 8 and the 6 worked fine.

I love this dress! Fits a little snug but that could be because I'm 11 weeks pregnant.

With the hidden zipper on the side, there isn't much give, so I would recommend going up a size which is what I did. The detailing at the waist and hem are nice touches to the skirt! I wore this to the office, and am planning on wearing it for a dinner - so versatile!

This dress makes one appear smaller than they be so flattering. The fit is comfortable and length of the dress is perfect. Great fall dress!

I sized up based on everyone's feedback but found the waist large and not hitting me where I expected. An 8 would have been better - still received tons of compliments.
