I read other reviews ahead of time and planned to spend time playing with it before I wanted to wear it. The infographic on their website is only a little bit helpful, and I found it more helpful to keep it on the hanger and try different things. In this way I was able to get the look I wanted. It is slightly snug in the waist and with a larger chest it wears differently than the model - and I still got SO many compliments! Plan ahead and you should be fine! (Pardon the mess, we just moved.)

There is definitely a lot more fabric than expected. It reminded me of a deconstructed sub sandwich and you had to piece together a way to make it work. Good news- subs are good anyway so just connect the buttons and let it rock. It's such a unique piece that no one would know if it's right or not so matter how you style it.

Took way too long to figure out the buttons but it is different and striking and drapes well. It was a little oversized & v long especially in back.

There's a how to infographic on the designers website that helps a lot. This is amazing once you have it on, but it was confusing for sure.

I would avoid this piece. It looks amazing if you have a runway stylist dressing you, I imagine. The reviews mentioned how difficult it was to put on, which I underestimated. It looks 45 minutes to figure out and I'm not sure it was correct. Photo is from the end of the day, when I stopped caring about making it look nice.

The jacket is quite unique, however it took me awhile to figure out how to put it together: there is a vest part on top of the jacket. The designer's website has instructions on how to wear it in 3 different ways. Also, it's oversized, which gives kind of a retro vibe.

Looks super cool on the model. Could not make it look so cool. There are several ways to style and wear this piece. It would be great to come with a little "how to wear" suggestions tipsheet. Runs a little small in the sleeves. I did not end up wearing it.

Other reviewers are correct. Google the designer and name of the item to get the info graphic. I am a little short waisted, and this looked terrible on me, even after I figured it out.

I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how ALL the holes and buttons work to create this look and I could not figure it out. It's a great quality piece but I, nor my husband, can figure it out. Will likely swap before my event.

Like others, I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to organize the buttons and tuck in the fabric to make this look chic. I didn't like the shoulder pads either, so I didn't end up wearing the jacket out at all.

I absolutely loved the way this looked on the model and another reviewer. I spent countless hours over several days trying to figure it out. I went on YouTube and the designer’s website, but still couldn’t figure it out. I ended up not wearing it.

This jacket is trash. It's ill fitting and much too complicated to wear in the streets. I suppose if I were on a runway and someone was dressing me, it could work. But this was a jigsaw puzzle I couldn't figure out. Once I thought I had it, the style looked awful and sloppy. Returned and never worn. Definitely a waste of a rental slot.

This was so frustrating! There should've been directions to button and drape this blazer.

I was really excited for the new and interesting take on the traditional blaze but this was near to impossible to figure out (as stated in previous reviews). Once I buttoned it the way I think it was meant to be it look like a lot of material bunched together.

After consulting the online instructions I figured out how to wear the garment in the different ways, but found that even done correctly it was too many straps, buttons, and wraps to wear for even a few hours at work, I had to keep fussing with it all day. Cute idea and it looked nice, but impractical even for my largely desk job.

I had my sights set on this blazer since it was first posted on the site! Once I finally got my hands on it, I was sadly disappointed. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to get this thing on, and once I got it, it looked painfully baggy. Totally swallowed me. Unless you're 5'10 and a size 0, this blazer is just not it, next!

oh em gee! it may be the my heightened anxiety, but this piece nearly brought me to tears. so much respect for those that were able to figure this out. i think it would have been possible if the jacket arrived correctly buttoned which was not the case. as soon as possible i am returning this jacket! it's just mocking me right now. so disappointing.

I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. This jacket was so complicated to put on. I finally figured it out and it was incredibly sloppy looking. I hate when I let a RTR item go unworn, but this was way to much to figure out!
