This dress really hugs your body and curves! I wore shape wear underneath and didn't have and bunching at the waist. If I could afford this dress, I would buy it but it's 3/4 my rent! Got tons of compliments and felt sexy and confident in it.

Great material, looked nice for work. The waist is a little big but the drawstring helps cinch it all together. I think a size down would be too tight. Assuming the overly cinched look in the waist is part of the style.

Surprised to find that the front part of the top is not connected to the skirt/dress. Only complaint is that the extra fabric from the "shirt" was sort of visible under the skirt. Felt like an odd choice to make. But overall liked it.

The extra fabric at the belly made this a great second trimester maternity dress! I felt like a marsupial carrying my baby in a pouch. Very striking, tons of compliments, and the fabric is very thick and high-quality. Not my usual style at all, which is part of the fun of RTR, and I'm glad I took a gamble on this one.

One of a kind dress, really stands out. It is a tad big and stretches throughout the day since it's a knit. I had to tug it up a few times to make sure my bra didn't show. But overall really good dress.

Easy comfortable fit, drawstring waist was a little different but still pretty cool. The straps were either stretched out or just cut long but it wasn't so bad that it was indecent. I liked that the colors were brighter than expected! Overall I really liked the dress and received several compliments!

It's hard to tell in photos but this dress gives the illusion of being a two piece which makes cinching the waist tighter cohesive to the structure of the overall dress. Such a great cut although I found myself pulling it up near the chest area. The waistline is heavier which pulls the neckline lower, which if that's the look you are going for won't be a problem! Wasn't enough of a nuisance for me to complain about but that was the one thing I would comment on.

This dress, colors, design is not usually my style, but after trying it on. I loved it! It fit perfect! I received many compliments on it. Wore it five times before sending it back!

i thought the dress was more A-line but i was pleasantly surprised when i put on the dress and it accentuated my curvy figure. it was cold so i threw a black turtle neck and it worked. would definitely rent again.

Loved the vibrant colors of the dress and paired it with a turtleneck and tights for work in the winter. The fabric is stretchy, comfortable, and body hugging.

Clearly very well made, nice material. As other reviewers mentioned, the front is two panels and the top tucks into the skirt portion almost creating a kangaroo pouch. This ends up making it unflattering.

Beautiful dress, great quality, but the front is strange. It separates, almost like having a kangaroo pouch, and if you have any kind of tummy, it *will* emphasizes it and make you look pregnant.

If you are a straight stick with no curves, you could maybe pull this off. The weird kangaroo pouch in the front is just weird. It puts a lot of fabric in the belly area and just was very unattractive. The dress was also way more like a pencil skirt at the bottom than the photos had me believe. Technically, it fit, but I didn't feel good in the dress, so I didn't wear it.

Wanted to love this! Nice thick stretchy material, cute colors, adorable from the front. However, as others have described, in the front it is almost 2 pieces, a top that tucks in behind the cinched skirt. The lower edge of the top is visible through the skirt and the clinching waist of the skirt creates a major tummy bulge. Don't rent unless you want to look 4 months pregnant ;)

The dress is two separate pieces, though stitched together. This allows it to be both form-fitting and leave a little room around the middle, which is nice. The pattern is fun and perfect for fall and has a heavier material for the cooler weather. I dressed it up with sandals and jewelry but can be styled casual as well. I wore this 3x during my rental and would rent it again.

I don't think a dress has ever made my body look better. Wow. Would've purchased this were it not at a luxury price point. I'll be renting this again in the future. It's a stretchy fabric that is really flattering but also has a bit of structure. I still was able to wear this in the summer. The tie at the waist is also really flattering. Insane dress.

I'm 5'2 and curvy, and while the straps were a little longer than would have been ideal, my chest filled out the top just fine. The dress fits like a dream--it's stretchy, so it hugs and flatters curves, and it has that fun detail of the paper bag half-tie at the waist. I wore it to dinner and felt great. Would have kept for longer if I didn't want to trade things in for more easy vacation attire.

I love all things Proenza and this is a high quality dress as expected. I loved the chic casual vibe; but the very form fitting silhouette was a little too sexy on my full hips. Just wasn't the look I was going for on such a casual piece. I might try again when I drop my winter 10 (lbs.)

The colors and quality of the fabric are appealing, but I didn't follow the fit advice and it was too big. I ended up wearing it on Zoom calls because the top fit fine and it is pretty. From now on, I will follow the fit advice.

I cannot imagine why this is over 1,000. There is nothing special about it. Fits fine but honestly for that price, it should make you look fantastic and it's just ok.

Such a cute dress but... it's really low cut on the arms thus creating a side boob and if you have a mom belly,.. totally my fault... looks like you are pregnant . It's perfect for pregnant bellies

Nice fabric, elegant back and neckline, but it's a bizarre dress - the top portion actually tucks in to the bottom portion (the part with the white tie). It's kind of unflattering as it adds bulk to your midline. It would be a great maternity dress though, given how much space it gives you in the front.

Didn't fit me right for some reason. Wasn't that flattering. My friend had rented and it looked great on her.
