I'm usually between a 12 and 14, and the 14 fit my busty (36G), curvy self PERFECTLY! Lots of room for my hips, it had pockets, and it was glitzy while also somehow being understated! I did need to wear a racer back bra because it cuts in at the armpits and at the back, but it was just a stunning dress. Highly recommended!

Fits true to size. Material is pretty thick and feels super nice. Zipper was tricky so beware solo dressing!

I loved it because I wasn't worried about wearing spanks under my dress! I was comfortable all night. I also loved the pockets because I had a place to put my cell phone!

Great Dress for a New Years Party!!!!

The dress ran a little large in the top. I am a 36 C cup and felt if I was a little larger it would have fit better, but it wasn't too noticeable that it was gapping a little. Otherwise, the dress fit amazing everywhere else and I felt great in it! It flowed really nice and I loved that it had pockets. Definitely would rent this same dress again!

Absolutely loved this rental! I absolutely did not want to send it back. The dress runs true-to-size and is very flattering. The gold was perfect for my company Holiday party. The dress received so many compliments! Length wise, the skirt hit right above my knees.

I wore this to a fundraiser that I'm on the planning committee for. So many people specifically commented on what a great dress it is! Also, it has pockets with is an added bonus. I'm usually a 10 or 12 depending on the designer - went with a 12 in this since the top is very fitted. I would recommend this and rent it again!

I knew I loved the dress in the photo, but had no clue how much I would adore it in person. As someone who was once in prime shape and have slipped since the unexpected passing of a close family member, I didn't realize I could still feel beautiful in my present state. The dress is made of durable material giving the dress structure and style. The black panels are flattering to any body size and the fuller skirt only accents the waist. And how can I forget the pockets. Women love pockets in dresses and this is no exception. Beautiful, functional, flattering and well made. You won't regret this rental.

Wore this to a work-related black tie event. It was the prefect mix of formal and professional, looks great but isn't "slinky" and shows just the right amount of skin. I'm 5'6 and the length fell just at my knee. It was comfortable and the fabric is very high quality. The flared skirt was super flattering to my athletic shape (small waist with muscular butt/thighs). Another great experience with RTR!

Wore this to my company holiday party. I wanted to wear something elegant and classy but did not want to wear a gown. I am 5'4" so it went a little bit below my knee but I really enjoyed the length! I got so many compliments of people telling me it was beautiful and sophisticated! I am 130 pounds and wore a size 4 and it fit perfectly!

Great dress. It's well made, material is not cheap or flimsy. I got a lot of compliments on this classy frock. As for the size, I chose the 2 and the 4 and I wore the 2. I have to wonder if the 0 might have been an option. I have a small rib cage and waist so the band around the waist sits a little higher then I would normally wear. Not a big deal and only noticeable to me. There's also a bit more room in the bust then I actually filled out, also only noticeable to me. This dress also has well hidden pockets. First time renting and thrilled with the program...easy to use and fun to play!

I wore this dress to a wedding that had many trendy guests in attendance, and men and women alike complimented me on this dress that night and even the next day...I was told many times that I was the "best dressed"! I am 5'7'', 145 lbs., and 34B/C with an athletic build. In my opinion, the dress is TTS unless you are busty. I'm not busty at all (but I have a little something), and the dress fit like a glove with not much room up top to spare. The style of the dress makes sizing a bit flexible because the skirt portion is not form-fitting, so if you are even a bit busty, I would size up. A regular bra would work, but I didn't want to constantly worry about my straps staying covered, so I wore racer back straps that worked perfectly. The dress also has pockets, which is an awesome bonus! I am an above average height and wore heels, and the dress hit right at the knee caps. I loved this fit and look of this dress, so I would highly recommend it. I think it is a versatile dress that is a good mix of trendy, "rich," and semi-formal

Great for people with average body types, who don't necessarily want to highlight a particular body part, but would also be great for those with tinier wastes. No real elasticity, so definitely get the free second size to be safe. The material is great quality and elegant, which considerable weight, making it perfect for fall or winter. The gold isn't too shimmery, so it's great for photos, especially if you don't want to take the spotlight from the bride. The dress has great coverage, but still has the ability to make you feel sexy. I probably wouldn't recommend this dress for women with extreme body-types, due to the lack of elasticity in the fabric.

It was tight on me around my chest but I am a 38c/d. Didn't have I wear spanx or anything so it was super comfy and fun! Love the back. Wore a strapless bra but u could wear an x back bra too.

Wore this dress to attend a VIP broadway showing and it was a hit! People complimented me on the dress and I felt amazing in it. The fit was true to size, comfortable and had pockets!! Been using RTR for different special events over the years and it's only gotten better!

Fit like a glove; I usually wear a 14-16, and this was just perfect. Loved that I could wear w/o shape wear and with a racerback bra! Just amazing! I felt so beautiful!

Loved this dress much better than my first choice!! This was initially my back up dress. My first pick wasn't available. I chose a 10 and 12. Normally a size 10 with an hourglassy figure. I went with the size 12. It was pretty fitted in the top part but a lot more comfortable than the 10 would have been. I loved the paneling of this and how pretty it made me feel. We went to a Summer Solstice Gala and it was the perfect dress. Would definitely recommend, but stay true to your size! If I would have went any smaller it would not have worked out so well.

The mid area was super tight, compared to the bottom. I have a think middle, so I'm thinking it was more me then the dress. It was a great dress for my evening function.

This dress was gorgeous. The fabric is a little unforgiving so I ended up sizing up since the waste of the dress didn't quite line up with my natural waste. The pockets were a nice touch.

Dress is really beautiful but didn't end up wearing it. The top was tighter than expected and I wasn't comfortable. This was also a backup dress that was sent when my original dress was unavailable. Pockets were awesome. Recommend for those with smaller bust and narrow waist!

I LOVED this dress!!! It was adorable, had pockets, and made me feel thin. Thank god I got the backup dress in a size larger because this dress definitely ran a little small. I am normally a size 12 but I ordered the 14 as a backup just in case. Thank goodness I did because I wore the 14 and it fit perfectly. One small negative that they explain on the website- the zippers can be a little funky from so much dry cleaning so it did take a lot of effort to zip the dress up past the point where the zipper was wonky. Other then that, I fell completely in love with this dress. I am 6 foot, 180 lbs and the dress was a great length

I did not end up wearing this dress, but it was definitely my second choice! It fit nicely and appears more gold in person than the photo makes it look. It can be dressed up or down with accessories. Order a size up as it runs a little small.

Rented this dress for my 18 year old daughter. It fit perfectly. If you are average height (around 5'5") the dress sits slightly below the knee; if tall (around 5'8") it sits slightly above the knee. Also if not around a C cup, will probably need a push-up bra since this dress is quite roomy in the chest area.

The dress is a really great dress. However, I had to go with the 12, instead of the 10 because the top part of the dress is not very forgiving. My shape is similar to a hourglass, so it was a challenge to zip the dress up mid back (around the bra line area). It required quite a bit of help. There is absolutely no stretch to the material. Forgoing a bra gave me an extra inch or two, for added comfort. I would recommend going up a size if you have boobs bigger than my B cups. All in all, once I got in the dress, I wanted to keep it on. I loved it!

I went through multiple dresses both at RTR and also shopping around and ran out of time. This dress wasnt my first choice but in the end it was between this one or the Kate Spade in bloom dress. The gold won out. Cons: Fit on the size 16 was perfect around the waist but a little big around the neck and chest area. I am 38D and i still had room up top. Strapless bra is recommended because of the boatneck and how the back is cut. The 14 would have been the better choice but then the waist would pinch in, so keep that in mind as the waist here is not forgiving and has no stretch. It was really easy to dance and move around in this dress. Unlike other dresses there was no pulling, tugging or itchy scratching. Super comfy. Oh, and pockets! I'm 5'7" and it came up just to my knees. Flattering look for a fitted dress on just sbout anyone. Would recommend.
