This skirt was just beautiful, though I rented two sizes larger than I normally wear and it fit fine. The hang is elegant, it looks great on, and it was something I actually considered buying before realizing the cost! Oh well, nice luxury temporarily! Wish I had longer to show it off.

Very sophisticated, but fun skirt. The top panel is a silk/satin which shows whatever is under it, including the bottom of my sweater! Not sure how anyone under 5'7" or so could wear it thought. It almost hit the floor when I had 3" heels on!

This skirt is one of my favorite rentals ever. It is so chic yet comfortable. It is a true standout. I wore this for a romantic sunset engagement photo session in the blue ridge mountains and I never want to take it off. The jewel tones are perfect for fall as well. There is a sheen to the navy blue and green so you can dress this up if you want. I needed something a little more casual and I found the perfect sweater at jcrew. Be warned there's not much give in the waistband but it's definitely still comfortable. Rent this skirt!

Absolutely loved this skirt. Heavy material and great draping. Wore with booties for work. I'm 5'10 and it went to my ankle. Would rent again!

I felt really while good wearing this skirt. The material, colors and length were great, and I felt like I could use it without any worries. However, the fit in the waist was a little large.

I had sized based off of RTR recommendations, but it was HUGE. Even if it hadn't been way too big in the waist the length was dragging on the ground even with heels. May try to rent again in a smaller size.

I loved this skirt, it highlighted my waist and went well with several tops I had. However, it was designed for a taller person so the zipper bunched up a lot in the back.

I noticed several other reviews mention that it was hard to pair this dress with a top. I actually didn't have this problem - I paired it with a cream sweater tucked in, but also had both a dark green blouse and burgundy t-shirt that I could have worn it with. The skirt length hit me a bit lower than in the photos - I am petite and it ended up looking more like a maxi skirt. I paired this with navy wedges though and it worked perfectly - I'd also consider pairing this with nude heels. The skirt really does feel luxurious - the fabric is so soft and looks as expensive as you'd expect from the price. I'd definitely rent again.

Work for a work conference in NY, got tons of compliments on it. On me, it fit high on my waist, and since I'm 5'4", was a little more maxi than midi skirt, but wore with heels and it worked just fine. French size 6, US size 2, fit about as expected.

Small in waist or high-waisted. Very long.

This skirt was absolutely stunning in person. The fabric was high quality and had rich, concentrated colors. The dress fell very nicely too, with a lot of movement. I did find the waist a bit tight and opted to wear it with a thin, form fitting shirt.

fits high on the waist and goes to the ankles, i'm 5/6 - this model makes it look like it's a midi skirt ... it's longer on me. Got so many compliments on it, lovely jewel tones, wore it several times. worth it.

This is more of a party skirt than office attire, though I got it for the latter. The length is too long for my 5'4" frame, I keep stepping on the long piece in the center. Sizing is also based on UK numbers, so be wary that you'll need to size up a lot. My usual is a US 4 and I rented this in a 10 (UK / 6 US I think), which fit well. You'll definitely want to size up 1 from your usual at the US sizing.

British size 12, could've gone down 1 more. The waist had at least 2 inches of gap for me. The front of the skirt nearly touched the floor, and I'm 5'8". I liked the royal colors and the mix of fabrics, but it was too long and loose for me to love.

While the waist fit was okay, it is a very long skirt. I'm only 5'1", and there were several inches of fabric pooled on the ground when I tried it on. It was still too long even if I pulled the skirt up higher on my waist.

It runs small in the waist and is long. I am 5'8 and needed to wear heels to make it look good.

I love this skirt. But I'm hourglass and with wide hips, it's a tad too tight on the upper hips, making it hard to pull down and make the waistline snug. Thus, I'll have to cover the waistline with a longer top... not the idea. But if you could try this on in-store, you'll love it once you find the perfect size, or if you're more straight-hipped than I am. Note, the waist band does not stretch, so if you have a thicker middle, don't do it. It's teenie up too.

Unfortunately, the waist band doesn't give at all, and was too tight for me to wear. It's a beautiful skirt, though!

I wanted to love this skirt it just didn't. Fabric was some kind of really thick polyester.

Great fit and gorgeous- but you can't tell in the photo that the skirt has shiny panels. None of my shirts looked good with it unfortunately.

Fit was on the small side, had to wear it very high on my waist to get it to zip, but then it buckled at the back below the waistband. Tried on with Spanx and fit much better, but I couldn't quite figure out to wear with it and ended up not wearing it. I'm sure I could have made it work with something, but I would have only wore once and then send back, not my favorite... also, the fabric is much nicer in person and almost gave a dressier vibe, had a sheen to it.

Waste is higher than expected. Tight in the hips.

As visible in even the model photo, this skirt will hug your muffin top for dear life. So unflattering. The skirt was also recommended for petite figures but part of it dragged on the floor no matter how high I hiked it up or how tall my heels were. Not for petite frames, poor cut.
