I needed a flowy white top to combine with crazy prints and colors and this was the perfect choice (paired with a Badgley Mischka pastel striped blazer). The fabric is lovely and just a tad transparent but nothing that needs a cami underneath

I'm a size 8 and wore a medium. It fit perfect I'd say, especially because I'm more muscular through my arms. The back detail is my favorite part, as it's longer in the back and kind of has that baby doll/camisole feel. It is sheer though so you'll definitely need an undershirt if it's for work!

Fit is oversized, it is a bit sheer but not so much do that you can't wear to work. Love this top tucked in our not..great basic top, considered buying but will likely just rent again.

I needed something that would look chic and polished in 90 degree weather on a swampy day in NYC. I stopped by RTR in my way to work and found the perfect pair - this top (the only size left was a xl) and a pair of silk joggers from Chloe. I was told at work that I looked like I should be in Singapore in the 1930's getting fanned with grape leaves while sipping strawberry daiquiris. Yes ma'am.

Nice shirt. I like the fring on the back, which is why I ordered it. It *is* a bit see through, so wear a skin-matched bra underneath. It was okay, but I felt like it just kind of hung there on me. I think I am looking for a shirt that is a little more tailored and shows off my waist.

loved the shirt and considered buying, but there were a couple of stains and smudges on the one I received.

This is the second time I've rented this top. The quality is excellent and it's even prettier in person than in photos.

I loved this top!!!! I ordered it in an XL because L wasn't available, but next time I get it I'll definitely get the L. The XL fit fine but was a little more oversized than I would have liked. You definitely need a cami underneath, but I loved wearing this with peg leg pants and a long necklace for work! The peplum is adorable!

Good fit - does not gap at buttons, hard to find for a larger bust! Flattering cut, good detail. Looking forward to wearing again before I return!

I loved this shirt so much, unfortunately I couldn't wear it because it smelled too badly like body odor. Gross. Not sure what happened here, I'm an unlimited member and this is my first time experiencing this issue. It did appear to be at least steamed so no wrinkles, but whoa they really needed to wash this one or discard it with this smell. Just awful!

I rented this for a recent work event to wear with a navy suit. It looked great! I'll definitely rent again for future meetings.

This shirt is a good staple that goes with a lot of different items. Loved the cut in general. Might end up buying this one. A bit see-thru though so can't just wear anything underneath. Picks up dirty marks easily.

Absolutely love this blouse and the fit. A little too expensive for my taste to purchase, but its's really pretty!

The fit is big, but not overly so, and the back detail gave it the look of an elegant tunic. I wore a nude bodysuit under and it was fine. A cream or white tank would work if you want more modesty. I love this top.

Lovely white button-down, perfect for work as long as you wear a camisole underneath (rather sheer). Fit was TTS but definitely a looser/flowy fit (not form-fitting). Considered buying and will rent again!

Wore this to work. It fits well and goes with just about anything. I received a few compliments. I'm fairly busty and the XL did offer enough room in the bust area to prevent the buttons from splaying.

I had to wear a cami but the shirt is lovely. You can wear it alone or tucked in because it's long enough.

I love this blouse, overall it's a great shape with flattering back detail. But the cuffs were tight on my forearms, which happens to me frequently with 3/4 length sleeves. I wouldn't order it again.

I didn't realize this top was SO sheer. I thought I could get away with just a nude bra, but I couldn't and I didn't have a camisole that went with it so I never wore it. Be warned, you need a camisole for this one! Otherwise the material seemed high quality. The fit is purposely boxy so maybe size down if you're not into the oversized look.

This top fit great. I liked the Hilo look and the different design to jazz up a white top. The only thing I didn't like was that even with a nude very plain bra you could still kind of tell where my bra - was the fabric wasn't as high-quality as I would've liked. the fact that it was difficult to find a bra that really sat well under it made me give it less than five stars - really though it's a nice top.

I loved the angle of the sleeve and it has an interesting detail at the back on the bottom. As a result, the shirt is best worn untucked. I had to use double-sided tape between buttons as it was jutting out a bit. Perhaps that could have been addressed if I had pressed/steamed it.

Very sheer, the cuffs hit a bit uncomfortably. Definitely needed a tank underneath.

I thought it would be cream or white, was more of an odd beige color that didn't suit me. The back has pleats that make it hard to tuck in.
