Due to a last minute upgrade, I was able to rent this much more expensive dress and turn an otherwise ordinary night grabbing a drink with friends into something truly spectacular. The material is thick and luscious, and the spandex top is an extremely flattering, although more of a tangerine color than the rest of the red dress. It created a very flattering neckline, and also did the trick of hiding some bruises from a mosh pit at a concert earlier that week. There was a nonstop stream of compliments: even when I tripped, fell, and scraped my knee from walking around in 6" heels, the bartender told me that I looked extremely fierce before handing over some ice and band-aids (nothing got on the dress, as the hemline was significantly higher). All in all, excellent rental. I feel so lucky to have had a chance to wear it - and admit that I really was the smaller size I was secretly suspecting I was becoming :)

This dress is SO cute on the model, and I wanted to love it! When I took it off the hanger and tried to put it on I was seriously confused by the sleeves. When it was wrapped aroudn me they just loosely hung there and were not tight at all like they are on the model. I'm not sure if I put the dress on wrong or it just seriously did not fit me at all. It looks like other people have figured it out- and good for them, I'm jealous! Just beware if you rent this dress- you might need to spend more time than I did figureing the dang thing out!
