I think many of the negative reviews come from misunderstanding this piece. This is a base layer, not a going-out sweater. It’s thin, lightweight, and very warm thanks to the merino wool. Perfect for layering under coats, especially for winter or ski trips.

I just wore it around the ski town but you could wear it under your ski outfit!

Loved it for skiing and apres ski! Also enjoyed that RTR had the matching ski jacket.

Loved this onesie. It was warm and not itchy at all. Very easy to wear. Full disclosure: I wore it for lounging around over the holidays and not for skiing so I’m not sure how it would perform in really cold weather.

Super cute to wear under ski gear, but completely impractical for the bathroom - just know that going into it. Got tons of compliments AND it kept me warm! Came NWT.

Thinner base layer than I was expecting, but super cute ski fit

This is a cute and quintessential Perfect Moment. However, if you are actually skiing with it and you need to use the restroom you need to take off all your layers, top and bottom. So, I totally recommend for Apres Ski, but plan accordingly for actual Ski.

Great base layer. Tough to wear over an additional layer as the fabric pokes through, nice on it's own and warm.

Perfect fit

Not the material you would expect this to be but I wore it under snow pants in the mountains and it was so cute!

Really loved this. I rented a size up thinking i would need an under layer baded on other reviews but found it very warm as a base layer. Rented for skiing but didn't get to go sure to weather issues but I still wore it as a jumper! Went to an escape room with the family then around the house playing board games. Very comfy and warm. I would definitely rent again

Good for tall women only thing I would say is probably size down one size it runs a little bit big other than that great fit very comfortable

Light weight sweater material

Very soft and cute color scheme. Would pull it on over leggings and tank when walking in temps around freezing in Montreal (with coat over top) and legs felt warm. Rented the full Perfect Moment set and was easy to mix and match pieces during travel.

Wore it as a base layer while skiing and it kept me warm. Slightly loose in the crotch.

A little big but a great layer for skiing. Came new w tags.

True to size

This is SO cute for lounging, definitely not for skiing as it's like a tightly knit sweater. BUT if you have a long torso like me....not so cute I wanted this to fit SO badly:(

Was short all over -- torso, arms, legs. And because of my height, it also stretched to be a bit sheer. Wore it to a ski themed party and it was fun for that. But wouldn't likely recommend for anything else.

This is a very thin sweater material. Not waterproof or for snow.

It was cute to wear with the matching pink coat while we were inside, but I thought it would be a much more durable and higher quality material for outside in the snow considering it is for skiers. It's not flattering or slimming. The material seems quite thin and it definitely does not keep you dry if you happen to fall in this snow. It made me cold even with thermal undergarments on.

This is a very thin sweater material - not a ski suit as descritipon stated. Also the fit was very unflattering and looked like a cocoon in the back instead of defining the curve of my spine. I do not recommend if you have any butt whatsoevr.

I thought that I could actually wear this skiing, but it's totally not functional.

I didn't wear as they weren't spandex or fitted. They were knit material and had so much gaping in the crotch which would have been crazy uncomfortable under all my other layers for the snow. Maybe I was too short for this, but even so, the material was not great and didn't feel warm. Do not recommend.
