This dress was perfect for dancing the night away at a friend's wedding. The fabric is lovely and the fit and flare shape (which really does flare out a lot) was a fun twist from the usual.

This is a great dress. It's really comfortable, the pockets are great, and I could wear a regular bra. It seemed a bit too casual for a wedding, but it was perfect for a party. It's also a bit high-waisted, which I generally try to avoid.

Fit was just about perfect and true to size. It's definitely a "fit and flare" and the flare was just about too much, but it was very fun to wear. I easily dressed it down with a denim jacket, but it could also be dressed up for a daytime or cocktail hour wedding. Pockets, as always, were a huge bonus. I received some great compliments, would definitely rent again!

Loved this dress. I got a free rental for the month of August, so at the last minute I decided to rent a dress for a date night. It definitely has a strange fit for the top (you can wear a regular bra though!), but I don't really have a lot going on in the chest region (I'm more of an "athletic" build) so the top fit me very well. If you have bigger or more athletic thighs like me, this dress is great because the skirt is loose and comfortable, and definitely offers a lot of room. I ended up going with the 4 instead of the 6 because I have a smaller upper body & chest, so the weird tight fit at the top and loose skirt at the bottom worked well for my body type. The color and quality were absolutely great. I felt so fancy. I normally wouldn't rent a dress for a date night, but I could see myself doing it again in the future - it was a lot of fun and gave us an excuse to go out for a nice dinner!

I rented this dress for a night out for my friends birthday. From the second I put this dress on I felt fabulous! I received compliments all night :). The color is kind-of a cross between coral and red... I paired it with the Kate Spade earrings from this pic for a pop of color. LOVE RTR! The only thing I could say bad about this amazing dress was the fabric ribbon at the waist was a little snug and made a tiny ripple of "back fat" though I'm pretty sure I was the only one who noticed.

I received so many compliments on this dress. No one could believe I rented it *gasp* It does fit tight in the bust- so if you have a bigger chest you may want to size up. Both the 8 and 10 fit - the 8 was snug in the bust but the 10 gapped in the back- so I wore the 8. Best of all- IT HAS POCKETS. That was an awesome surprise! This was my first experience with RTR and it was fantastic. I already scheduled my next rental! (PS- the summer pass is definitely worth it!!)

The 10 fit well, but I ended up wearing the 12 for extra room in the waist. The ribbon banded waistline doesn't stretch, but overall the dress was great. Very comfortable to wear!

Just love this dress! I wore it for an engagement photo shoot in Baltimore. I wanted a dress color that would 'pop' against graffiti and concrete - and this worked well! The color is across between coral and red - deeper than the color on the model, but I think the color was slightly altered my photos. While the dress fit perfectly when I stood up straight, the straps were large on me on me when I leaned over (see second photo). This dress really is pretty and very well made. The construction (outside and inside) is fantastic and would work for thin or curvy women. I'm a slender 5'11" with a larger bust, so I was looking for something "classic" that would fit a small waist and a large bust. I rented the size 2 and it was fine on my waist but had to exhale HARD to zip over my bust... but once I did it was perfect :) If you have a small ribcage the 2 will fit a D cup and you can wear a bra!! The color is unique and rich and the jacquard weave texture adds dimension. Plus it does not wrinkle!! I drove for 45 minutes wearing this dress and it did not wrinkle and kept me looking crisp all night. It has side seam pockets and exposed bodice darts that make it look designer. The neckline is very flattering with a tasteful amount of cleavage exposure. Just FYI... It is a-lot of dress!! The skirt is slightly fuller and longer than shown on the model and the dress feels heavy, but I like that because it's the polar opposite of cheap and flimsy. I think it would also work nicely on shorter women hitting just under the knee for that Audrey Hepburn-ish look... but maybe not petite women since it's a lot of dress. But I felt very comfortable, classy and my boyfriend loved it so much he asked me to wear it the next day to a jazz festival!

After reading the reviews, I got a size down for my extra size, but the 2 would not zip at all, so I wore the 4. It fit fine until we ate - after dinner, I felt like the ribbon on the waist of the dress, which has very little give, was cutting into my stomach. So as long as you don't plan on any large meals while wearing this dress it will be just adorable! The only other thing (which I believe other reviewers have mentioned) is that the straps were a bit on the large side. I ended up wearing a strapless bra even though a regular bra (in theory) would not have shown.This minimized the annoying pulling straps to and fro to make the dress fit properly throughout the day.

I ordered this dress for a Southern wedding, that ended up being a little chillier than anticipated. I liked this dress, but thought that it was a little too long for me. I ordered the 4 and the 6 and while the 4 fit better length-wise it was too tight up top, so I wore the 6. I love the scoop neck line and the straps were a good thickness. The pockets were a nice touch, and really handy to have (plus I kind of just love pockets and think everything should have them). Overall it was a fun and comfortable dress, but probablly wasn't the best for my figure. I certainly didn't hate it, but I probably wouldn't rent it again.

After the decision was made to do a quick engagement photo studio session. I knew I needed a pop of color and this dress fit the bill. I am a curvy hourglass so a dress that could temper the sexy into sweet and flatter my shape was a must. I wish dearly that RTR would size their dresses by designer measurements, if they did I wouldn't have has such a mess of a fit. I should have gone with an 8 or maybe a 6. This is made more for broad chested, long torso gals. A tall athletic girl would fit into this like a dream. The fit is also large. My fiance had to take a fistful of fabric in the back to make sure the dress didn't gape open on top (and I am am a 36C...I just can't imagine what would be in store for a smaller chested gal!) I wish I had gotten a second dress option since I didn't have any other option but to wear the dress but if you have a sweet guy willing to be a human safety pin well, you'll do OK too.

This dress was a lot heavier than I expected. The fabric was thick and the skirt was full. It was a little tight in the bust. No complaints though. Fab dress.

This dress was perfect for an outdoor summer wedding. Can be dressed up or down. The dress was so well made and was extremely comfortable.

I loved this dress! The color is beautiful & so flattering. I usually wear a 6 or 8 but the 8 was unavailable for the time I needed it, so just went with the 6. I'd say it runs true to size, I was able to wear the 6 although the waist was slightly snug. I would love to rent this dress again!

I loved this dress. It's not super formal but it's a beautiful color and material and really nicely made. You can tell that it's high quality and I loved how it looked. It has a very full skirt, so it would be great for those who are pear shaped. The only slight downside was that it was fairly tight through the rib cage...I go back and forth between a 4 and a 6 and the 4 was too tight in the rib cage to wear. But I loved this dress and I wish I owned it!

It fit very true to size, although I have a bigger bust, and, as usual, have to size up so it fits up top, and therefore is a little bigger in the waist. Thankfully I'm also on the taller side, so the length was right, too. Overall, lovely fabric, beautiful color... My boyfriend liked it so much he offered to buy one just like it!

I am usually a 2 or a 4. I ordered this dress in a size 4 but it was pretty tight. I was unable to wear it to the event I wanted to but I will definitely be ordering it for one in the future in a size 6!

Couldn't wear the dress. would not zip and I am smaller on top than bottom. It's adorable though... size up for backup!

Rent the Runway sent this to me since a dress I had ordered came without a belt. I LOVED this dress! The color is SO vibrant and the fit is amazing. Even better if you have a tan. I felt so great when I wore this dress. I would rent again and highly recommend this.

I loved the color of the dress, which is a little more coral/orangey than the model shot appears -- perfectly festive for the summer wedding I was attending! I'm on the shorter side so the hem hit right at my knee. Overall fit ran smaller than I expected. I'm usually a 0/2 street size and often size up to a 4 in designer sizes (measurements are 32C-26-34). I ordered a 2 and a 4 as backup size for this dress. The 2 barely zipped up, while the 4 was a better fit but still a little tight in the chest and waist (there's no stretch to the ribbon across the waistline). I probably would have needed a 6 for the dress to look on me as it does in the model shot. The waistline also hit about an inch above my natural waist, but I have a longer torso, so women with average torso length or small busts probably won't have that problem.

Wore it with a black patent leather belt with a black cardigan at our school's Open House. Fit great and was comfortable all night! More of a summer dress than fall though.

This dress runs between small and true to size. I got the 2 and the 4, and while I normally wear 2s, the 4 was more comfortable in the waist and bust. But the straps felt a little long so I had to keep changing out fashion tape to keep them in place. Also, the two dresses were slightly different shades, like the 4 had been washed too many times or with harsher chemicals. So it wasn't a perfect rental, but it did enjoy wearing it, and it was great for dancing at the wedding!

amazing dress. stylish all on its own. I am a size 0 with a C cup and it fit perfectly even though I was worried it would be big. I strongly recommend getting this one!!!

This is a great dress. It runs true to size and is a pretty pink-orange color in person. I ended up wearing the Haute Hippie Wildflower dress for my cousins baby shower instead, per my husband's vote. This dress has a great cut on the top, very flattering. It is a bit fuller in the skirt than what the picture shows. I would rent this again.

This is a perfect dress for a summer cocktail party! I could have worn the 6 but went with the 8 for a better fit in the chest. The material was worn and the color was a bit faded. The dress wasn't as bright and bold as I thought, but cute nonetheless. Plus, who doesn't love pockets!

The dress is gorgeous, but my normal size (2) would not have fit unless I had a couple of ribs removed. I was told by RTR that it runs true to size, and that was not the case whatsoever. They were not able to ship me the size 4 because a previous renter didn't return it on time, so I ended up not being able to wear the dress at all. Bummer because it really was beautiful.

Pretty but I could not wear because it was just too big, even with a belt. If my chest was larger it might have worked with a belt.

This is a beautiful, well-made dress and I could immediately tell that it's a high-quality, expensive dress. The bright color and delicate lace makes it a perfect summer wedding outfit. I originally rented it for a wedding, but as some other reviewers mentioned, it was a little longer than anticipated. In addition, I typically wear a size 8, but the belt/ribbon around the waist was extremely tight while the rest of the dress seemed big/floppy. For these reasons, I had to go with a backup dress because I felt too conservative for an evening beach wedding. I would recommend this dress for someone who's tall (I'm 5' 4.5" as a point of reference), slim/slender and have the it paired with very high heels.

I liked this dress just didn't love it. The length was a bit long so I didn't think it was super flattering but fun if you like this type of cut.

I rented this dress at the last minute when I became worried that my first choice dress would be too short. RTR customer service let me pick out any available dress (I chose this one) the morning before the event, and they overnighted it directly to my hotel. Top notch customer service!! However, this specific dress was totally not right for my figure. It was much too tight on top, and way too poofy on the bottom, making my butt look huge. This dress would not be a good choice for someone like me with little definition at the waist and a broader chest. I ended up deciding to wear my original dress and sent this one back right away.

I rented this for a Christmas party but ended up not wearing it because it was just weird. The shoulders didn't sit right and the color of the dress was more summer-y than Christmas-y. I did not feel pretty wearing this dress and I don't recommend this at all.
